Never a truer word. It's hard to believe how far we have fallen in 20 years. I feel so sad about that. Nevertheless there are a lot of good people praying.
This was not an amazing dream, but provided me some clarity I had been seeking and was a wonderful grace. Praying the rosary before falling asleep (Joyful Mysteries), I was wondering in prayer how I should think of Mary. She is so many things all in one: Mediatrix of All Graces, the Mother of God, martyr, saint, etc. It may seem an odd question, but it was one of those truly sincere questions I had for God. How did He want me to view Mary as I prayed the rosary? I fell asleep not really thinking along those lines anymore - on to the work of the next day I guess. I dreamt that night of seeing ladies in waiting (not sure how else to explain them), but the queen was not there. I knew in my dream who they were, but I did not know who for? They were dressed in long, blue robes to the ground. We were outside. They were in prayer and opened their hands toward me. They showed me a large Oak Leaf colored blue and silver. Then the dream ended. I woke up the next morning remembering that dream - something I hardly ever do. So I started researching what that meant. I had never heard of ladies in waiting for Mary? I also had never heard of Mary related to an Oak tree. So I looked up Mary and Oak leaves. I read about Our Lady of the Oak! Here is a link to the story: https://www.lasalette.org/about-la-...-news-worldwide/1054-our-lady-of-the-oak.html I was excited to read about the maidens who appeared with Our Lady of the Oak. "Returning home from the First Communion Mass together with a friend, Cécile saw a beautiful Lady clothed in white surrounded by maidens bearing candles. She assumed it was a procession of First Communicants. Then the Lady stopped in front of an oak tree and the attendants disappeared. Against the trunk of the tree, at the parting of the branches, Cécile saw a statue with lighted candles on both sides. Cécile's friend, however, saw nothing." I also did not understand why the oak leaf was blue and silver. I looked up the colors in relation to Mary. They are the colors of her queenship - which most of you probably already know. So, I knew that I was to think of Mary as Queen of Heaven when I am in prayer. I continue to feel great peace just knowing that. I do not mean to say that everyone should take this approach when praying. I felt like this was an answer for me. And it feels right. If anyone has any other insight for me, I would love to hear it. As I was writing this, I wonder if I am to pray to Our Lady of the Oak? Many members of my family - me included - are in need of healing. I will start a Novena this evening. Thank you, Padraig, and all so much for this forum. Especially all who are moderators and help with the technical aspect. So many graces are here.
Patrick, you have received an awesome signal grace. This is such an inspiring dream and historical proof from Our Lady. Let us know how the graces flow from the novena.
Dec. 6, 2017 – around 5:30AM This morning just after waking, I was shown very clearly three people (interiorly I knew they were men) dressed in long black robes with hoods over their heads and faces. Two of the people disappeared leaving one of them standing there. As I looked, I saw appear over his head in large bright letters that said, “His Holiness”. Then it disappeared. My feelings were that what I was shown was not something good. (Interiorly I felt this did not relate to Pope Francis) I don’t know if this has any bearing on what I was shown, but after my prayers I went to my computer and felt I was lead to read “OnePeterFive”. The article I read was, “A Call for Cooperation between Catholicism and Freemasonry.” Our Lady has warned us of the error of Freemasonry many times through Fr. Gobbi (Marian Movement of Priests). “Ecclesiastical Masonry seeks to destroy this reality through false ecumenism, which leads to the acceptance of all Christian Churches, asserting that each one of them has some part of he truth. It develops the plan of founding a universal ecumenical Church formed by the fusion of all the Christian confessions, among which the Catholic Church.
Woke from a dream last night/early in the morning and forced myself to google a word that stood out in it, 'shebo' (I fell asleep again right away). I only remember the part of the dream right before I awoke, I was looking at Hebrew written on something and, despite having essentially no knowledge of Hebrew, I could read the characters but still didn't know what it was saying (like I could read the alphabet but didn't know the language). I was just looking into this this morning and it looks like 'shebo' means 'agate' and was on the breastplate of the high priest, as described in Exodus 28 and 39. Apparently, each of the stones represented a tribe of Israel and this one represented Asher, which is one of the lost tribes but inhabited Galilee. I knew none of this until looking into it just now. Wonder what it means. Any insight is appreciated.
I do not have any insight for you, but I did a little digging. Revelation 21 - the New Heaven and the New Earth refers to agate as well. Rev 21:19. Agate was one of the jewels that made up the walls of the New Jerusalem. Does that seem in line with your sense of the dream?
The High Priests Breast Plate ,Which he wore in the presence of the Holy of Holies bore 12 Jewels which is a type of the 12 tribes of Israel and the 12 apostles and is I think a type of the 12 Popes on which the Church will be built from St Peter onwards. I believe this refers to the Great Pope of the Restoration...the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart.. Pope Francis, in spite of himself spoke Prophetically recently when he spoke of the, 'Restoration', of the Church. In the same sense that Caiphas the High Priest spoke prophetically when he said that it was better that one man should die than that the whole Nation of Israel be lost. It was in this sense your dream refers to the action of the Holy Spirit on the lips of a wicked Pope as it did on the lips of a wicked High Priest. The Restoration and a Great Pope. Amen. Also referred to in Type in Scripture in the refinding of the Book of the Law. https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=2 Kings 22&version=NIV 2 Kings 22 The Book of the Law Found 22 Josiah was eight years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem thirty-one years. His mother’s name was Jedidah daughter of Adaiah; she was from Bozkath. 2 He did what was right in the eyes of the Lord and followed completely the ways of his father David, not turning aside to the right or to the left. 3 In the eighteenth year of his reign, King Josiah sent the secretary, Shaphan son of Azaliah, the son of Meshullam, to the temple of the Lord. He said: 4 “Go up to Hilkiah the high priest and have him get ready the money that has been brought into the temple of the Lord, which the doorkeepers have collected from the people. 5 Have them entrust it to the men appointed to supervise the work on the temple. And have these men pay the workers who repair the temple of the Lord— 6 the carpenters, the builders and the masons. Also have them purchase timber and dressed stone to repair the temple. 7 But they need not account for the money entrusted to them, because they are honest in their dealings.” 8 Hilkiah the high priest said to Shaphan the secretary, “I have found the Book of the Law in the temple of the Lord.” He gave it to Shaphan, who read it. 9 Then Shaphan the secretary went to the king and reported to him: “Your officials have paid out the money that was in the temple of the Lord and have entrusted it to the workers and supervisors at the temple.” 10 Then Shaphan the secretary informed the king, “Hilkiah the priest has given me a book.” And Shaphan read from it in the presence of the king. 11 When the king heard the words of the Book of the Law, he tore his robes. 12 He gave these orders to Hilkiah the priest, Ahikam son of Shaphan, Akbor son of Micaiah, Shaphan the secretary and Asaiah the king’s attendant: 13 “Go and inquire of the Lord for me and for the people and for all Judah about what is written in this book that has been found. Great is the Lord’s anger that burns against us because those who have gone before us have not obeyed the words of this book; they have not acted in accordance with all that is written there concerning us.” 14 Hilkiah the priest, Ahikam, Akbor, Shaphan and Asaiah went to speak to the prophet Huldah, who was the wife of Shallum son of Tikvah, the son of Harhas, keeper of the wardrobe. She lived in Jerusalem, in the New Quarter. 15 She said to them, “This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: Tell the man who sent you to me, 16 ‘This is what the Lord says: I am going to bring disaster on this place and its people, according to everything written in the book the king of Judah has read. 17 Because they have forsaken me and burned incense to other gods and aroused my anger by all the idols their hands have made,a]">[a] my anger will burn against this place and will not be quenched.’ 18 Tell the king of Judah, who sent you to inquire of the Lord, ‘This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says concerning the words you heard: 19 Because your heart was responsive and you humbled yourself before the Lord when you heard what I have spoken against this place and its people—that they would become a curseb]">[b] and be laid waste—and because you tore your robes and wept in my presence, I also have heard you, declares the Lord. 20 Therefore I will gather you to your ancestors, and you will be buried in peace. Your eyes will not see all the disaster I am going to bring on this place.’” So they took her answer back to the king.
you think he will come from the college of cardinals or from an unexpected place like a monastery or even from among the people?.
This is a Secret of Mary. As spoken of by Jesus. Referred to in the Apocalypse when the Maiden fled to the desert with the Child to escape the Dragon. These twelve Popes are foreshadowed also by the 12 stars around Mary's head. The 12 Popes nutured at the Feet of Mary herself in the Desert, hidden from the gaze of the Dragon in Secret. But, like St Paul, he will be the last of all the Apostles, coming as he will, not from the College of Cardinals or priests, these grown old and Fat in wickedness, but chosen of God from amongst the little ones, the simple Faithful and from a far off land. From the Desert, the Wilderness. Matthew 13:13 This is why I speak to them in parables: “Though seeing, they do not see; though hearing, they do not hear or understand. Crown of Stars. We hail you, Oh Our LadyMary, Holy Virgin clothed with the sun Crowned with stars, the moon is under your feet In you we are given The dawn of salvation 1 - Mary New Eve and joy of your Lord, You have given birth to Jesus the savior. Through you the doors of the garden are opened to us Guide us on the way, morning star. 2 - You stayed faithful, mother at the foot of the cross, Sustain our hope and guard our faith. From the side of your son, you have drawn for us, The water and the blood that saves us from sin. 3 - Such was the joy of Eve when you were lifted, Higher than all the angles, higher than the clouds, And such is our joy, sweet Virgin Mary To contemplate in you the promise of life. 4 - Oh Immaculate Virgin, preserved from sin, With your soul and your body, you entered the heavens. Brought in glory, holy queen of the heavens, You will welcome us, one day in front of God.
Gosh this is so intriguing. Luz De Marias messages speak about an angel of peace coming to lead the faithful. Soon I hope.
I suppose at the time of Jesus it was much the same. People waiting and longing and hoping and praying....no one could read the Signs though they were all written in Scripture. The only two who really understood, I think were Joseph and Mary who must have spent nights discussing what scripture had to say...
the saint John Bosco's prophecy of a pope's 200-day exile seems to point to a holy pope coming as a poor man from the clergy or from among the people. "It was a dark night, and men could no longer find their way back to their own countries. Suddenly a most brilliant light shone in the sky, illuminating their way as at high noon. At that moment from the Vatican came forth, as in procession, a multitude of men and women, young children, monks, nuns, and priests, and at their head was the Pope. But a furious storm broke out, somewhat dimming that light, as if light and darkness were locked in battle. Meanwhile the long procession reached a small square littered with dead and wounded, many of whom cried for help. The ranks of the procession thinned considerably. After a two-hundred day march, all realized that they were no longer in Rome. In dismay they swarmed about the Pontiff to protect him and minister to him in his needs. At that moment two angels appeared, bearing a banner which they presented to the Supreme Pontiff, saying: "Take the banner of Her who battles and routs the most powerful armies on earth. Your enemies have vanished: with tears and sighs your children plead for your return." One side of the banner bore the inscription: Regina sine labe concepta [Queen conceived without sin], and the other side read: Auxilium Christianorum [Help of Christians]. The Pontiff accepted the banner gladly, but he became distressed to see how few were his followers. But the two angels went on: "Go now, comfort your children. Write to your brothers scattered throughout the world that men must reform their lives. This cannot be achieved unless the bread of the Divine Word is broken among the peoples. Teach children their catechism and preach detachment from earthly things. The time has come," the two angels concluded, "when the poor will evangelize the world. Priests shall be sought among those who wield the hoe, the spade, and the hammer, as David prophesied: 'God lifted the poor man from the fields to place him on the throne of His people.'" On hearing this, the Pontiff moved on, and the ranks began to swell. Upon reaching the Holy City, the Pontiff wept at the sight of its desolate citizens, for many of them were no longer. He then entered St. Peter's and intoned the Te Deum, to which a chorus of angels responded, singing: Gloria in excelsis Deo et in terra pax hominibus bonae voluntatis. When the song was over, all darkness vanished and a blazing sun shone. The population had declined greatly in the cities and in the countryside; the land was mangled as if by a hurricane and hailstorm, and people sought each other, deeply moved, and saying: Est Deus in Israel [There is a God in Israel]. From the start of the exile until the intoning of the Te Deum, the sun rose 200 times. All the events described covered a period of 400 days." http://unveilingtheapocalypse.blogspot.com/2012/05/st-john-boscos-prophecy-of-turn-of.html
I had a horrible dream last night. I was running away from evil ugly men with large rifles or machine guns. I say ugly because their faces were almost like monsters. I ran fast behind a neighbors home in a neighborhood that I grew up in. I really felt like I was fast enough and hid well enough to evade them. But seconds after hiding, they all cornered me in my hiding spot and were going to kill me. I pleaded with everything I had to ask them to spare me. I knew I was pleading with evil and didn’t have much of a chance. I didnt stop though. So I must’ve realized I was in a dream because I thought to myself that if they kill me in my dream, I may die in real life. Nevertheless, they didn’t kill me and I woke up.
I dreamed that there was a blackout in the White House (possibly provoked) and in the course of the dream several people were seen walking in the Garden with lanterns and at the same time there were posters (portrayed as conspiracyists), then an alleged threat against the place was reported, I don't remember what it consisted of but they called it a "box of evil".
