Yep. Father Altman’s bishop has asked him to resign because he’s too divisive. Apparently Father said his last Mass yesterday:
I hope Bishop Strickland offers him his diocese. Fr Altman is our present day John the Baptist. Persecution for truth telling but as Shakespeare said "this above all to thine owns self be true."

He, and many, will go “underground”. The treatment he is receiving is coming for all the priests who won’t comply. and then it’s coming for all of us who won’t follow them in the diabolical disorientation. And it’s coming a lot quicker than most realize.
Fr. Altman had a late vocational calling. He entered the priesthood with the keen mind of a lawyer and a strong faith. God prepared him to handle the mantle of a prophet. Prophets have never been appreciated because they are rockers of the boat. Have you ever been a boat where someone's a rocker and you say, "Hey, stop that!" I have. John the Baptist was Prophet par excellence; he lost his head. Jesus picked up the mantle (though He was more than a prophet) and He was crucified. Stephen, a deacon, picked up the mantle and he was stoned. Acts 7:51 You stiff-necked people, uncircumcised in heart and ears, you always resist the Holy Spirit. As your fathers did, so do you. 52 Which of the prophets did not your fathers persecute? And they killed those who announced beforehand the coming of the Righteous One, whom you have now betrayed and murdered, 53 you who received the law as delivered by angels and did not keep it." Prophets are those who swim against the tide and speak the truth just not on forums, but in the public square. For that there is a price to pay. I doubt Fr. Altman will remain quiet, and so I will pray for him. But as far as picking up his mantle... Will that day come for any of us? Time will tell. To hell with timidity!
Bingo, just more proof that if you're taking flak, you're over the target. And I completely agree, to hell with timidity. I for one am ready to stand for Truth and defend and stand with any of these faithful priests, or lay people, who are being persecuted for speaking the Truth.
Those who have heard more of Fr Altman's homilies than I have (I've only listened to a couple), does he teach the truly hard truths, like humility, self-sacrifice, and obedience? I'm curious, because all I've heard from him is condemnation of the Church hierarchy, governments, and vaccines. I listened to this whole talk here and was disappointed to not hear anything challenging for our own growth in virtue. I'm sure there's much more I haven't heard. But this one was much back-patting, claims of "martyrdom" and the intention of legal challenge instead of obedience. Please someone point me to a homily of his that is hard and challenging to our own souls.
PF, I don't know the answer to your specific question. But in the following homily, Fr. Altman clarifies the meaning of the teaching of Jesus, pertaining to God granting the petition of Christians who are in agreement. If you start at 20:49 it will lead into his worthy clarification.
