Just finished it, his speech is probably only around 30 minutes long. Please read my post #871, he discusses Benghazi in this video. They can be convicted if new evidence is exposed, correct? My question is if she is elected then who becomes President, Kaine? or will the country go nuts, as I believe some people here may be thinking?

If she is elected the "powers" that have protected her in order to get her elected for the purpose of doing their bidding will continue that protection until the opportunity to entirely collapse the nation and incorporate it into the NWO arises. Then probably she'll be among the first to face their firing squad as so often has happened in history. If Trump gets in I wouldn't bet against his actually attempting to bring her to justice.....and maybe a few others!

I don't think God is going to 'raise up' Trump. He is going to leave it to the American people to do so and if they do not they will have to endure the consequences.

 

Beth: I could have written that about myself except that I was on the verge of leaving the Church only a few years ago and I wasn't young. I thought that I was a good Catholic although I barely scraped it to Sunday Mass, thought that women should be priests and had all sorts of other notions about what the Church should be doing despite never lifting a hand to do anything myself. Believe it or not, I even wished for Hillary Clinton to win the US Presidency in 2009 and was flabbergasted that she didn't even get her party's nomination although in my own defence I didn't realise she was such and advocate for abortion. It took having to face the stark choice that the apostles faced "where would we go?" to bring me to my senses........that and a lot of prayer by someone very close to me.

I hope that God will forgive me if I have been too hard on Cardinal Dolan. It's easy for me to be brave in cyberspace but I don't know whether I would have had the courage to stand alone against so many influential people had I been in the Cardinal's shoes. From the little I know of him, Cardinal Dolan never struck me as being a Kasper type. Although he's not in the same league as Cardinals Burke and Chaput when it comes to speaking out clearly in defence of the faith, I wouldn't be nearly as worried about him as I would about the likes of Cardinal Wuerl or Archbishop Cupich.

Seeing them all looking so free and easy and hearing people cheer that dreadful woman made me so angry. And when they boasted about the $6 million raised, all I could think was that's about $6.20 per baby aborted in the US last year. Was it Padre Pio said that parents need to do as much talking to God about their children as they do talking to their children about God? I need to take that advice about people in the public eye, especially the Church hierarchy.

Perhaps God has been listening to us where the UN is concerned. I think that the new General Secretary will be a Portuguese man who doesn't have a track record of promoting abortion as the ideal solution to poverty. We can pray for him too.

 

Yes, ...well, God can raise up persons but He needs our cooperation in order to fulfill His will for His intention for this person. Obviously He has used various witnesses/seers etc. in order to help us at various times and we (as well as the Church herself) haven't always cooperated and gone without graces intended, thus suffered.

Dolours, thank you for sharing all of that. Everyday I try to review my past and I find myself having fallen short on so many levels. When I say my past, I mean as recent as the day before. I pray God that he shows me the mercy at judgement that I probably don't deserve....except by His grace, I pray for it anyhow.
Perhaps im too passionate about abuse and it comes off sounding harsh. I don't mean it to be. I'm trying to work on that. It's my dna ...but needs checked just the same.

Most Americans do not have nearly the understanding of our own political system ( and church)and what's going on here as you do. Your teaching me and I follow it pretty close!

If/when Hillary is elected it will surely fulfill allot of current prophecy, which ushers in the Antichrist, as she will surely be his most loyal puppet in this part of the world. Anyone who's supports thet high sacrament of Satan (abortion on demand) will be the AC's most loyal advocate.

There is currently different "prophecies" that say Trump will usher in AC which is logical in that the time could be moved up due to the realized urgency to stop his promised efforts to totally come against this globalism and NWO. This would force such powers to move quickly against him if elected. Whereas Hillary will naturally do their bidding and she will use her power to set the stage for placing the U.S. and its patriots in the hands of the enemy.....as Obama has done to the extent that he has been able. It will more than likely be the state of the world AFTER wars and revolutions along with the natural disasters predicted that will create the setting of total need and total dependency of the suffering population upon some "savior" in order to survive = food, water, shelter, basic necessities; since the world will look like it's been destroyed in most places. But those wars will be created by the elite powers of the world only to have to contend at the same time with unplanned for natural disasters interfering with their personal plans. One is thus the punishment coming from man while the other is coming from "above".

 

Most of the bishops caved and equivocated in Arian times, yet only a majority were truly wicked and many of the weak ones were spoken of admiringly in later years for the actual good that they did. We need an Athanasius now but, should one emerge, one would be very concerned for his survival. The leadership of the modern world features far more treacherous and dishonourable people than Emperor Constantius, who at least respected the rule of law.

 

Please, Beth, don't pay undue attention to anything I say. I'm on a learning curve and could have things totally skewed. It's in the interest of everyone living outside the US to pay attention to what's happening there because if it isn't already paralleled in other countries it's coming down the line. I used to take much of the news coverage here at face value until I saw it become completely anti-Catholic right across the board. It was unrelenting. Once I woke up to what was happening here it wasn't hard to figure out that this was an imported strategy. I started looking elsewhere for news coverage of world events and discovered that a few news sources (mainly Reuters, the NYT and the usual news channels like NBC, CNN, etc.) in the US pointed the way for news coverage across the Western world. Their important news became our important news with almost identical slanted reporting. I stopped following our news because it really doesn't matter. What matters is what happens in the US because our economy is heavily dependent on mainly US based transnational corporations. They can pull the plug on us tomorrow with very little impact on them but dire consequences for us. Our politicians and media outlets can't be unaware of that and won't rock any boats. It's as well to keep an eye on the organ grinder rather than the monkey.

It took a crisis of faith to open my eyes. First of all I had to find out why the Church teaches what it does, and I thank God that my crisis of faith happened before Catholic resources are completely removed from the internet. I think that will happen eventually with the Kaine and Podesta brand of Catholicism being the only brand tolerated. Globalists control the mass media including the internet.

Until very recently I would have scoffed at any and all conspiracy theories. I pay attention now. Many appear to be way OTT perhaps because the theorist stumbles across one conspiracy and indulges in some embellishment. People like that leave themselves open to be ridiculed because it only takes one of their theories to be proved false to cast doubt on all their theories. The reason I pay more attention to the conspiracy theorists is that there appears to be a very small number of people calling the shots for a world of billions. Wikileaks showed that particularly for the Catholic Church. You don't get invited to the Vatican unless you have influence in the Vatican. I get the impression that Podesta et al had the Vatican equivalent of back stage passes at a rock concert. It remains to be seen whether their access will be curtailed. I doubt it. Perhaps the names will change for the sake of window dressing but the replacements will be no less harmful - just more careful about covering their tracks. These are troubled times for the Church. Sometimes I think it would be better for us to ignore it all and let them have their way. There are times that I think it would be better to let them precipitate the inevitable crisis than opposing them and only winning small battles as they drip-feed their poison across more generations. Hard to know what's best. We need to pray much.

 

I can't really argue with any of that. I'm trying to be charitable to Cardinal Dolan. He's Bishop of New York which is controlled, for the most part, by secular Jews aided by lapsed or lukewarm Catholics and most likely Masons. I get the impression that the Cardinal is what in the outside world would be known as a boss's man. I can only hope that he hasn't forgotten that the real boss is in Heaven. Perhaps he would have displayed more courage if his boss on earth had been someone like Pope John Paul 11 knowing that the Pope would have had his back.

There are some prelates in the mould of Athanasius. Sadly not nearly enough. Archbishop Chaput has a more gentle approach but he manages to hit the nail on the head. Have you read his speech in the snake pit that is Notre Dame University? I gather he was speaking to his fellow bishops and not the crufix-hiding Catholic intelligentia that have so much to answer for. It took a very long time for Honorius's weak leadership to be corrected. How long did it take for Arius to be exposed and defeated? That might give us a time frame of what to expect.

I haven't got to the end of Newman's book yet-it's heavy going, exacerbated by numerous textual errors in my download copy-but it is my preliminary understanding that the Arian heresy lingered around for centuries, particularly in the East and Africa and was probably a reason for the rapid collapse of Christendom in these regions in the face of Islam, another unitarian religion.

 

You know, while watching a bit of the Al Smith dinner and some of Trump's remarks against Hillary and seeing the disapproval of those who seemed to be regulars and expecting merely the same jovial, lighter banter and criticism as traditional, and who looked quite ill at ease and even embarrassed about truth speaking to power, I couldn't help thinking....Dear God, this man is the only one there who doesn't care if he offends while "trumpeting" out the truth about that particular elephant in the room responsible for the use of her power and influence $$$ to force the good citizens against their wills to contribute to her obvious love of the baby killing industrial complex. I thought as well.....what would Christ expect or just what word would He have selected to treat such anti-God behavior, and He WAS there...or John the Baptist who didn't hold back about that particular leader's sins. Why should such an occasion with its cloak of doing good be used to cover up such sins that are truly considered the most offensive against God's sovereignty? I wonder if Cardinal Dolan himself, as God's committed servant first, did anything with such an opportunity that involved as much passion for the Truth to be spoken to?
