What does he say about the ac and smartphones Lynn? Does he say we should get rid of them? This is an interesting topic.
People are mostly using their credit cards to "tap" a payment. Cash seems to be disappearing which is worrying and would make you think about some future microchip or something.

In an interview shown Monday on state TV, Patriarch Kirill said the church does not oppose technological progress but is concerned that “someone can know exactly where you are, know exactly what you are interested in, know exactly what you are afraid of” and that such information could be used for centralized control of the world. “Control from one point is a foreshadowing of the coming of Antichrist, if we talk about the Christian view. Antichrist is the person who will be at the head of the world wide web that controls the entire human race,” he said.

When we study the original meaning of this portion of the Apocalypse, we find that the mark of the Beast is not some ethereal, spiritual mark, invisible to the naked eye (such as a modern microchip implant); but an actual box-shaped object worn on the hand or forehead that was fully visible to all. St. John's conception of the mark of the Beast was based on an inverted, diabolical form of the Jewish practise of wearing phylacteries - which were box-shaped devices worn on the arms and foreheads of devout Jews (almost definitely including Jesus and the disciples), during prayer services. The origins of this practise dates back to the time of Moses, and phylactery cases were among the finds uncovered during the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls. The Jewish practise of wearing phylacteries, which was intended to be a public display of allegiance to Yahweh, was first commanded in the Book of Deuteronomy: Read the rest of the article at the link
The two prophetic sources, which speak of the Mark of the Beast and his mark being the mirochip, which I support, is within the messages from God Speaks Will You Listen www.godspeakswillyoulisten.org and Luz de Maria. Both are quite explicit. Cell phones can be used for good and evil, but I don't believe this is connected to the Beast.
“Masonry (the black Beast) rules and governs throughout the whole world by means of ten horns. The horn, in the biblical world, has always been an instrument of amplification, a way of making ones voice better heard, a strong means of communication.” Our Lady to Fr. Gobbi MMP #409
Personally, I think of Orson Welles and War of the Worlds in regard to the topic of this thread but instead of a misinterpretation of a fictional radio broadcast as non-fiction; it is possible that many, many people could receive an invalid emergency text message that will look as if it originated from a "trusted" source. Recently, the US government instituted a National Wireless Emergency Alert System and all US citizens who own a cell phone received a text message on 10/3/2018 with the first test of this system. If someone or some entity hacked this system and sent out a false emergency message it is possible that people could go into a panic especially if this was to occur just prior to the failure of some or all of our communication systems. Maybe I have a wild imagination but I believe that this is possible. I do believe that our personal information can be gained from our cell phones but I think that even more information can be gained in other ways like through our credit card use, our health records and our employment records, etc. I do believe that we should be careful about how we use our cell phones and the Internet for that matter but I think the greater threat regarding our cellphones is the fact that the emergency broadcast systems can be hacked with ill intent at some future date.
Every bit of that information is available to government agencies now with very vague oversight. Watch the movie Snowden. It does not overstate the power and intentional lack of oversight of the US government. Call phones are like wearing a GPS homing beacon with every bit of data transferred over them tracked and stored. I tried to tell this to people 25 years ago and they said I was paranoid. Move over Stalin, there's a new kid in town! I don't mind the emergency alert system so much. Sure it can be hacked as well because technically anything can on the internet if you are good enough but when it is it will likely be by some 15 year old kid sending Pokemon pictures or something.
Yet another credible account of the Antichrist and the mark of the beast, from the book THE END of the PRESENT WORLD, by Father Charles Arminjon, whome St. Theresa of Lisieux said about it, "Reading this book was one of the greatest graces of my life". This book spoke of the Antichrist throughout, as follows: (page 49) "Those who bear this degrading mark will enjoy the advantages of fortune in abundance; they will have the high salaries, the public offices, and a multiplicity of pleasures and of all desirable possessions; but those who refuse to cloth themselves with this abominable seal will be outlawed. All those who do not have this mark will be forbidden to draw water from the public fountains, and will be unworthy to even their eyes to the light of day and breathe the pure air of the heavens". We can see this happening already to some degree as the roar of apostasy grows by the day. For me, this is the great grace of praying the Hail Mary in the "Flame of Love", which our Blessed Mother said would "blind Satan" and thus all evil spirits from those who pray it.
Don, We'll have to agree to disagree on this. As you have stated, I think it is possible that a 15 year old could hack the National Wireless Emergency Alert System but I don't think that it is very likely especially the way that you have stated above. In addition, network security has come a long way in the past 20 years and it continues to do so. I do agree about not minding about the emergency alert system and I'd like to think that it will help us more than it could hurt us. I agree that our current location could be determined from our cell phone but for the most part I don't think that this would be used with evil intent regarding the general public in mass. I think that it could be a useful tool to track an alleged criminal though or it could be used to target a particular innocent person, unfortunately, but as I stated there is much more detailed information on each of us, law abiding citizens, on the Internet that can and is used as a method to control us.
