Not openly as far as I know. It's in the Wikileaks emails but I don't know whether that Salt guy is currently active with them. According to the leaked email, Podesta wasn't confident that the leadership in either group was up to the task of achieving his goal. I would have to search the emails again for time frames to see who were the leaders he was talking about.

Sorry, Byron, I didn't read your message properly. The two groups referred to in the Wikileaks Podesta emails are Catholics United and Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good.

Wow....that shed some light on this. Very, very sad! To say the least. I hope this current pope resigns soon. Leading the catholic world with a very liberal agenda. How do you ignore the slaughter of millions of unborn babies? Social justic begins in the womb! Someone needs to remind him of that!

The damage has been done, Beth, whether he resigns or not. There are enough statements out there for the likes of Salt and others to push their agenda using quotes from the Pope. And they could drive a bus through the gaps in Amoris Letitia.

We also need to take a step back here and make sure that we don't get sucked into supporting the extreme opposite to the liberal agenda. We are Catholics first which means neither liberal nor conservative but we are called to have concern for the welfare of all human beings, especially the poor.

 

Anything really big would be out already. some states like AZ, Flordia that have heavy early voting more than half those who will be voting are already done

Amen to everything you said here. But I suspect that those liberals in political power are just using the poor for their political anti God agenda. It's only a tool for them to retain their power. If they get more, the number of poor will increase. Jesus said that the poor will always be with us....and I agree, we need to always be looking out for them. Since this forum goes worldwide, and guest to this forum read this, know that voting for Hillary Clinton is a death sentence for millions of our unborn....you are accountable before God at judgement for their very lives. I'm not a trump fan as many of you know, and I'm not convinced that he will do as he has promised with regards to the unborn....but I do know what Clinton will do. She has a voting record that has supported partial birth abortion and has promised more of the same. Vote for the candidate who will do the least harm. Our church allows this. In the end, win or lose, we are held accountable before the throne of God for this decision. If trump wins and does not do as promised, we are not held accountable ....he will be. Pray.

OK this may be a coincidence, but it does look uncanny that an FBI officer suspected of being involved in leaking to Wikileaks has been found dead. I can't vouch for this site, if it's a right wing conspiracy nutjob thing or not, plus there are some fairly nasty clickbait items on the sidebar. Just sayin'

What makes me wonder if it was a genuine suicide/murder is that the dog was dropped off by the FBI agent beforehand. Otherwise, it looks like two more to add to the pile of bodies...

 

I fear Trump may not make it. There is a body of opinion out there that considers that the economic outlook is so grave that it would be right and proper that the elites responsible be in charge when the band-aids currently being applied finally lose effect. It would be quite unfair were Trump to receive the odium for the mess that Obama, and to be fair Bush Jnr before him (not to mention Bill and his easy credit mortgages), have created.

 

Clinton would probably claim that the maid can't read and, as with everything else, she would get away with it.

 

I didn't know about FATCA until yesterday. Its theirs, diabolically disoriented Democrats and their arm, the IRS. Good news, alleluia, so Americans overseas are going to vote for Trump.
