Thanks for the support, Hope! It's nice to hear others feel the same way:).

Jon - I read what Steve D wrote about Trial, Tribulation & Triumph. There is so much information in The Secrets, Chastisement and Triumph of Two Hearts but, from what I recall, it's more or less the same order of events including the 25 years of the "New Springtime of the Church". It may be just more updated. I'd have to reread it and take notes in order to give you the detail that Steve D did (nice job, Steve!). I do plan to read it again but I'm reading other books right now; many books partially read and the most important book I need to begin and focus on and finish this time is 33 Days to Morning Glory. I have it in my heart to be consecrated to Jesus through Mary so I'm starting that on April 10th and finishing Monday, May 13th - Feast of our Lady of Fatima. I just want to do it right; good meditations each day. Our Lady is asking for our consecration and I just need to make the time and put in the effort to get it done. I'm excited though since one prophesy (can't remember the source), and I believe it was approved, states that during the Tribulation, anyone that is consecrated will have a cross on their forehead that and my understanding is that only those that are consecrated will be able to see it. Also, just the spiritual fruits of being consecrated are great.

I'm rambling here so please forgive me. On another topic, the prophesized Warning and Tribulation, I believe Kelly Bowring provided evidence in his book that the reason for these events, from a Catholic perspective, is that this is our Purgatory. So, based on our interpretations of some Bible passages, it may seem that there won't be any direct intervention from God such as the Warning or Chastisement before the end of time as we know it but, when you think about it from the perspective that these events will be part of a purifying process while we are on Earth rather than having to go through Purgatory after our earthly lives end, it does make logical sense. Has anyone else read this conclusion as well either in the book or another resource?

Finally, Steve, I agree with your timeline. I've felt for a while, from what I've read, that 2016 will likely be the year of the Warning and 2017 will be the year of the Miracle. How all of that plays out in conjunction with Medjugorje, not sure but it will be amazing to be part of this time.

Really finally this time. Anyone see the article on MedjugorjeToday.TV today? August 2nd is apparently an important date. http://www.medjugorjetoday.tv/

Thanks for the details. I asked this in Steve's thread as well: Does the 25 years come from La Salette only, or are there others? And are you both theorizing, based on these books, that the Immaculate Heart Triumphs over Satan in or around 2017, then peace lasts only until 2042? Then Antichrist? Then Christs return in glory? Then judgement?

On consecration, it sounds like you certainly are preparing yourself, so I'm sure you have delved into what it entails. I think there are some accompanying spiritual realites (I thought I read, in the distant past for example, that you no longer can pray for yourself. Is that right? And also, you will definitely stand out to the evil one afterward, so strength and protection are required...I think it is "the whole armor of God" that you must put on...which is a difficult concept, because in our smallness, humility and even weakness we allow ourselves to be conformed to His Will.).

I love your posts too Tina.
And, if you don't mind me asking, how are going about consecrating yourself to Mary?
I'm going to Medjugorje in April 10. It's also my daughters birthday, she's coming with me. I'm very very excited.

    Steve, Thankyou for your advice.
#83 in St Faustina's diary does sound like the coming of the warning if you believe in Garabandal and for those who want to believe Mary gets prophecy wrong.
But for those who believe Mary NEVER gets prophecy wrong, they should recognise #83 as the start of Jesus' Final Coming and be ready to recognise the door of His Mercy.

I choose to rely on scripture and St Faustina because these are true words of Jesus. They may not be the only sources that are reliable, but if you think it is 'safe' to rely on sources that the church has not yet approved or has said to not follow, then you run a risk in 'being led astray'.

Steve, feel free to comment on those threads I have initiated, I don't care if you don't agree. I am not closed minded. If I was person who was closed minded, I would not have changed my mind on Medjugorje, MDM and Garabandal. This is proof that I can admit I was wrong on prophecy.

As for me commenting on certain threads that others may disagree to. Well I am sorry. I didn't know they were 'closed' subjects and not open for a democratic discussion.

Tina, there is one thing I can agree with you here, and that is.. Yes. I have a burning fire in my heart. A fire that is urging me to keep speaking truths. The true words of God.

We are very good at twisting words to make them suit our own way of wanting to think. But when Jesus said "do not fill your heads with too much prophecy, because if you do, you will have no room for My words." He means it!
This is Gospel. Simple words Jesus gave to you and me.

I don't spend many hours reading the Bible. I read a small passage a day or only the Gospel reading. (and I know you may not have been suggesting me). But if a Protestant does this to compared to a Catholic who fills their heads with prophecies of lies, well I would think it would be easier for the Protestant to recognise Jesus in His Coming than the Catholic.

Now if I speak up more than others, it is because I am alone. I feel like the lamb.

Jane, where does it say in the bible that Jesus said "Do not fill your heads with too much prophecy, because if you do, you will have no room for My words." You stated that this is gospel, I have read the Gospels ,can't recall it or find it.

Jane, I am sure that most (all?) protestants would consider St. Faustina to be a liar. I would emphasise, yet again, that there are numerous APPROVED prophecies from saints, beati and venerabili in addition to St. Faustina that a Catholic can also treat as reliable sources. I been aware of your views for a while. It doesn't seem to be a very good use of time to repeatedly challenge me and those sharing my point of view on these matters. I am not trying to change your views and I would appreciate you affording me the same courtesy.

Jon - to answer your questions, I had to go grab my book. So, the period of 25 years comes from La Salette but also Revelations 12:14 which states the period will last a time, and times and a half time". Kelly Bowring says "It is a period of time that the great pope and monarch will reign". So, this 25 year period is when the dragon pursues the Woman and she will flee into the wilderness before he is able to defeat her. This is our break before the rise of the Anti-Christ; the final battle between the dragon and the Woman.

So, after the 25 years, the final battle occurs which is the rise of the Anti-Christ, he is defeated by the Woman, of course. There is approximately 1000 years of Christ reigning in the hearts of men and women. This is going from the 6th day to the 7th day in Genesis. The seventh day was a day of rest which it will be for those alive yet as well. After the approximate 1000 years, not literal, it is the final judgement of all souls.

Regarding the time frame, I don't believe the Kelly Bowring mentioned years but after doing some additional research myself, I came to the same conclusion as Steve. All of the things that happened in 1917 tell me that is when the 100 years of Satan began and the events of today seem to be leading to the Warning. It doesn't seems like it is going to happen this year but the climate is ripening. Like one of the visionaries in Medjugorje said, it's similar to when a woman does housecleaning. Everything is more out of order after she is part way into the cleaning process. Same here. We are seeing nature, society, etc. getting more and more disordered but it will all work for the eventual purification of souls. And, I couldn't agree with you more that we will need to have all of our armour on for the time period ahead. Our new pope is a great example and I hope that the priests are energized by him so that the flocks follow and grow in numbers.

To answer your question on consecration, yes, it is true that your prayers are no longer directed based on our request; you give the right to direct the prayer to whoever Our Lady feels is most in need. I got part way through consecration earlier this year and read that this is concerning to a lot of people but basically, don't be concerned. She knows our hearts and those we love and will even intercede for us before we know there is even something to pray forl. So, basically, give her your prayer, give her your heart and she will give back and then some.

Thanks Freedom! I wish I were going to Medjugorje! There is a book called 33 Days To Morning Glory by Michael Gaitley. I'm looking forward to being consecrated. It is really well written for those of us who need it in laymans term:). I highly recommend it!

Steve, to tell you the truth, I really do not know what you ae talking about.o_O
I have never said St Faustina is the 'only' one we can rely on. I know there are numerous approved prophecies.

Where am I repeatedly challenging 'you' on your points of view?
You have me completely confused on your comment here.

Jane I am becoming concerned about the tone and direction of your posts.

I'd like you to take a break from the forum for a while. Let's say to Pentecost to reflect. We are here to build each other up not go round acting as a fire starter.

So take a break from the forum to Pentecost. No more posting till then. Please.o_O

Hope, I am actually so glad you asked this queston.

This morning I was speaking to Father (It is tues morn here now) I was asking him about things to help me understand this forum.
I even said to Father "Jesus said not to fill our heads with too many prophecies because we'll have no room for HIs words."
And when I said this, he looked at me a little unsure.

So I have just got home form mass, to see you ask this question.
So I go looking for last weeks Gospel reading.

OK. Now I eat 'humbe pie'
My opologies. I was remembering my interpretation and not the exact words.
Anyway, forgive me for not remembering as well I as I would have liked.

This was part of the reading John 8 31-42

Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, everyone who sins is a slave to sin. Now a slave has no permanent place in the family, but a son belongs to it forever. So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. I know that you are Abraham’s descendants. Yet you are looking for a way to kill me, because you have no room for my word. I am telling you what I have seen in the Father’s presence, and you are doing what you have heard from your father.[a]

    That was a warning.

Padraig, I think it is a bit too harsh. Jane is VERY sincere. She did apologize. I do not think she is being haughty, I see it as being overwhelmed with her own experience and huge desire to share it with others - that is not from feeling superior.

At least it is not my impression that she is.

Please, let her stay, she does heave a valuable perspective.
