Is this more Gaslighting? A papal visit to Lourdes this evening? See, we really do love the Blessed Mother! Anthony Stine had a video today on the recent document issued to mark 60 years since Nostra Aetate, the V2 document on dialogue with other world religions. He was saying that the new one follows the same pattern as other recent papers. It starts by setting out the Church's accepted teaching on certain issues and then proceeds to ignore them. I think this document suggests that we should no longer engage in proselytising or evangelisation as we now live in a global village.
I think Vatican II was sound enough per se, but it seems to be very vulnerable to hijacking by the Judases that seem to have taken control of the administration of The Church. This might not be a great negative for The Council. The bishops involved might have been as innocent as doves…but they neglected to be as wise as serpents. In so doing, they have left the way open for the serpents to gain control.
Big question mark. What is there to assist or preside when the priest is not present? Better postpone the marriage ceremony until the priest is available. The Final Battle will be about Marriage and the Family...
It will be more difficult to argue why people can't just go get married by a justice of the peace or at the beach.
By chance I watched a couple of Raymond Arroyo and his Papal Posse this morning and the things they recounted about events in the Vatican and the wider Church chilled me. It's hard to believe at times the horrible things that are going on. It is like a total horror picture. But then standing back from it all I think to myself as a humble layperson what can I do about all this but pray really? I have no power at all to physically change anything. The only real power I have to pray. So every day first thing I do when I say the rosary in the first few beads is to pray for the Pope and the Church. I agree its good to stay in touch with things going on. But not to get carried away by it all. To trust in God and hope for better days. We know that Mary will break the back of Satan and Triumph of the Immaculate Heart will come about. That the days of these very evil clergy and lay people doing all this are numbered. I do however admire the Bishops and clergy and laypeople who are called by God to speak out and do so. But its important not to get so obsessed with these things as to loose our inner peace. One thing I notice listening to Raymond Arroyo and others it is often not what they say but what they do not say. Looking at them I can see are horrified and even frightened they are by what is going on. This tells me much more than their words.
It appears changes are coming fast and furiously. Why the hurry? Me thinks the eschatological timetable is ramping up. Lord have Mercy! Come Lord Jesus! But there is His Promise: Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!
The exorcists say that the demons know their time is very limited. I am convinced that many of these evil clergy are in actual cahoots with Satan. That would explain the haste. But even so they can only go so fast or people would smell a rat. A Satanic rat. There are still many, many good Catholics and clergy, even many saints. They just don't hit the headlines like the bad ones.
The proposal that the sensus fidelium ought take precedence over papal infallibility is the most chilling of all. Doctrine would immediately become the diktat of those with the power-which is precisely what we are seeing with the diktats from these sinods. Where is the input from the ordinary faithful in these soviets?
Amoris Letitia has already wounded the sanctity of the marriage bond. Compassion should not run roughshod over truth.
https://www.vaticannews.va/en/pope/...f-synod-s-canon-law-commission-published.html As I understand it, this encompasses several aspects of Canon Law: bishops, who provide the foundation for the continuity of apostolic authority, may now be able to share their governing authority within the Church with laypeople. The final decision-making process, which belongs to Rome and an ecumenical council, could now be restructured through local councils, with laypeople having voting power equal to that of bishops. I believe that, if these measures are fully approved, we could see the beginning of an Anglican-style downward spiral within the Church, and only divine intervention may be able to save us. Leo still has many years ahead of him to appoint numerous cardinals who share his vision and approach, within a synodal model. Incidentally, I am struck by how frequently the term "Synodal Church" has been replacing the expression "Catholic Church" in various ecclesiastical documents and homilies. For a child who is learning to read and receive catechesis, this could be somewhat confusing, as it may make it more difficult to understand the name of the true Church of Christ.
