Oh goodness, I'm praying for them!

I wonder if it’s Covid or something new starting up again?

 

Who knows!
I convinced my mum to not take the covid shots.

However she took the flu shots in 2023 and 2024 ! and they matched up to the demise of my mums deterioration over the last 2 years.
I have since found out that the flu shots have been proven to be detrimental to health, especially in the elderly!

I can't elaborate at the moment but will keep you all informed when I have time to discuss the above.
My mum is now in her final hours.
I believe God will take her either on the first Saturday (7th of September) or on Our Lady's birthday the 8th of September!

I know it seems ridiculous that I am so heart broken at my mums predicament especially at her age of 88 years. However, she is the rock of my family! she is my rock, my children's rock and the rock of so many in our community!
Please continue to pray for her. Your prayers will probably help us more than her. Thank you.

My thoughts too. When covid hit it was just those symptoms. Scary.

 

Our Lord Jesus Christ holds us all in the palm of His hand. How wonderful that each of us here have been given the grace to surrender our lives to Him and to be members of His Church. We pray for josephite's Mum in her last days, confident in the grace and mercy of God. We ask Mary to also wrap Jessica, Cody, Andrew, and Nik in her Mantle of Maternal love and intercession. Jesus, you know the day and hour for each one of them, but when that day does come may they be found in Your good graces, purified in the Flames of your Most Sacred Heart! Come, O Lord, in Your tenderness, come!

 

Will keep your mom and the family in prayer. The flu shots will be having MRNA in them too. They might be in it already.

 

They are pushing the flu shots, so probably you are right.

 

Jessica sent around an update today. Thankfully, she is doing better! After reading her update, I asked her if she had ever had Covid, thinking maybe that's what she has now, but she hasn't answered as of yet. It doesn't sound like it was, though.

The memories this brings back... This was the poem I selected for our child's memorial card. It tore me up at that time, every word cut so close to the truth. Many years later now, I know that those words were indeed God's own to my husband and I. Poems like this don't come by, by chance. They are pressed into our hearts, for the deep wounds we bear when we return those we love to God.

 

The Lord does indeed, Mario.
He has allowed me to see mine.
And they know me. They love me with a love far beyond what burns within me.

 

Our children and other deceased relatives do intercede for us. I lost my nephew at the age of 8 to a congenital brain hemorrhage that put him in a coma for approximately two years. I was only 19 and naturally was devastated. It actually contributed to my losing my faith, after having prayed for his healing for so long (I was the only Catholic in my family, a recent convert, so no spiritual support or guidance to speak of). Many years later, I returned to the faith. When my son was baptized, I realized with great happiness and awe that the date of his baptism was my nephew's birthday. Coincidentally, they also shared Old Testament biblical names: David and Daniel.
