A long time ago, I talked about praying the Miraculous Medal Prayer in the same fashion as the Jesus Prayer, in a breathing fashion in order to pray always. However, back then I was doing it in a scrupulous fashion in a desperate attempt to stop my habitual sins. Now that I've finally overcome these habitual sins, thanks to Our Lord's Grace and Our Lady's intercession, I'm going to try taking up the practice of breathing the Miraculous Medal Prayer again. This time however, I'm going to be doing it for the Church, from Our Holy Father, down to my brother and sister laity, as well as for my own spiritual growth, in a scrupulous-free fashion. I'll see if I can get into the habit of this and get an abundance of graces flowing.
