if you get an apparition from a saint but isnt not really the saint, is it considered necromancy? Technically a dead person talking to you outside God;s help
. some people can induce themselves into hallucinations ,"visions" on purpose

Fair point. Also Pope Benedict may well be in heaven but the Church has not declared him a saint.

The Blessed Mother (I believe) showed me a few years ago as an answer to prayer thT chasing after mystics and prophecies can be related to the sin of curiosity and in that context no different than chasing after astrology or palm readers or other methods of divination.:(

There is confusion in our Church to such a degree that it makes sense to seek reassurance. Still, the Lord upholds each of us one day at a time, and wants us to keep our eyes open for His surprises today, and those to whom he wants us to minister. Getting caught up in speculation is ultimately a waste of time, though I admit I'm susceptible myself. Mea culpa!

Give us this day our daily bread!

I'm not going looking for messengers. I myself believe Pope Benedict was a prisoner who suffered a total crucifixion. The part played by those around him including Pope Francis is definitely questionable. The church is being dismantled from the inside. We are in the desert. Our Lady of Good Success prophesied that one of the great sufferings of good priests would be that they would be left without a father or a prelate to guide them. I'll say no more just to pray for conversion of all involved in the crucifixion of Benedict and the dismantling of the church.

  12. The alleged thoughts of Pope Benedict in this narrative speak of how he felt betrayed by both liberals and conservatives. In that respect I do not think that whomever wrote it was looking to please a specific audience. I think it may be God allowing all those who wondered all these years to understand Pope Benedict's thinking. Take it or leave it, it will probably have little to no bearing on anything. It's a pity that the encyclical about Mary, Co-redemptrix, would be squashed. Here is a link to the death notice of Rev. Guilio Colombi https://soulmirror.one/news/giulio-...nslator-dies-the-day-after-the-pope-emeritus/

Also on more than one occasion, Pope Francis has said that Mary as co-redemptrix is 'foolishness'
    https://angelusnews.com/faith/once-again-pope-francis-says-mary-is-not-the-co-redemptrix/
Pope Francis appeared to flatly reject proposals in some theological circles to add “co-redemptrix” to the list of titles of the Virgin Mary, saying the mother of Jesus never took anything that belonged to her son, and calling the invention of new titles and dogmas “foolishness.”

I think these writings are a way of destroying Georg Gänswein's reputation when he is already under attack from liberals for having released posthumous memoirs of Benedict XVI that show a conflicted relationship with Francis, it's a way of making him a traitor to the traditionalists who see him as a link that still unites us with the thought of benedict xvi.

My two cents: Pope Benedict XVI was a wise and saintly man. If he wanted the world to know these things, he would have found a way to share them before his death instead of doing it afterwards in an unverifiable way.

I have no doubt he was treated poorly, but he bore his cross and probably reached great sanctity through it. He is with God, enjoying his eternal reward--not concerned with letting everyone know what he had to go through. As far as the problems in the Church? God will straighten them out according to His Will. We can help with our prayers and sacrifices, as Pope Benedict undoubtedly did.

Beware of people who endlessly tell you exactly what you want to hear.

The true ones always put a burr under your tail.

Take Padre Pio , for instance , he had them running ,screaming, from the Confessional. It would have been lovely to go to confession with Padre Pio, but it would also, for anyone who had a bit of sense, involved a certain amount of squirming terror.
A lot of these messages are true in the sense that they are factually correct. But they are also telling you exactly what you want to hear.

The true Prophetic word entails telling you things you don't want to hear.

All this is aimed at a particular audience. The Good Lord knows I am no fan of Pope Francis, but I don't believe this is of God.

If I were her Mother Superior she would be packing her suitcases and looking for another place to abide in. It is a terrible thing to go about making stuff like this all up.

I'm not taking this hook line and sinker. I do see that the actual killing of him by his secretary is a shocking accusation and I am very hesitant to share this with anyone but the full truth of his crucifixion will be revealed yet. For now I'm keeping my eyes on Jesus.

I don't recall seeing it on the forum and I hesitated to post it because I don't want to cause a stir.

Saint Pope John Paul II held up his rosary and stated "Here is the remedy against this evil. Pray, pray and ask for nothing else. Put everything in the hands of the Mother of God."

I believe I have heard of this nun before,Carol.

Since she suggests through her, 'Vision', that Pope Francis is not the Pope it is as well you did not post this. I would have had to delete it.

Did she indeed have this vision?

    Perhaps. Maybe.

If Pope Francis not the Pope?

    Perhaps. Maybe.

But it is not for us or this poor nun to decide but for the College of Cardinals.

I have a feeling , though, Carol, that this is a false vision. It is inclined , I feel to have too much of a kind of human thought.

But it is possible it is true. But better just to leave it and pray over it. I suspect it is not of God, though.
