I’m not sure there ever will be a physical mark. Could be symbolic. Or not. But if there is you can bet your boots the current pope will make a video urging the faithful to take it for the “good of mankind and as an act of charity “. If he’s still this side of the veil that is.
yes, the globalists will create the reasons why you should get the mark just like the excuses for getting the vaccines. Oh no! Earth's survival depends if each person would track his/her own Carbon Footprint, Get the microchip to save Mother Earth!
The way I see it, if a country murders the unborn there is no hope for it. Abortion is so so bad I think few realise the depth of its horror and I include myself in that. So the destruction of everything in a country following legal abortion is completely understandable to me. What hope can there be if in the whole baptised mothers and fathers murder their own children, in countries that untill recently were christian. Welcome to the new normal, HELL ON EARTH.
This is completely true and you have spoken well. Abortion is the backstory root cause of all of the hell on earth.
I believe you are right. Even those of us who hate it are desensitized to it i fear. And that is a horror in and of itself. We are doomed as nations. We are Sodom. We are worse than the days of Noah. i tremble as I say this. The reckoning for this spilling of innocent blood and defying God's plan for our bodies will be terrible. Terrible. Most Precious Blood of Jesus Christ save us. Save the whole world.
Luke 23:28-31 28 But Jesus turning to them said, "Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for me, but weep for yourselves and for your children. 29For behold, the days are coming when they will say, `Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bore, and the breasts that never gave suck!' [30] Then they will begin to say to the mountains, `Fall on us'; and to the hills, `Cover us.' 31 For if they do this when the wood is green, what will happen when it is dry?" ________________________ The wood is now dry. Fire consumes dry wood. The Warning, if God allows it in His great mercy, will show us the depth of our sinfulness, and we will cry out let the hills cover us.
I think you just made a very prophetic statement. Our Lord of course was the greatest prophet who ever lived. To the best of my knowledge he prophetically likened our times (end times) to two and only two prior historical periods/events. Sodom Luke 17:28-32 28 “It was the same in the days of Lot. People were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building. 29 But the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all. 30 “It will be just like this on the day the Son of Man is revealed. 31 On that day no one who is on the housetop, with possessions inside, should go down to get them. Likewise, no one in the field should go back for anything. 32 Remember Lot’s wife! And the days of Noah Matthew 24:39 38For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark. 39And they were oblivious, until the flood came and swept them all away. So will it be at the coming of the Son of Man. One was destroyed by fire (chastisement by fire from the sky described in several prophecies Akita, Garabandal) the other by water (Sister Lucy’s vision of the tip of the spear that touches the axis of the earth).
I think often of this scripture--for what is our culture now but determined to be "blessed" by wombs that do not bear but rather destroy their children. The wood is very dry.
Truth! One thing to consider - what was God’s first commandment in Scripture? It wasn’t one of the Ten. It wasn’t about loving God and neighbor. It was “be fruitful and multiply.” We forget what an incredible insult and offense contraception is to God, who is and greatly desires to be, a richly providential Father. It is still a mortal sin. And all hormonal contraceptives and IUDs act as early abortifacients at least part of the time. Our cultural embrace of the contraceptive mentality predated, and necessitated, legalized abortion. So the sin of the near universal practice of contraception is just as big an issue as abortion in my opinion.
Everyone needs to watch this, or at least read the text. It’s available at this link: https://www.lifesitenews.com/opinion/archbishop-vigano-catholics-must-seriously-consider-the-possibility-that-francis-isnt-the-pope/ Archbishop Viganò: Catholics must seriously consider the possibility that Francis isn’t the pope LifeSiteTue Oct 3, 2023 - 2:40 pm EDT Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò has released the following statement on the ongoing theological debate over the status of Pope Francis and the papacy. In many ways, this is his most pointed criticism yet. His Excellency argues that given the devastation caused by “Jorge Mario Bergoglio” on the universal Church — which stems from his embrace of the “cancer” of Vatican II — and given the role the Saint Gallen mafia played in the 2013 conclave, Pope Francis does not have and never did have the intention of serving as the head of the Catholic Church. Rather he hid his intentions from electors with the end goal of using the authority of the papacy to undermine the Church and to make it the “handmaid” of the New World Order. “I believe instead that his acceptance of the papacy is invalidated, because he considers the papacy something other than what it is,” Viganò remarks. He continues: “I would like us to take seriously … the possibility that Bergoglio intended to obtain the election by means of fraud, and that he intended to abuse the authority of the Roman Pontiff in order to do the exact opposite of what Jesus Christ gave a mandate to Saint Peter.” The Archbishop also states that he disagrees with Bishop Athanasius Schneider’s view that “universal acceptance” of Francis as the pope makes him the pope. His Excellency points to the historical example of Clement VII in the 14th century to support his argument. While admitting the current situation is “humanly irremediable,” his goal in publishing the letter is to “get to the root of the question” and to find a common starting point that can lead to a “remedy [to] the disconcerting, scandalous presence of a pope who presents himself with ostentatious arrogance as inimicus Ecclesiæ, and who acts and speaks as such.”
I watched it last night. A measured careful point by point analysis of our dilemma. Didn't he mention the Cardinals are following St Bellarmine"s protocol? Three dubias and then ecclesiastical court? Or did I read that somewhere else. At any rate very sobering. Not to be lightly dismissed.
We are really bad, don't get me wrong, but are we worse than Sodom yet? This passage of scripture I always read to mean that basically, all the men were at least asexual. I don't see that as the world right now but it is a very high percentage I am sure. Thankfully I feel we have way more than just a few righteous people in the world. Sinners yes, we are all sinners but at least many good people I know can still be considered righteous. I think there are many righteous people on this board right now. 4 But before they went to bed, the men of the city beset the house both young and old, all the people together. 5 And they called Lot, and said to him: Where are the men that came in to thee at night? bring them out hither that we may know them:
Asexual? The men of Sodom are demanding Lot bring the two men to them so they may “know them.” What is the meaning of “knowing” someone in the OT? It means to have sexual relations; Lot even offered them his daughters instead. And in this case those relations would by definition (a subsequent definition, due to the imminent destruction of Sodom for their sin) have been sodomitical.
Agree. Plus the point that Brian made about the proliferation of birth control…..and, I might add, in vitro fertilization and transplantation of organs of all types, adds to the weight of the argument. I will have to look up the Saint who approached the Pope with his findings of rampant Sodomy in the clergy. The Pope took the complaint seriously. It’s not like that now.
