How awesome Tim!! Our mother must be so pleased...another spot on her ark taken by you and your family It is so powerful and has helped me with my crosses. I'm glad you said I inspired you, but it is really all our mother who captures your heart for this life changing step in your conversion. I can't wait to hear your story when you are ready to share. Consecration really does change your life...and I think essential for these times!!
something to think about Bart. This might be the last Christmas where the world is some-what stable and we would have the time and peace to make it an exta-special Christmas.
Also I think it finishes on Christmas Eve, and it relatively easy to get Confession and Mass on Christmas Eve. I did the Consecration a couple of months ago but it was only when I got to the end I realised I had to finish with those two and I didn't manage to get Confession until the following weekend so it didn't feel like I'd did it properly!
Posts like this make me realize that this forum is like still being on the battlefield, wounded, and trying to make it back to the field hospital, but we've got fellow wounded soldiers to help us along - all wounded but all helping, and please God all going the right direction.
Miker, Your day of Marian consecration approaches. I'll probably be in St. Peter's Basilica that day and will lift you up in prayer. Since I'll be 6 hrs. ahead of you, I'm sure I won't be late! Golry to God in the highest!
Thank you Mario. What a gift! And know you will be in my prayers in my humble little parish Church too. Peace.
