The devil will act furiously against the Church of My Jesus. Many temples will be invaded and destroyed. There will be great persecution in the house of God. The day will come when there will be few men and women of faith. The church will be without Peter, and many will follow their own thoughts. Vocations for the priesthood will be lacking and there will be a time of sorrowful trial for the church. The contempt for the sacred will be present everywhere, and many souls will be cold and without God. I suffer because of what awaits you. I love you and come from heaven to help you. a man of great influence will rise up against the Church and he will unite other powerful people who will bring the Church to calvary. Those who are against Christ will act with great fury. Those who are consecrated will fear and many will flee. Many faithful will leave the Church out of fear, and in many places the Church will be a great emptiness. People will be far from the truth for long years, but a miracle of The Lord will wake up in their hearts the desire to serve the only true Lord. God will permit everybody to see their errors, repent, and return to serve the one true God. Three days later there will be a great miracle and the final triumph of My Immaculate Heart will occur, and peace will reign forever. Courage. (30 Dec 08)

The smoke of the devil will spread everywhere and people will be contaminated with false doctrines. They will abandon the Gospel and embrace false ideologies. Don´t forget, the truth is fully maintained only in the Catholic Church. Tell everybody that now is a time of Grace. The day will come when many people will have to repent of a life passed without God, but it will be late. A black smoke of the devil will cause great spiritual blindness in many consecrated persons and the church of My Jesus will be divided. The faithful will be lost without a heading in the midst of great spiritual confusion which will spread throughout the world. Stay with The Lord. Love the truth and pay attention to My appeals. The throne of Peter will be shaken and there will be confusion everywhere.Through the merciful Grace of the Lord, a man will contribute to the return of My poor fleeing children, and truth will reign in the house of God. Be faithful to the Church. The opposer will confront the Church. It will be a long and sorrowful battle. Few will remain on the way of truth. During this time the Church will be in its Calvary, but My Jesus, with His few faithful pastors, will overcome the enemy. There will be one flock and only one Pastor. Remain on the way of truth. The adversary will find in the palace the key that will open the door to act in the world. With his cleverness, he will involve very astute men and women. His project will involve men and women of the scientific and religious world. Leaders of the whole world, both the famous and the simple, will be attracted to his poisonous project. The faithful will carry a heavy cross, but My Jesus will conquer, and mankind will encounter liberation. Bend your knees in prayer. An order will be given by an Order. There will be a false promise and the throne of Peter will be shaken. You now live in the time of great spiritual confusions. Be strong. a kingdom will split, and another kingdom will arise and cause great confusion. A king will be taken from His throne and the people of God will lose. Shout to the world: The Lord will reign victoriously in His Church. A great tribulation, the biggest, will come on a Friday, but right after, the victory of The Lord will come. Don´t back away. Days will come when there will be few men and women of faith. A great spiritual confusion will take many of My poor children from the way of God. Humanity will confront great trials. Jerusalem and many neighboring cities will experience a heavy cross. The devastation will be great. (April 7 09)

the church will carry a cross of affliction, desolation, and humiliation. Because of bad pastors, great dogmas of faith will be denied, and the faithful will become cold and full of doubts. The church will be tormented by great tempests, and few will remain firm in the faith. These will be difficult times for my poor children, but The Lord is not far from you. After all the tribulation, there will come a great victory of The Lord. Pray. Don´t flee from prayer. The Lord is waiting for you. Go to meet Him joyfully. (25 Jan 08)

The devil will dominate many consecrated souls with pride and envy, and the faithful will be deprived of the sacraments. Behold the times I announced to you in the past. Be courageous and give witness everywhere that you belong to Christ. I don´t want to force you, but what I say should be taken seriously. Don´t remain in sin. Repent and return quickly. I know many on this board are fond of Pedro and that other chick on Locutions.org...whoever she is...but I ask you to be careful...as we are but lambs amongst the lion. One thing that throws up a red flag...Pedro says "The church will be without Peter and many will follow their own thoughts". Now unless I've read it wrong... Sacred Scripture says that the gates of hell will not prevail against His Church. Jesus also assured His own that He would never leave His own. Did you just hear what this man said...he says the Church will be without Peter. Really...? The Church that Jesus Christ found and said that the gates of hell will not prevail against will not have a Shepard? The Good Shepard is going to permit His flock to be abandoned?
I'm just saying...a lot of these prophecies and so called prophets do not jive so well with my spirit.

 

Likewise Timothius, we have to be very careful on how to interpret prophecy. Scripture is also clear there are those that have the gift of prophecy and those that have the gift to interpret prophecy (I don't pretend to have either). Being absent Peter for a period of time, for various reasons, is not 'the gates of hell prevailing against the Church'. Rather, I see it as, but one intermediate effect of the spiritual chastisement that the 3rd secret of Fatima spoke of (loss of faith and deep persecution within the Church). There is much prophecy given of the Pope being martyred during a great uprising in the Church. At this time there will also be great confusion throughout the world and it will be a time of darkness where controlled news will be taking place along with the absence of truth. The Church is not without its sins. One could contend that it is the failure of the Church remaining faithful to Christ's teachings and Fatima requests that has brought us to this fateful period of history when the Church must be cleansed.

We also know from prophecy that God will raise a great Angelic Shepherd and a great Catholic Monarch to re-establish the one true faith throughout all of Europe and the world. See, the Church will never be defeated by the Evil One, as it will rise out of the ashes more holy then ever!!!

 

So are you implying that...yes...the Lambs (Church) can exist without the Shepard (Pope). Do you honestly think Jesus Christ would leave His Bride/Flock without a Shepard. If you do believe this ...then I must honestly say...my...you do have faith. Not the faith of my fathers...but faith none the less.

 

It wouldn't be the first time. The early Church had Pope Honorius who was condemned as a heretic by St. Leo and by his own successors. The Church had a shepherd alright but he was attempting to poison the sheep.

 

The faith our our Fathers is in knowing that Jesus Christ is in charge of His Church, not man. The apostles hid in the upper room after Jesus was cruxified in fear that God had abandoned them. Little did they understand that Jesus was not a 'dead leader', but one whom sent his Spirit to guide the Church in ways unknown previously. The same is true today. Heaven has sent its Mother to reveal its mysteries through mystics on earth. The mystics are clear in what we will have to look forward to: Cardinal against Cardinal, Bishop against Bishops and Priests against Priests. Now this does not sound like God is in control of his Church to the average layman and one could assume during this period that there may well be two popes, one valid in support of the faithful clergy and laypeople and the other a false pope in support of his faithless clergy and laymen. As JPII said so often, "do not be afraid". Know your faith and live it. Our Lady many times has given the recipe for victory through Pedo Regis (Rosary, Eucharist, Sacraments, Penance, Devotion to Mary). Know that God is in control and will bring upon earth the era of peace through the consecration of Russia to the Immacualte Heart of Mary. A new springtime to the Church. And yes there will be a Pope and the gates of hell will not prevail. Amen

 

So Steve...you propose a interesting quandary...the Protestants actually point to Pope Honorius
as to why the Catholic Church has had a broken succession of popes and therefore cannot claim ligitamacy. If the Pope claims papal infalliblity and at the same time is a heretic... then well... which is it? Does it not matter that he was validly elected by the College of Cardinals. So yes...he was a validly elected Pope...so no...there was no lapse in the Papacy. This has actually never been resolved to satisfaction of the Protestant side.

 

Fair enough...but if I might add...one does not have to believe private revelation in matters of faith...but one does have to believe in Scripture and Tradition of the Catholic faith to be a Catholic Christian.

 

The protection afforded by God to His Church does not extend to the opinions or even the teachings of Popes but only to their ex-cathedra pronouncements. We have suffered the Borgia's some of whom accepted the role of shepherd but didn't apparently care about the sheep at all and merely wanted the Papacy's power and wealth. They did no harm even if they did no good. That's all we are promised. The Holy Spirit has, no doubt had to put in overtime on occasions to preserve the faith in His Church intact.

 

I agree...my only assertion in this matter is that regardless of the holiness a Pope...we have always had a Pope. The line has never ceased nor will it...however...it seems the Papacy ends on Pedro's watch. I'm just saying..."I don't believe so".

What happens once the new heaven and new earth come? Will there be a pope then? If not and we happen to be in the end days, then there could be a no pope for the church or remnant church in our lifetimes. Also there is always a time of no pope during conclave. Yes slightly different but the time between popes can be a month or more. In these cases the church is without a pope until a new one is elected. What was the longest conclave?

 

No idea but I'm sure that there is a reliable answer on the net somewhere. I am aware that such pronouncements (which add to Church teaching) are very rare, the last as far as I know is the proclamation of the dogma of the Assumption of Our Lady in 1950. The concept of Papal infallibility (which applies only when actually invoked by the Pope) itself only became dogma in 1870 although generally accepted prior to that time. Some bishops had problems with the pronouncement and some clergy and lay people rejected it and left the Church.

 

Andy...there have been times in Church history when it actually took months to elect a successor to Peter. The process of discernment can indeed take time...in ages pass...news travelled slowly and personal travel was even slower. So it does take time but eventually the Holy Spirit names the Pope in Gods good time. As for the New Heaven and New Earth...that of course comes at the end of time...and it is sufficient to say that we will no longer need a Pope because the Church will have completed her pilgrimage. Christ will be head of the Bride.

DOGMA. Doctrine taught by the Church to be believed by all the faithful as part of divine revelation. All dogmas, therefore, are formally revealed truths and promulgated as such by the Church. They are revealed either in Scripture or tradition, either explicitly (as the Incarnation) or implicitly (as the Assumption). Moreover, their acceptance by the faithful must be proposed as necessary for salvation. They may be taught by the Church in a solemn manner, as with the definition of the Immaculate Conception, or in an ordinary way, as with the constant teaching on the malice of taking innocent human life. DOCTRINE. Any truth taught by the Church as necessary for acceptance by the faithful. The truth may be either formally revealed (as the Real Presence), or a theological conclusion (as the canonization of a saint), or part of the natural law (as the sinfulness of contraception). In any case, what makes it doctrine is that the Church authority teaches that it is to be believed. This teaching may be done either solemnly in ex cathedra pronouncements or ordinarily in the perennial exercise of the Church's magisterium or teaching authority.
