    I'm convinced, more than ever, that all the "overly strange" USA Elections 2016 (& EU too), Impending Economic Collapse, Over-Run National Borders, Old-n-New Diseases, disappearance of Bats, Birds-n-Bees, Ramblings of Pope Francis, Nuclear Iran/North Korea, China Red Star Rising and ..... any number of other "Signs" that adorn the Front Page of your morning newspaper ........... I'm convinced that it's TIME for Thee & Me to get our Hearts, Homes and Neighborhoods PREPARED .... NOW! .... TODAY!! Thee & Me can do little about any of the above but we can ..................... Get On It!!

    GOD SAVE ALL HERE!!

    Trump is destroying the Republican Party. If by some miracle, he doesn't get the nomination, our nation may survive as a free republic....if either trump or Hillary win....we are finished. Trump is a major progressive running as a republican. If elected, I fear a fascist government will evolve.

    If you don't believe that, read history...trump has all the hallmarks of a tyrant...he's saying it himself with each passing day...if anyone has ears to hear.

    If the folks don't wake up...right now....it may be too late after Super Tuesday....tomorrow!

    Make no mistake, this is it for America. We don't come back from either Hillary or Trump.

    He sums up the battle we're in, incredibly well.
    Read this...SHARE THIS Before Tuesday...

    From Someone named Pete Scott...

    About Trump...
    If you heard me bragging about cheating on my wife with other married women;
    If I told you that I had thought about asking my wife, if we could have an “open” relationship;
    If I told you that I never felt the need to ask for God’s forgiveness;
    If you continually heard me use bad language in front of little kids;
    If I wouldn’t tell you what my favorite Bible verse is;
    If you saw me make fun of a disabled person;
    If I told you I was very prochoice when it comes to killing babies as they’re born;
    If I owned strip clubs;
    If I told you that an abortion agency did wonderful things;
    If I made fun of a prisoner of war for being caught;
    If I said that I thought Hilary Clinton was a good Secretary of State;
    If I told you that I was neutral between Israel and Iran;
    If I said that I thought that the government should be in charge of health care;
    If I used imminent domain to try and take a woman’s house for casino parking;
    If I said that, out of the last four presidents, Bill Clinton is the best;
    If I agreed with a ban on assault rifles;
    If I said I would sue anybody who said something about me that I didn't like;
    If I donated money to Democrats like Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi;
    If I asked the Clintons to my wedding;
    If I said and did all of these things, would you say that I’m trustworthy?
    If I said and did all of these things, would you want me to be in charge of nominating people for the Supreme Court?
    If I had said and done all of these things, I would be Donald Trump.
    And, sadly, I would be running away with the Republican Nomination for President.
    I seriously doubt anybody cares what I have to say about this, but nevertheless, here’s my two cents:
    This is important. This isn’t about a popularity contest. This isn’t American idol.
    This is going to affect us. This is going to impact the way you and I live. And it’s going to decide what kind of world our kids grow up in.
    The next President could possibly nominate as many as 4 or even 5 Supreme Court Justices.
    That means if we mess this up, it's probable that in the near future:
    1. Preaching what the Bible says about marriage will be considered hate speech. And teaching it to children will be child abuse.
    2. The right to bear arms could be completely gone.
    3. Christian businesses will be forced to provide abortion pills.
    4. Your daughters will have to share locker rooms and bathrooms with boys who “say” they’re girls.
    5. Unborn babies will not only continue to be murdered, but killing them will be funded by OUR tax dollars.
    6. The EPA will double down its attack on energy production, destroying jobs, and causing your electric bill to sky rocket.
    7. Our $19,000,000,000,000 dollars in debt will continue to grow.
    8. 18 year old girls will have to register for a draft where they could be sent to the front lines against their will.
    9. You won’t be able to point out a Muslim, at the Mall, who is acting shady, because you will be labeled islamophobic and probably hit with a lawsuit.
    10. Church’s will have to hire people who don’t believe the Bible.
    11. Christian Pregnancy Help Centers could be forced to suggest to patients that they might want to consider an abortion.
    With that all being said, the Presidential election is headed to our neck of the woods this coming Tuesday.
    I ALWAYS hear people in this part of the country say, “Our votes don’t matter.”
    Well folks, this time they do. The delegates from Oklahoma and Arkansas could be what decides the race.
    There is no perfect candidate. But we have to choose one.
    So it comes down to this; There is no possible way Carson, or Kasich, can win. A vote for Carson or Kasich, at this point, is a vote for Trump.
    If Cruz and Rubio continue to split votes, Trump wins.
    Neither Rubio nor Cruz is going to drop out, so we have to pick one.
    You’ve heard them talk over and over; I don’t need to regurgitate campaign speeches.
    So when it comes down to my pick, it’s this easy. I like Rubio, but he’s no Ted Cruz.
    This is why I'm voting for Ted Cruz.
    a. He’s a serious, principled Christian. Cont......

    Continued from above Piet...

    b. He knows the Bible and he will defend it without apology.
    c. He knows the Constitution and he will defend it without apology.
    d. I don’t have to worry about what he will do as President, because I can look at what he’s done in the Supreme Court and as a Senator and he has been consistent.
    e. He is the most qualified to pick Godly people to the Supreme Court.
    f. He represents me, and the things I believe in, better than anyone.
    In Cruz’s home state of Texas, he has a double digit lead on Trump in the poles. Texas has A LOT of delegates. In Rubio's home state of Florida, he isn’t even close to Trump.
    Cruz won Iowa and so he’s the only person to beat Trump so far. Rubio hasn’t won a primary yet and he isn’t projected to win any at all.
    We have to unite behind one guy to beat Trump.
    Rubio is another GW Bush. Cruz is more principled and he’s in better position to win.
    If you are absolutely sure, that Donald Trump will represent you in a way you can be proud of, and if you can vote for Trump with a clear conscience, then fine.
    But if we elect Trump as our nominee, then we will get what we deserve. A sleazy, foul mouthed, New York liberal, billionaire.
    President of the United States was intended to be an opportunity to serve, not a throne where you rule over people. Obama has made us forget that.
    There’s too much at stake to take a chance on Trump.
    Our religious liberty is at stake. The Constitution is at stake. Our jobs are at stake. And my little girl's future is at stake.
    We have no idea what Trump will do.
    He’s not trustworthy.
    Exodus 18:21

    Right now, I'd recommend everyone to vote for Cruz or Rubio (or even Kasich if you live in Ohio) - basically whoever is higher in the polls in your state. The important thing now is to deny Trump as many delegates as possible. I'm going to be watching the late polls in my state before deciding. Right now, it looks like Rubio in my state. You might want to look into the exact delegate rules in your state, as some states have 20% minimums for getting delegates. If one of Rubio/Cruz is at 25% and one is at 19% in a state like that, it might be good to pick the one at 19% to try to get them over the hump, as that would deny Trump more delegates. The important thing is to be as smart as possible about your vote. Don't vote for Carson - that is just taking votes away from Rubio or Cruz at this point.

    Here are delegate allocation rules for each state (look at the delegate allocation column and the details below):

    The path to defeating Trump after tomorrow....to save our nation...

    AFTER Tomorrow....we need to ask ALL BUT ONE of trumps opponents to get out of the primary race. Cruz is my pick to be president. If he gets the most votes or the second most votes, then Rubio needs to get out.

    If Rubio gets the most votes, or seconded most votes, Cruz needs to get out....as do the other candidates.

    We need to consolidate all non trump support behind one candidate to take trump out.

    Hopefully, either Cruz or Rubio will fall on their sword to save our nation. The candidate with the least votes needs to get out and support the other candidate wholly and completely.

    I fear that won't happen, because Texas gives Cruz a huge home-court advantage as far as tomorrow goes, and perhaps as much as 30% of the total raw vote tomorrow is in Texas. But I would agree that if Rubio doesn't win any states tomorrow, or if Cruz gets more votes than Rubio in the non-Texas states, then Rubio should be the one to fall on his sword. If Rubio gets more votes tomorrow, even with Cruz's home-court advantage, then Cruz should be the one to drop out. Hopefully, it will be clear one way or the other, because one of them HAS to drop out after tomorrow.

    Pray that either Cruz or Rubio loves this country enough to allow the other a chance to save the party, and the nation from a trump nomination.

    Trump daily is giving the dems ammo to defeat him in a general election. If trump is the nominee...Hillary can beat him....easily.

    Honestly, I am kind of hoping it will be clear that Cruz should be the one to drop, because I feel Rubio will be under a lot of pressure from the establishment to stay in, and probably may not want to drop out until Florida has voted. But the main thing is that hopefully their egos won't get in the way of doing what is best for the country. I will say that whoever does have the courage to drop out will become my favorite among the two, ironically.

    I wish Senator Coburn would make his endorsement. He has always been my favorite politician, with integrity and carrying out his office with the dignity it deserves in the way our founders wished. Wish he would run for President, actually. He wouldn't be in favor of Trump, that's for sure.

    I really believe that after tomorrow, there should just be two men left standing- the top two. Everyone else needs to drop out. Cruz is my pick for president, but if Rubio does better than him, then I'll throw my support for Rubio. I really liked Carson, but I think he and Kasich should've been gone by now.

    You are right, he did.....This was worth waiting for - here's what Sen. Coburn said about Trump in the course of his comments this morning while endorsing Rubio:

    "America desperately needs a president who will appeal to people’s highest aspirations rather than their deepest fears; a president who will model servant leadership rather than self-promotion; and a president who will cast a vision and unite the country instead of denigrating dissenters as second-class citizens....Donald Trump’s campaign is a fabrication. He is perpetuating a fraud on the American people. His empty promises, bullying and bloviating rhetoric will only deepen the frustration and disillusionment that gave rise to his campaign. He simply lacks the character, skills and policy knowledge to turn his grandiose promises into reality. Put simply, Donald Trump has no plan to make America great again. He is a populist without portfolio."

    ...as I stated earlier, the last thing I come here for is politics, much less to debate them. But "in my opinion", Cruz and Rubio looked ridiculous in the last debate, and have continued that behavior, since. Just based on their "trying to outdo Trump at his own game" antics, I'd disqualify both of them from being president, much less presidential. But, I repeat; Cruz, especially, will get very few independent votes, and certainly no democrats will cross over for him. So, he may be pure in the minds of many, but he won't get those much needed independents and democrat votes. Rubio confirmed all I worried he'd be, by his latest attempts to out-Trump Trump. He comes across as a college guy, who has much to learn about composure. Kasich, in a normal election cycle, would have it locked up. However, he seems to think that going negative is always negative, which isn't the case.
    ...What we have before us, is pure, utter chaos. I left the GOP and became independent, years ago, because the GOP keeps blowing it, and they are like an elite club. And if our side loses to a democrat, the finger pointing will be as never before. I'm for Trump, currently and not without reservation, because I believe what he says he'll do, I believe what he says he stands for...regardless of where he may have said he stood, before, and I'm sick to death of the media and others telling me who I should and who I should not vote for. Mitt Romney is a classic example of this, and I lost all respect for he and Cruz when they pulled a Harry Reid trick, by suggesting there could be all sorts of bad things in Trump's tax returns.
    ...In the end, I just ask God to get the right person in office, whoever that is.

    At what point does CHARACTER COUNT?

    The Republican frontrunner, Donald Trump, has assembled a substantial following in the electorate that is so unwavering in its support that he boasted that he could shoot someone in the middle of New York City and it wouldn’t hurt him. While his example is hyperbolic, it not only illustrates his point but also indicates the degree to which attention to character has slipped off the radar screen in our current politics.

    Trump has not only had multiple marriages, but a background of serial adultery—which he virtually boasted about in his first book. He has made a sizable amount of his fortune on the back of human weakness, with gambling casinos. His Atlantic City casino featured a virtual strip club. His massive business successes have been accompanied by shady business practices (many of which have led to lawsuits), questionable associations, loan defaults, using political connections and maneuvering to get what he wants (as with the much-publicized attempt to have eminent domain invoked—he also did it elsewhere—against a widow who wouldn’t sell her property so he could expand his Atlantic City casino operation), and a tendency generally to use pressure tactics on those who get in his way.

    ...whatever is said about Trump, I don't care for either Rubio "or" Cruz, as contenders...and find them childish, irritating or both. I could gather articles written about each, which put their own character in question. But, in the end, everyone will vote the way they want.
    ...I may have stated this earlier, but back when I worked at a retail giant, we had a guy who was somewhat nasty, unforgiving, had a filthy mouth and questionable morals. Yet, when the big shots needed someone to come in and straighten out a messy, chaotic backroom/warehouse the size of a football field, they would call in this guy. And he would get the job done better than even the managers could. That's Trump, to me. This president has brought us to the brink of socialism, created an atmosphere hostile towards religion, stoked racial hostilities, broken the law by not enforcing existing laws or enforcing ones he made up, stabbed Israel in the back, and made a deal right out of the pits of hell with Iran. What is needed, "in my opinion" is not another democrat-lite who will go along to get along and change nothing, but a man who has actually run things, been a success at doing it and who will get the job done.
    ...I could be wrong, and often am. But my guess is, the old guard, do nothing GOP will fight Trump's nomination, they'll all shoot themselves collectively in the foot, and Hillary will be the winner. I find it very frustrating that most of the GOP guys, Kasich and Carson excluded, talk so much about self reliance, but rarely reach out to those who "do" need the safety net. This plays right into democrat's hands. Cruz sure went after Trump for him saying he wouldn't let people die in the streets, but I've yet to hear Cruz address comments to those who can't support or take care of themselves, or even to the African American community. They keep preaching to the choir, and the choir, alone, will not get them elected.
    ...I won't be posting on this thread anymore, as it can easily turn into a debate. 99% of the time, debates dissolve into arguments, which go nowhere.

    Great endorsement of Trump today by the Christian Post, the most popular Evangelical newspaper:

    "The Christian Post has never taken a position on a political candidate before today. We are making an exception because Trump is exceptionally bad and claims to speak for and represent the interests of evangelicals."

    It's amazing that so many faith based web sites that previously never endorsed find that trump is so dangerous, that they have no choice!
