Here's a very interesting video from John Campbell. A report in the British Medical Journal prompted him to make the video. It turns out that many of the publications about the Coronavirus, even reports in the most reputable journals, have been less than top quality. Of 2,181 publications, only 3.7% were peer reviewed primary research. In fairness to Dr. Campbell he acknowledges that he has accepted the prestige of academic journals but he concludes by saying that they appear to be "open to compromise" at the moment.
Aha! I've watched his videos pretty consistently since Feb. He is an honest man. Refreshing and rare.
I, too, have watched his videos consistently since they were first linked on the forum. I do believe he is honest but I began to have reservations about his judgement when I got the impression that he was making excuses for the WHO. I suppose that he is as susceptible to confirmation bias as anyone else. One of his more recent videos was a real turn-off for me. His guest was a former banker who works with some charity helping people in underdeveloped countries. According to the guest, whose name I forget, many people doing similar charitable work are also former bankers. Hearing the guest sing the praises of Melinda Gates raised red flags for me. While Dr. Campbell did come clean, it wasn't until the very end of the video that he came straight out and said that he had put too much trust in the prestige of the academic journals. I wonder how reliable are his contacts in various parts of the world.

I can't express how hurt I feel; it's like having been held prisoner for months in a dark room and finally when you are liberated, the outside landscape has totally changed, its barren and dead and ravaged, in fact all you know is gone, you've somehow arrived on a different planet.

I feel something similar, Josephite. Before these last three months, I would attend Holy Mass frequently, four or five days a week. It was normal, precious but normal. Unlike most Catholics, I have had the privilege of going to Holy Mass five times since things shut down. Now, I have this painful inkling as if my old normal will never return. Every time I will worship at Holy Mass, there will be this question mark; how long will the Holy Mass remain available this time? Will this shadow of doubt always remain? At least now, moving forward, there will be no chance to take Holy Mass for granted! Safe in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary!

Just an observation. Since the protests began, the voices who were on the news for weeks repeatedly warning us to comply with 'social distancing', and mask wearing are now silent.
Well now it appears that the "tack on" to the orchestrated terrorist riots, which themselves arrived after the COVID "terror" was leveling off, will be to force the public back into lockup due to all of the "unmasked" masses within the mobs of the riots, having to be quarantined (already being proposed) and no one of these masses able to be certain of whom they have been in contact. All of this terror is meant to justify the goal of frauding the vote for the coming election through ordered mail in voting. Any kind of lock down of the public will fulfill this. The target always has been the man who appeared on the scene, never supposed to win the Presidency, whose mission it is is to expose the evil systems, drain the swamp, and name names of real criminals. "They" either keep power by whatever means or go to jail.
Please God, let justice prevail and let the evil be exposed. May the Lord steer POTUS's thoughts away from this solution. I think they might get some push back on this. People want to go back to normal, even if it is almost normal.

"Although an independent audit of the provenance and validity of the data has been commissioned by the authors not affiliated with Surgisphere and is ongoing, with results expected very shortly, we are issuing an Expression of Concern to alert readers to the fact that serious scientific questions have been brought to our attention," The Lancet said Tuesday. While an expression of concern is not as severe as a journal withdrawing a published study, it signifies that the research is potentially problematic. The observational study looked at records for 96,000 patients and concluded that treatment with hydroxychloroquine, which is normally used to treat arthritis, and chloroquine, an anti-malarial, showed no benefit and even increased the likelihood of patients dying in hospital.
