Thank you Jo, I felt your angel here with me while in prayer this morning! In fact I felt the presence of at least 4 other angels at my side when I prayed the St Michael chaplet. I know the intercessory prayer that you wonderful people of the MoG forum (my spiritual family) have prayed has been a tangible consolation which has our weighed the overwhelming feelings of grief I experienced yesterday. I was worried when I read your reply this morning, that you had asked God for my sufferings, I have a suspicious feeling that you did this as I was comforted and consoled in many ways and felt a real reprieve of my sufferings Thank you! May God relieve you of this sorrow now. Your prayers are powerful and you do not need to take on others sufferings, as you have enough sufferings of your own. Just pray for me. Thank you Mario I feel very humbled, by your Love and concern. My family are in such dire need, I only hope Our Lord supplies the graces to overcome my many mistakes as a parent, which obviously contributed to the wayward tracks they tread. Lord have mercy. May God look mercifully on my poor prayers and may they be made worthy through His Most Precious Blood to atone for my faults and omissions as a parent. Amen

Pay them a visit! When I was unemployed I went up to see the Poor Clare's up the road and the very next morning after they all promised to pray for me I got a letter through the post offering my present job. The best job which I ever had and which I have had now for 16 years. Certainly a miracle.

I'm suffering terribly tonight with feelings of abandonment and judgement. Could you please pray for me. I'm not sure what to do. I'm finding it hard to keep going.
Josephite, it's the Healing Prayer of Padre Pio as published by Quis ut Deus in the Healing Prayers section about oct.26. I pray it for my children and add in a few specifics where I think they need healing: should it be with particular mental, emotional or physical issues. I think it's very powerful as you end up visualising the Precious Blood flooding all through and over these parts of the brain, heart, mind etc and healing them. It's hard to believe how our young can be so blinkered they shout 'free Ukraine!' but ignor Stalin and his holodomor there etc. but it's all part of the generational blindness we have earned.
