More light from Verne's messages (p.40):

Satan hates the doctrine of the mass and the doctrines concerning my Blessed Mother. These are the two

areas he has been trying to destroy. The Vatican II Council reaffirmed both of these

doctrines. This council was not convened by hell, but by my Holy Spirit. A council or a

Pope who destroys and denies my mass and my Blessed Mother’s privileges is from hell.

This is how you can recognize the abomination of desolation. A false prophet or anti

pope will proclaim the protestant doctrine of the mass to be correct. This is the one

teaching that will change. The rest of my churches teachings can stay the same. Satan

knows how to deprive my children of everlasting life, deprive my children of my

presence. This is how the man of sin, the son of perdition will sit in the temple of God.

Reference II Thessalonians 2:4-10. He will attempt to lead my people to deny my

presence in the eucharist and to teach the mass is only a symbol. This is antichrist. This

will bring the wrath of God on the children of disobedience. This will cause the

unleashing of the bowls of divine justice. My sacrifice of the mass daily holds back my

Father’s justice. Luke 18:8. But yet the Son of man, when he cometh, shall he find, think

you, faith on earth? Will I find any of my children, who I recognize with my life in them?

Will there be faith left in my holy sacrifice? These are the questions which need to be

pondered. My son, a false Christian church will be forced on the people. A gospel of

prosperity and a make you feel good gospel will be preached. My churches can be filled

with people, but the churches will be dead because I am not there. Without my presence

in the churches, God does not dwell in the churches. Then, these sheep who hear my

voice will be forced to worship in underground churches where I will be present. This

truly is the abomination of desolation and antichrist. Then I will come with the brightness

of my coming, destroy this false church, and restore my church according to my will.

Then you will see an era of peace. A Eucharistic era of peace where I will reign in the

hearts and mind of my people in the holy Eucharist. You must believe all these words I

am teaching you and the teachings of my church or you will not enter my era of peace.

Ponder these words or I may say to: I NEVER KNEW YOU. The words of the Lord. I

bless you Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. AMEN.

I have deleted Mark's (Fatima's) membership and banned him from the forum.

    So that's that.:)

I have to say I have been averting my eyes from a few of the anti papacy posts and feeling they are a little MDM like...

I am sorry there has been even disharmony here on this site. I am headed for prayers and Mass and will pray for peace to rule here.

Sorry but this is JUST not true and never was. We are not defined as Catholics by obedience to the temporary holder of even the highest office in the Church. We are defined as Catholics by obedience to the Magisterium as set out in the Catechism and in the Laws of the Church which define the Truth as handed down to us and we are required to believe in any additional infallibly made statements by a ruling Pope which is a rare occurrence apart from canonisations.

What utter nonsense. He didn't say behave, he said doctrine. I have never see Fatima speak against any doctrine or Church teaching. I believe this is a huge mistake in interpretation. What a huge loss for the forum.

So we have a Schism already on the forum , and we are only discussing the upcoming Synod. Should be quickly downhill after the Synod then.

I also have only seen Fatima defend Church teaching.

Thank God then that Fr Z is not on this forum. He is a self-confessed and self absorbed promethean neopelagianist.

The other is the self-absorbed promethean neopelagianism of those who ultimately trust only in their own powers and feel superior to others because they observe certain rules or remain intransigently faithful to a particular Catholic style from the past. A supposed soundness of doctrine or discipline leads instead to a narcissistic and authoritarian elitism, whereby instead of evangelizing, one analyzes and classifies others, and instead of opening the door to grace, one exhausts his or her energies in inspecting and verifying. In neither case is one really concerned about Jesus Christ or others.” (Pope Francis, Evangelii Gaudium, n. 94)

He even tries to profit from mocking the words of the Pope in the encyclical - see the link to this product from his site:

The sin of scandal comes to mind.

I'm not sure if it is wise for me to comment on the banning of members from the forum but as I was involved in this discussion that led to Padraig's action I'm feeling a bit guilty about it. Especially as I'm a relative newcomer to the forum. Maybe Padraig might reconsider?

The problem as I see it is that a forum like this depends, to some degree, on conflicting opinions being expressed because, without them, no one has anything much to say and there is less reason for anyone to come and view the forum. Criticism can act as a good 'foil' against which orthodox ideas can be better expressed.

All that said, I do not underestimate the dangerous area we seem to be moving into whereby the traditionalist section of the Church seem increasingly to be moving against Pope Francis. Pope Francis shows himself to be truly Christ like and just as Jesus was persecuted by those who believed themselves 'righteous', so we are seeing similar types of criticism of Francis. To me, some kind of schism seems increasingly possible.

The problem is not really just a matter of concerted opposition to the Holy Father, David. It is a matter of forum discipline. I asked that the subject be dropped, twice and it wasn't. :)

it's alright don't worry about it. A little pruning from time to time does little harm. I suspect there will be others leaving over the course of the day..

Padraig is right - don't worry.

They are all adults and can take it on the chin. They are well capable of going and starting their own forum and expressing their views on it and moderating the membership and the posts themselves.

I read Fr 's blog post too Garabandal and thought it was way out of order, especially for a priest. I really did not like the sarcastic commentry inserted into the Popes speech in red writing. I actually removed his blog from my bookmarks. My time could be better spent, than wasted raising my eyebrows at the writings of another ego filled man.

I love reading about my faith and I like to read blogs and sites like this where everyone can share. I originally came here (not by accident as the Holy Spirit was and is in charge!) drawn by the spirit of thus site which to me is mainly about Our Lady and her role in salvation history. I certainly also am interested in prophecy, but I never wanted to get too hung up on it. I feel my time, my families time is now- turn to God and love him and try your best NOW. I think maybe after Benedict announced his decision and then with the choice of Francis and yes his different way, the site moved away from what initially pulled me and became a bit dry and argumentative for me. I initially got caught up in the back and forth until one day I realized I cane away from the site more exhausted and less peaceful. I thought of leaving, but I could not because there was still the threads about praying for others, stories of hope, inspirational and spirt filled people. So, I just used the ignore option :) for those who I'm sure are good people but who I thought went too far.

Well, I guess this is a bit rambling, but I do pray for this site- for Padraig and others who help administer it. It has a greater purpose which I think will be revealed as the times we continue to go through become murkier and darker. I think this site and the good people who share here will be little candles that will shine in the darkness. I pray for all on this site, especially those who have left or were asked to leave that God be with them in all they do.

From the first Council of the Church as recorded in Acts 15:

6 The apostles and the elders were gathered together to consider this matter. 7 And after there had been much debate...

There has always been debate and there has always been facilitators to govern it. I'm always slow to make judgments since so many of mine in the past have been premature and wrong. I will say three things:

I think Pope Francis' spontaneity is a gift that sometimes borders on carelessness. This becomes fodder for prideful accusations.

The coming Synod will not be a Ecumenical Council and may carry the appearance of a free-for-all. The MSM and enemies of the Church will make use of such mixed signals.

Let us remain calm under Our Lady's Mantle and trust in the Sacred Heart to prevail.

God bless the forum and May Mary, the Seat of Wisdom, guide Padraig!

Safe in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary!
