He has said that if there is a handover of power from Obama to Trump he will be shown to be an 'unreliable' prophet and will withdraw. I think that's fair enough and creates a context for a less cynical interpretation of the words you quote. We'll all be more knowledgeable of Charlie Johnson's status in a few weeks. I'm willing to give him that.

So Charlie is planning on being "significantly wrong" about something, eh? What predictions does he have left?
1) Obama not finishing his term
2) Neither Hillary nor Trump will serve as President
3) ?

 

Just my two cents where we are at. The following alleged message from God to Julie Whedbee was on my heart immediately after the election and prior to this message coming out. Say what you want, but I think this rings true and we will know very soon. Obama is not going out of office so easily.

MUCH, MUCH IS ABOUT TO BEFALL YOU-IT IS TIME

"The stage is set, the curtain falls..

From My Kingdom perspective, I see a nation divided, and a kingdom divided will not stand. Events transpiring are shaking foundations, as I have previously warned foundations would shake. I have seen the end from the beginning however, and the events transpire like clockwork. Deep and dark is the deception upon you, but I warn you it will grow darker. Many have placed their faith and trust on sinking sand. Many look to men and not Me for their refuge. Have I not told you that in the end there would be great deception? That even the elect would be deceived?

For many, they now have their new king. Beware when you hear peace and safety, for sudden destruction still comes! He who still remains in office deals treacherously, and your very lives are at stake. He wishes to see his evil schemes through to the end. All is not as it seems, hence My admonition to you- to stay sober, be watchful, wise as serpents, harmless as doves. Your discernment in these times is crucial. Unless you know your Shepherd's voice, how will you know and heed My instructions? People do desperate things in desperate times and will trust in a man, in a system that is tangible, because they have not learned to hear their Master's voice.

I will be very direct with you now. Much, much is about to befall you. You must have your spiritual houses in order with the natural to follow as you are led by My Spirit. I will counsel you in every step if you would only be sensitive to the move of My Spirit. Release all things that hinder this process. These instructions are crucial and may mean life or death for many of you.

The evil one also is very aware of the times you are in and knows My scripture. He understands I am unlocking and revealing mysteries in these last days. He is well aware of the power and authority My Bride carries and he is reacting to the fulfillment of all My prophecies with an increasing urgency, intensity and fervor. His days are numbered and he fears his end. He knows he is only a created being but you are created in My image, and so he hates you as he hates Me. He will attempt to create doubt, fear, distraction and confusion in My people as the terrible judgments fall. Know this though My precious ones, your steps are sure, and I will never leave you or forsake you. I give you the power to tread on all manner of evil things, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper.

As I have said in many previous messages to you, in a moment, in the blink of an eye, the sudden-lies will be upon you".

 

"No weapon formed against you shall prosper." I have seen this Scripture work in my life, over and over.

I suppose the essential point is to put our hopes in no earthly man, but only in Christ, His Mother and His Church.
We may only have jumped from the Clintonic frying into the Trumpian fire.

 

Yep, but I don't think it'll be a Trumpian fire in terms of him being bad for our country or our Faith. I do think it's a much better result that Trump won instead of Hillary, but I don't feel Trump is God's answer to our troubles. Instead the situation is much more dangerous now as he is an outsider and all of the entrenched elites do not want the depth of their corruption to be revealed.

 

Saw this list in a comment on Charlie's blog post, "A Reality Check," by saegara.

I guess this article describes me. I correct my husband's and son's grammar and spelling all the time. You know, because they don't want mistakes on their letters/memos/homework, and they're admittedly atrocious spellers.

Last year, I went to sell chickens at the local farmer's auction, and my husband labeled the box "Golden Comits". He forgot to ask me how to spell "comet" (the breed is called Golden Comets) that day.

 

A little warning bell went off for me with the reports that his son-in-law is calling the shots. He's Jewish Orthodox. I don't know whether that means he is a practising Jew which would be a good thing or that he's aligned with the ultra Orthodox faction that vandalises churches, especially Catholic churches, in Jerusalem.

CNN doing stories on the nun running a welcome centre for illegal immigrants crossing the border doesn't help. They make her out to be a saint but people who are sick of illegal immigration could see her as a people trafficker. I don't recall CNN doing a story about the Little Sisters when Obama's as Obama's administration was dragging them through the courts. It is ridiculous that busloads of people just drive across the border, register as migrants and are released when they promise to show up in court for a hearing, the majority most likely never to be seen or heard from again.

Prepare for US Catholics to be used as a battering ram in the not too distant future. You will either be anti-Pope for supporting efforts to secure your borders or anti-Government for supporting the Church. Pray that you don't become sandwich filling.

 

You know Dolours, I'm not at all convinced that our problems are going to be solved by this incoming administration. And I feel that we as Catholics are not going to be happy with a lot of what is to come. Our problems were not over on election night. I'm pray I'm wrong, but I don't think so. Trying to enjoy a temporary reprieve. The only Thing, that was for sure a good thing, was getting evil Clinton out of the picture

 

Yes, breaking the Clintons' grip on power was a bonus. I'm not expecting wonders from Trump but I take comfort from Pence being there because I think there's some hope that he will prevent tying abortion to foreign aid. Pence being a former Catholic could be troublesome for some projects the Church has been involved in (possibly diverting some of the money going to Catholic charities) but I would have more confidence in him than "Catholic" Biden on freedom of religion. Perhaps he will favour Muslim countries with gay married ambassadors, developing Obama's legacy of posting them to Catholic countries. (Sorry if that's bitchy, but I was so sick of Obama). The liberal media are already worrying about Hollande being replaced in France and talking up Merkel for all they're worth. With any luck, we'll see the back of both of them next year.

 

Trump's son-in-law is an observant Orthodox Jew, supposedly very wealthy and his wife (Trump's daughter)converted to Judaism. They keep kosher and keep Shabbat and I suppose the Holy Days.
That's all I know.

Better a believing Jew than a liberal one. There may be some Orthodox Jews that vandalise Churches, but I don't think this is representative. They don't cut priests' throats, at any rate.

 

I agree. It isn't representative of Orthodox Jews but there is a subset that are sometimes described as ultra-Orthodox who, given half a chance, would persecute Christians and anyone who doesn't think like them. He's a bit of an unknown quantity but what I have read so far doesn't give any indication that he would be of their mindset. I wouldn't be confident, however, that even Orthodox Jews would put pro-life issues high on their agenda. Thank God that the Evangelicals are pro-life. Trump is likely to pay some attention to them because their support helped get him elected.

 

From what I knew, which isn't much, I thought that orthodox Jews were prolife!

They have large familes and consider life as starting from conception!

I didn't know that some of the orthodox Jews had a hatred of Catholics!

So much stuff I didn't know.
