Fence sitting is not Charity, it is fence sitting and hoping for the best because the terrible reality of the situation makes it too uncomfortable for us to face. None of this is going to go away because we hope it will. It is like having a burglar in your house and lying in bed scared and hoping he will go away and not take too much. That won't work.
I see they getting set to cancel Cardinal Sarah, another Martyr of the truth in a long, long list of Martyrs. Their hit list must be huge at this stage.
Hi Blizzard. You are incorrectly interpreting that statement about the "33,000 and only 5." He meant 5,000 (as in the feeding of the 5,000 in John 6). And there is a further mystical significance in the calculation of those two numbers. 1. Divide 33,000 by 6.66. It equals approximately 5,000. 2. Then read Apocalypse 13: 16 And he shall make all, both little and great, rich and poor, freemen and bondmen, to have a character in their right hand, or on their foreheads. 17 And that no man might buy or sell, but he that hath the character, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. 18 Here is wisdom. He that hath understanding, let him count the number of the beast. For it is the number of a man: and the number of him is six hundred sixty-six. 4. Then read Apocalypse 14: 9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice: If any man shall adore the beast and his image, and receive his character in his forehead, or in his hand; 10 He also shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is mingled with pure wine in the cup of his wrath, and shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the sight of the holy angels, and in the sight of the Lamb. 11 And the smoke of their torments shall ascend up for ever and ever: neither have they rest day nor night, who have adored the beast, and his image, and whoever receiveth the character of his name. 5. Then read Deuteronomy 6: 3 Hear, O Israel, and observe to do the things which the Lord hath commanded thee, that it may be well with thee, and thou mayst be greatly multiplied, as the Lord the God of thy fathers hath promised thee a land flowing with milk and honey. 4 Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God is one Lord. 5 Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with thy whole heart, and with thy whole soul, and with thy whole strength. 6 And these words which I command thee this day, shall be in thy heart: 7 And thou shalt tell them to thy children, and thou shalt meditate upon them sitting in thy house, and walking on thy journey, sleeping and rising. 8 And thou shalt bind them as a sign on thy hand, and they shall be and shall move between thy eyes. 6. Then read the Gospel of John 14: 15 If you love me, keep my commandments. 16 And I will ask the Father, and he shall give you another Paraclete, that he may abide with you for ever. 17 The spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, nor knoweth him: but you shall know him; because he shall abide with you, and shall be in you. 18 I will not leave you orphans, I will come to you. 19 Yet a little while: and the world seeth me no more. But you see me: because I live, and you shall live. 20 In that day you shall know, that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you. 21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them; he it is that loveth me. And he that loveth me, shall be loved of my Father: and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. 7. The interpretation is that only those who do not carry "the mark of the beast" in their souls will be saved. Those having the "mark of the beast" follow their own will rather than God's Commandments. Those little versions of Satan will not be saved. Those who do keep His Commandments will "know him" and "receive Him" as the Bread of Eternal Life and never die.
Thank you for explaining this scripturally. I appreciate it. Where was that message from by the way? Pedro Regis? It wasn't identified.
Cardinal Sara gave the most magnificent refutation of Fiducia Supplicans. So clear. So precise. Like a surgeon carefully excising a tumor. If you haven't read of listened to it everyone please do. You will be blessed by it. The fact that the jackels are gathering to destroy him just proves the power of his words.
Pedro Regis. Which I believe is authentic I wonder what Our Lady will say next, Two things I suspect, concerning future events in the Church and The World Can't wait to hear Raymond Arroyo and the Papal Posse
Raymond Arroyo and the Papal Posse know how to call a spade a spade, no fence sitting there The same with Cardinal Sarah
The British have an expression, time to nail your flag to the mast. Time to get off the fence. Sadly the Church is full of fence sitters. The Bishops are horrendous.
If you’ve never seen the movie “The Princess Bride” this may seem crash and inappropriate. If you have you understand the dialogue. It’s interesting that this was posted by a woman. It is not the typical response of a woman. Or effete men. It is the quintessential response of a true Catholic man to the current situation in the Church. We pray not for the literal death or perdition of an individual or individuals but their confounding and the destruction of the evil they represent. https://www.barnhardt.biz/2024/01/09/i-want-my-church-back-you-son-of-a-bitch/ “I want my Church back, you son of a bitch.” Ann BarnhardtJanuary 9, ARSH 2024 (Ann Barnhardt): Offer me money. Antipope Bergoglio: Yes. (Ann Barnhardt): Power too. Promise me that. Antipope Bergoglio: All that I have and more. Please. (Ann Barnhardt): Offer me everything I ask for. Antipope Bergoglio: Anything you want. (Ann Barnhardt): I want my Church back, you son of a bitch. Insert your name for mine if you’re ready to suffer and die for Holy Mother Church and for the Petrine See.
While it's easy for us, the laity, to admonish others to just be peaceful and to imply that any other response borders on sinful pride -- I call this gaslighting --- priests are the ones who deeply suffer. It's the worst of all situations for those with impotent bishops who are unwilling to SPEAK OUT and fight for their priests or those with heretical bishops who throw them to the wolves. Below is a twitter exchange between two priests Fr. Dave Nix @FrDaveNix · 21h Fr David Palmer @FrDavidPalmer · Jan 8 The saddest thing (or one of them) about the mess in the Vatican is the amount of priests I know who are on the verge of throwing it all in. It’s a constant thing I hear… all the time. Seriously. Fr. Dave Nix @FrDaveNix · 21h It's a real temptation, but the Catholic Church, the bride of Christ, is following where her Bridegroom once went—betrayal from within and a mockery with a crown of thorns. Like St. John, we should stand by her when everyone else flees.
A lot of innocent people are becoming victims of gaslighting so it’s easy to understand this. However, being a victim does not give anyone the right to victimize others by gaslighting others also. As I’ve said, the pious platitudes party is over, folks. Just like the liberals calling anyone to the right of them “racists” or “fascists” those labels just don’t stick any more, because the rest of the country sees those charges for what they are, propaganda, manipulation and gaslighting. So too the constant calls to just pray and obey and never criticize those who must be called out. This is the highest form of clericalism, the idea you can’t point out pure evil only because of their position. Enough!
As has been the case in many issues in the world and Church, I don't have much control over outcomes or even to influence. But, what I do have control over is how I respond. And, as this sad exchange reveals to me, my response MUST be to increase my prayers and my fasting for our priests who are the front line soldiers in this War (yes, its a war). I want them to know they are not alone- they of course (like all of us) have Jesus , Mary and all the saints but they have US the sometimes quiet in the pew folks who love them and support them. Besides my prayers, I am more committed than ever to greet my local priest each day with a smile and a thanks for being there for us greeting. And, I am making sure he gets invites to my home for a dinner and fellowship. We all have this in our control Can I encourage you to consider a similar approach? Peace
Mario, while I don't know your particular situation I do know you are a deacon. Perhaps you deacons may be in one of the very best positions to stand up and publicly speak out against this evil. Perhaps you should be on the frontline of defense for our priests who will surely be chased down by LGBTQs for blessings. I would think that even if a bishop orders a deacon to remain silent on gay blessing and other heresies, the deacon's first duty is to God so he must speak truth first and foremost. Also, on a practical level, deacons have much less to lose than priests. Maybe you men need to start organizing. Maybe the laity can join you in some way.
Isn't there a prophecy that the laity will save the Church? Fr. Ripperger has spoken of it recently and said he now believes it may be so. We'll likely have the opportunity to support our local priests both financially and by organizing to protect them. Right now, I imagine many of them feel isolated. My friend who has worked within a diocesan office for years said the upset among the clergy (especially since SF was published) is intense.
"Who’s going to save our Church? It’s not our bishops, it’s not our priests and it is not the religious. It is up to you, the people. You have the minds, the eyes and the ears to save the Church. Your mission is to see that the priests act like priests, your bishops act like bishops, and the religious act like religious.” Ven. Archbishop Fulton Sheen
