Thank you for your post. I am a bit puzzled though. Is there a direct command to satan or demons in the prayer I posted ? I though it asks Jesus to do the job. Maybe I misunderstood what I read. There is another Father Ripperger prayer on one of the threads which I wondered about. Yes, of course I am aware we the lay people are not authorised to address evil spirits, and would not have posted a prayer with those sorts of words included. Will try and find it and look more closely to ensure there are no words directed at demons or satan.

The prayer does not address the demons or satan directly; but as you point out, and I did not realise, it is only meant for family who we have a spiritual authority over. I had said the command prayer myself several times. I immediately had several computer problems, intense temptations etc. When I saw that it could invite trouble on the Grace Force site, I said a Hail Mary, St Michael prayer etc. etc. for Jesus to take care of it.
Fr Ripperger did not ask for the Command Prayer to be said for the election intention but it is in his book and it's fine for lay people to say it as it does not address demons directly. In the interview (which i watched in its entirety) he says he allowed it to stand because it is a useful resource. However, the consecration to Mary is more powerful in this case and we should all say it. The caution about laypeople is that we should not address demons personally, which means not using the rite of exorcism ourselves. This is because demons are spiteful and vain, they can retaliate. The prayer of command is not a direct address to demons but asking Jesus to deal with them. I have used versions of this over the years to no ill effect (that I know of!!!)
Good commentary.. Direct commands (imprecatory) are dangerous for laity. Deprecatory are for us. That means asking God and /or Our Lady to send them away. This is where protestants open themselves to trouble. Only a priest has the power to command in Jesus's Name-- except we can command for ourselves or someone under our authority. I think you posted the one Fr R asked us to pray--on pg 44 of his book. A prayer if consecration of all our exterior goods to the Blessed Mother and to add in USA the election and the president. So you were doing the right thing.
But it also comes down to authority given to us by God over certain people. If you’ve ever watched the video where Father speaks on this, you’ll see how our parameters narrow depending on our relationship to an individual for whom we are praying these types of deliverance prayers. Since all the prayers in his book are approved under the authority of a bishop, it is a safe resource from which to draw.

Additional evidence, says Powell, shows that Democratic operatives were changing ballots from Trump to Biden. Powell states that 3% of the vote has been compromised in this way. That’s over 8 million votes! According to Powell, “Hammer & Scorecard” is a cyber warfare software application used to intercept electronic vote transfers to change votes to favor Biden. A modified algorithm runs to calculate how many votes Trump has over Biden’s votes, so the systems can accurately offset that number to Biden’s benefit. To be clear, this software package is designed for intel-agency use only. The U.S. uses this against our enemies. So, it would appear that Democrat operatives that have both clearance and access to this tool have adapted it to throw an election. This may explain the 3-hour simultaneous vote count shutdown by key states on election night between 1 AM and 4 AM. These shutdowns occurred immediately after Trump was up by huge margins between midnight and 1 AM. Investigative reporter Sara Carter wrote a brief article on the software/election problem. She indicates that Georgia is also relying on the Dominion Voting System. To nobody’s surprise, they are experiencing a “glitch.” A glitch that stopped voting in two counties as a vendor was uploading updates. An election supervisor said she had never seen a tech vendor perform an update during the voting phase of an election. Election Resolution As of today, ballots are still being counted. Several of the states where the vote was close will have recounts. There is the litigation that will go forward this week and will be fairly involved. The following is a chronology of upcoming election events: Once the dust has settled, each governor is must prepare a Certificate of Ascertainment listing the electors for competing candidates. December 8 is the deadline for naming electors so that Congress cannot challenge them. This year that date is December 14. Failure to meet the December 14, 2020 deadline could mean that the state’s electors wouldn’t count in the tally. Laughable, but expected, civics was one of the first subjects the Left removed from the school curricula. What is seriously sad is that in this week's bulletin our parish priest congratulates President-elect Biden and Vice-President elect Harris; he also thanked President Trump and V,P. Pence for their Service. That hurts.
We are in precarious times, inching toward a visible Civil War. Look at the number of people who have dumped Fox News! Now don't get me wrong. I'm not saying they shouldn't, but it is indicative that the great divide among Americans is coming out into the open for all to see. Consider the false claim that Democrats should up and move to Georgia, and by so doing, influence the December Senate races. People on both sides are now willing to act out, and not simply voice their opinions. The problem is twofold. First, there is a growing sense that our Republic's system of governing is broken; each side thinks only they know the best way to move forward. No consensus, no trust, and ballooning hate. Satan will manipulate. Americans are quickly heading in the direction of Germany in the 1920s when communists fought in the streets against the Nazi brownshirts. Second, many on both sides do not have Christ as their solid rock. As Catholics and Christians we must not allow ourselves to be sucked into this move toward chaos. China, Soros, MSM, and their ilk are pushing for this to happen. I see this hate even among some who claim to be patriots. We are in for a wild ride these next two months. Surrender everything into the hands of the Two Hearts. Back any legitimate steps that Trump may take, but realize how close to chaos we truly are. Pray, fast, and discern.
