My question is, five Catholic Bishops in public were asked if homosexual, 'couples' , could recieve Holy Communion and refused to answer. Why? In the name of God and all that is holy why? The "Why" is simple to answer. Because they can't without explicitly giving away their heretical positions. There is no other reasonable explanation. Same goes for our Pope. If he has dialog with the four Cardinals requesting an audience and answers it with clarity, I will apologize, go to confession and do penance. But, the facts are the facts. Jesus said, "let your yes be yes and your no be no". [James 5:12] "But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, nor by the earth, nor by any other oath. But let your speech be, yea, yea: no, no: that you fall not under judgment." Pope Francis speaks with ambiguity only because he wants another gospel preached other than what has been handed on. Simply no other explanation. He wants his will, not God's to be done. It has gone on to long for any reasonable person to conclude otherwise. We must continue to pray for him and all those who wish to speak half truths that God will grant them the grace to accept what Jesus has already redefined from God the Father.
Yes I noticed that bit too, Terry and have been praying over it. I know that at Calvary Satan's Back was broken and so we had the , 'Harrowing of Hell'. The war against hell then is already won. In a sense Calvary was Heavens Gettysburg , so to speak and everything else is kind of a mopping up operation so to speak. I guess Sr Lucia was linking Mary with this victory in her role as Co-Redemptrix? It is a guess, if anyone else has a suggestion I would love to hear it. I note though that in many of the depictions of Fatima Mary is placed surrounded by the Trinity at the Cross. Feeling tried, I then stood up and continued to say the prayers with my arms in the form of a cross. The only light was that of the sanctuary lamp. Suddenly the whole chapel was illumined by supernatural light, and above the alter appeared a cross of light, reaching to the ceiling. In a brighter light at the upper part of the cross, could be seen the face of a Man and his body as far as the waist; upon his breast was dove of light; nailed to the cross was the body of another man. A little below the waist, I could see a chalice and a large host suspended in the air, on to which drops of blood were falling from the face of Jesus Crucified and from the wound in His side. These drops ran down on to the host and fell into the chalice. Beneath the right arm of the cross was Our Lady and in her hand was her Immaculate heart. (It was Our Lady of Fatima, with her Immaculate Heart in her left hand, without sword or roses, but with a crown of thorns and flames). Under the left arm of the cross, large letters, as if of crystal clear water which ran down upon the alter, formed these words: «Grace and Mercy.» I understood that it was the Mystery of the Most Holy Trinity which was shown to me, and I received lights about this mystery which I am not permitted to reveal. Our Lady then said to me: «The moment has come in which God asks the Holy Father, in union with all the Bishops of the world, to make the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart, promising to save it by this means. There are so many souls whom the Justice of God condemns for sins committed against me, that I have come to ask reparation: sacrifice yourself for this intention and pray.» I gave an account of this to the confessor, who ordered me to write down what Our Lady wanted done. Later, in an intimate communication. Our Lord complained to me saying: «They did not wish to heed my request. Like the King of France, they will repent and do it, but it will be late. Russia will have already spread her errors throughout the world, provoking wars, and persecutions of the Church; the Holy Father will have much to suffer.»
It reminds me of the Life of Jesus when He asked The Pharisees questions that they couldn't or wouldn't answer.
I had a very vivid dream the other night which has stayed with me. I dreamt as I often do I was in a huge beautiful Basilica I have never seen before. It is dedicated to Our Lady and crowds of pilgrims flock there. Very old, very dark, very beautiful. The shrine to our Lady is covered in lights there. The priest was starting to say mass and I felt myself standing in the air looking down at the large crowd of mass goers. Suddenly I felt Padre Pio standing beside me and made a sign with his hand that I should look at the crowd below. As I did so I could see many of them had souls like diamonds, very bright and beautiful but other I could see nothing at all. I wondered what this could mean and Padre Pio , referring to the diamond souls said, 'They are the salted'. Diamonds come from black carbon and are forged through great heat and pressure. So too with souls in the Spiritual Life we get slated through affliction. But the thing is as this Great Tribulation comes upon us in the Church and the world we really do need to be salted to survive. For if we are not salted we will be led by the nose into the Great Abyss by False Shepherds. We need to be fasting and praying lots and lots. Daily mass is very important. Otherwise, to be quite frank we risk hell. We really need to up the ante as far as our Spiritual Life is concerned. We really, really do. These are times of Great Great Trial. We need to get set for this.
Yes, we need to up the ante! I got this call several months back and asked my wife to say another rosary with me upon waking. We have long said our family rosary in the evening, but this seemed to be a call to 'up the ante'. All the saints, especially the modern ones: St. Mother Teresa, St. Pope John Paul, St. Padre Pio all said the rosary is the answer to all our problems in the world. This is God way and our Blessed Mothers way. The answer is always simple, yet so very very few understand this.
Just a sample of what we all face from our governments and society soon enough. Those working for evil have no justification for what they do. You see this at work even in the Church. Must must be ready for much greater persecutions as the end of Satan approaches.
