That made ME cry, and I see the amazing grace that surrounds the dying all the time! He loves us so extravagantly, doesn't He?
I love the way both Ralph and the priest were so honest and straight talking. No illusions. Without conviction of sin there can be no repentance and poor Ralph was doing some good hard looking in the mirror the poor man and starting out his purgatory early. I live on my own in a little appartment myself so what the priest said about never being alone when you have heaven around you. I am always alone but never lonely. I feel my home is crowded with heaven's citizens. I hope Ralph got to feel this before the end. Praying for his soul and begging prayers for him. I feel he still needs his pot cleaned a little.
