A question on The Warning

Yes, I think after the warning, there will be a whole world turning to Catholicism. Someone posted a while back on another thread about being in a concentration camp in America and knowing that he was to be put to death for the Faith. I think that is true. When there is the warning, the world will divide into two camps - Catholics and the rest...those concentration camps that that poster saw will be a fact for many Catholics.

I am afraid of the warning (seeing so many lost chances is not something I am looking forward to), but please God the warning will give a new heart and courage to most people....I can see stampedes to confession and communion...whole nations will be baptised and no more living in sin - marriage or nothing - that alone will be wonderful, As for abortions - after the warning, I don't think anyone will be chattering on about their right to choose or rubbish like that..

So, apart from the fact that I dread it on my own accont, another part of me finds the waiting very hard.

I think the sequence of events will be as follows. You may notice I am citing scripture in place but I am not going to give references , you will find the m in the Book of revelation.

A silence will fall on the whole Earth for a period just before it happens. This will be a charged dramatic period in which we see inwardly, 'Oh my goodness its just about to happen, God's moving@. I suppose in way it will be a little bit like a mother whose child quickens in her womb and moves for the first time. A sense of joyful awe, expectation...but in this 'silence' this sense of the numinous a certain amount of reverential awe.

This will not strike everyone the same way, the spiritual person judges all things spiritually. Those for instance who are far from God will not see the train hit ,so to speak. Those who are more prayerful will discern its coming a lot quicker..as in fact we are doing in a little way on the forum at the moment.

There will be an excitement a stirring in the heavens and on Earth. We will notice this in the behaviour of animals for instance who are less blind than we think;)
There will be a huble and bubble among men asking, 'What does this mean?'

The sky will change it will be like we are in a planetarium we shall be conscious that we and all the universe are just like a grain of sand in the hand of God.

We shall see the stars move, whole showers of stars moving through the sky in what I can best describe as an organised dance.

The 'Woman clothed in the Sun ' will appear in the heavens as described in scripture as a precusor to the coming of her Son.

She will indicate to us that the time is at hand and there will be another period of silence and a huge dramatic of awesome silence as Jesus comes from the depths of the heavens . It will be like a rerun of the end of the world, a Second Judgement.

But as you can see with the Woman Clothed with the Sun, unmistakably Catholic in nature.

    Padraig,

Do you think this happens in 20-30 years?

I know this sounds like hedging my bets but it is so difficult to say with God. If I had to ask , when St John witnessed the Apocalypse on the Island of Patmos he would I guess have said we would see Christ's Coming in a week or tow. Now 2,000 years later we would say the coffee is getting cold. And of course this was the general feeling of all Christians at that time so much so that St Paul warned folks not to stop working and scrounging of others...

Having said this there are certain signs that it is pretty immediate. Signs such as turmoil in heaven and on Earth, frequent Marian apparitions are inner spirituals sense and so on.

But to nail it down precisely , well your guess is as good as mine. I saw myself in these dreams witnessing it, so my conclusion might be that it will be in my life time. But St John saw some of this 2,00 years ago as though he were there and he is long dead.

My guess is they are very, very close indeed certainly within 30 years.

Garabandal, if you accept it as true gives the best clue. For if Joey Lomingo is going to get his eyes fixed when it happens and Joey is in his 80's and in bad health. ....but then you have to give full belief in Garabandal to get clued from this.

If you don't believe in Garabandal then certainly within 30 years...if Medugorje is true.

My own belief is a whole lot sooner than 30. But I do not know for certain. Only those like Conchita who have been told know for certain.

My own guess coincides with Garabandal , so very, very soon. Say within ten years, probably five. I don't like to pin it down any closer, but we should always have our lamps lit.

These things will be very, very, very challenging and painful. As well as wonderful.

Yes, it's difficult not to become impatient so I try to focus on praying for all those souls who still need to return to God before all of these things come about, those who are in great need of his mercy and of conversion (including myself!) and be always thankful for his infinite patience. It's easy to think, well now I'm "converted," let the games begin... but he waited a long time for me; I made him wait, and still do. I'm thankful for his great patience.

It reminds me a little of the Holy of Holy's in the Old Testament . Only the High Priests and those they degignated went into the prescense because..as it is written..it is a terrible thing to fall into the Hands of the Living God.

I am reminded especially of Zechariah the father of John the Baptist who went into the Tabernacle and was struck dumb because of his unbelief.

I feel its close. I am back from Medjugorje and whilst there I experienced a great churning up. I felt the weight of my past sinful behavior and attitudes and I got to repent in a deeper way. When I came home home a prayerful lady of my acquaintance told me that she has experienced this for many months and I think we are being gently prepared now so as we will be able to bear whats coming.

Yes. Its close. But personally I cannot tie it down to exact dates...
and you know in a way I am not too sorry about this. Walking to God day by day without the huge distraction of knowing; this is maybe no bad thing..

Just because of Joey Lomangino's age ( 83 this year ), and since the " Miracle " is to follow within a year of the Warning, I would hazard a guess at maybe less than 10 years, hopefully. Joey jokes that by the time he gets his new "eyes", he 'll be so old he'll have cataracts !

Thanks for this thread, by the way. I've been a little confused too.

How does the Warning play in regard to the 3 Days of Darkness and other Chastisements? Are many of those things later in the time line and follow the Warning?

My understanding is that the three days of darkness comes much much later down the line. For of course after three days of darkness the greater part of the population of the world will be gone.

My own guess is that the Warning and Illumination are a great pouring forth of the Mercy of God (I think St Faustina talked of this) . How ever this Mercy, these huge graces, being poured forth at the start of things (so to speak) , for those to whom much has been given much will be asked. There is some excuse for instance in an extreme Islamist in these present days or an extreme atheist or secularist, or abortionist in these present days of confusion and extreme doubt in these present days. But after the skies open the Lord and the Blessed Mother with the Great Sign of Our Redemption appears in the skies and is left in visible and miraculous form at various sites amongst us, these will no longer be any confusion or excuse.

Thus the rebellion against God amongst the obdurate and perverse will be of a higher and a more spiritual nature. Like the proud angels souls will say into the very face of God, 'No I will not serve' They will effectively be spitting in the face of God.

Pope Paul 6th mentioned some of this when he talked, quoting St Paul of the, 'Mystery of Iniquity'. This may be difficult to believe but if you look at the great Concentrations Camps and Gulags you get some understanding of what these people will be about.

Whereas up to now ,after the Warning it will be as though we say to many, 'I am Joseph your brother' As time goes on this will no longer be the case . The sheep will go one way, the goats very much another.

The sheep led by the Great Shepherd, the goats by The Father of Lies.

Then they will turn to murder and exterminate their sisters and brothers who have chosen the Light and as in instrument of Justice God will step in directly.

Hence the Warning at Akita that 'Fire will fall from heaven',the Hand of God's Justice. But that is quite a ways away yet. I for instance will be long dead although I'll live to be quite an old man.

God seems to take His time but He wants to save as many as He can, for we are all the good and the bad alike His children.

Maryrose, that is what I dread about the warning - the weight of my past sins - I really Pray to God for mercy during the warning - not just for myself, but for everyone, so that people can change and not become so sad and sorry for their sins that they forget to change.

Padraig, that is a wonderful Divine Mercy picture, I had to save it to my computer.

After all these years of talking about this, you just gave me a new vision of it. I never thought about Mary coming first in the sky at the warning to tell us it is time and to usher in her son. Also, it is a very Catholic sign to be sure, and it makes perfect sense. I don't know why I never thought of it before. I always assumed that would be reserved for the final coming. But she has been trying to do this for us for all these years, of course she would appear first.

You stopped before Jesus actually appears. You didn't describe the vision that St. Faustina gave us for the appearance of Jesus, crucified and bleeding on the cross. Do you think the crucified Jesus will appear as in her vision at the illumination, or will that not happen until much later?

And then all these signs will be repeated just before the final judgment, many generations from now...right?

    Padraig,
No not that lady. While in Medj. I went to adoration on my own one evening and I was really overcome by grief because of my bad attitudes and how I have failed to love many people who have crossed my path. I sobbed by heart out but have great peace since. It was extraordinary how grief stricken I felt. I feel I got a little taste of what is coming so I am repenting now and it is humbling to realize where I am as opposed to where I thought I was.
A member of my group met one of the visionaries and asked them about the abortion legislation in Ireland. They were told that it will be OK. So keep praying everyone. The fat lady didn't sing yet.;)
