Looks like the CNN hit piece on Trump and the KKK is starting to backfire. Turns out David Duke never endorsed Trump. Turns out David Duke hasn't been a member of the KKK for decades. And turns out that a very powerful KKK member - Senator Robert Byrd - supported Hillary Clinton, Ted Kennedy as well as Barack Obama:

My two cents fir whats it's worth on the election

“There is nothing which I dread so much as a division of the republic into two great parties, each arranged under its leader, and concerting measures in opposition to each other. This, in my humble apprehension, is to be dreaded as the greatest political evil.” - John Adams

Trump donated to group that promotes homosexuality to 5-year-olds, ‘fisting’ in middle school

NEW YORK CITY, February 29, 2016 (LifeSiteNews) – Donald Trump donated $30,000 to homosexual activists, including a $20,000 grant to an organization that promoted "fisting" to middle school students, recommended books excusing homosexual pedophilia, and proclaimed its mission is "promoting homosexuality" in the public schools to children as early as kindergarten.

According to a 990 form filed with the IRS, the Donald J. Trump Foundation donated $20,000 to the Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network (GLSEN) in 2012 and another $10,000 to Gay Men's Health Crisis.

Kevin Jennings founded GLSEN (originally the Gay and Lesbian School Teachers Network) in 1990. He and other homosexual teachers formed Gay-Straight Alliances (GSAs) nationwide and drew up curricula that began shaping children's values in accordance with the LGBT perspective from the age of five.

But none of that matters, Beth B, because now he's a "strong Christian" and he changed his positions a few months ago. <sigh>

On of the best stories on Trump from Catholic CRISIS MAGAZINE

A Trump Nomination Means Victory for Clinton in November
    RACHEL LU
    Read the whole story here:
    http://www.crisismagazine.com/2016/a-trump-nomination-means-victory-for-clinton-in-november

It’s already clear that Trump is the most vulgar, crude, and brazenly immoral presidential candidate in American history. So it’s not surprising to find the public dislikes him; he is more hated by far than any other presidential candidate, including Clinton, and a full 54 percent of likely voters say that they absolutely won’t consider voting for him. Many noteworthy Republicans (even including elected officials) have already declared in no uncertain terms that they will never pull a lever for Trump. Meanwhile, his boasts about “crossover appeal” are almost entirely empty. Independents and Democrats absolutely loathe him. If a Trump vs Clinton election were held today, Trump would be crushed.

It’s agonizing to be in such a position with Supreme Court justices on the line, and a Republican-controlled Congress that could, with a cooperative executive, accomplish important goals like defunding Planned Parenthood. This could have been a glorious moment for pro-lifers, but there is no reasonable hope of realizing these goals under Trump’s leadership. Trump’s nomination will be a dramatic setback for the pro-life movement, for religious liberty, and for all well-meaning people who hope to retain a modicum of decency in the public square.

    http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box...ff-the-record-nyt-chat-everythings-negotiable

Reports emerged Monday that The New York Times possesses an audio recording of a partially off-the-record interview with Trump from last January. Critics have speculated that the tape shows Trump softening his hardline stance on border security and illegal immigration.

Trump derided the Times for its handling of his private discussion.

After being questioned....trump fearing that the tape gets leaked, admits this:

Donald Trump says much of his immigration policy is flexible, dismissing reports that an off-the-record interview with The New York Times contradicts his public rhetoric.

“It’s negotiable,” he said Monday evening on Fox News’s “Hannity." "Things are negotiable. I’ll be honest with you — I’ll make the wall two feet shorter, or something. I mean, everything’s negotiable.”

So, Trumps positions are negotiable....hummmm, I wonder what other positions he will negotiate away?

How on earth are folks still defending this fraud? He lies constantly! It's pathological?

Trump’s rise signals the death of the ‘Moral Majority’
February 24, 2016 (LifeSiteNews) – Donald Trump’s victory in the South Carolina primary, the supposed Southern Bible belt, is a wakeup call to American Christians. The Moral Majority is dead.

To many, this will not be news. Many Christian leaders came to this conclusion when Bill Clinton left office with sky-high approval ratings, in spite of his affair with a White House intern, which he later lied about. The Starr Report had laid out in excruciating detail the president’s philandering predilections, and no one had cared.

One of my writer friends has often commented to me that he stopped taking American evangelicals seriously when Newt Gingrich, who cheated on his cancer-stricken wife before John Edwards made it a thing, swept the South Carolina Republican Primary in 2012. But at least Newt Gingrich has attempted to re-establish himself as someone with values. Trump barely makes any such pretences.

Evangelicals are now overwhelmingly supporting Donald Trump: 34% of them turned out for him in South Carolina, in contrast to 21% for Marco Rubio and 26% for Ted Cruz. Both of these men have publicly declared their faith, both have denounced abortion and promised to oppose Planned Parenthood, and both have committed to defending religious liberty. Both were rejected by the majority of evangelicals in South Carolina. FiveThirtyEight ironically noted that “Trump’s South Carolina Win Shows Evangelicals Aren’t Necessarily Voting On Their Faith.” Indeed.

It gets worse. The son of the Moral Majority’s founder, Jerry Falwell Jr., has actually endorsed Trump. The head of a university that makes all students agree to live a Christian lifestyle has just backed a man who is the antithesis of all that Liberty University teaches.

    Consider the following:

Donald Trump has appeared on the cover of Playboy, and actually mused about whether or not his daughter would pose for the porn magazine, noting that she had “the best body.” He’s mused creepily that, “she's really something, and what a beauty, that one. If I weren't happily married and, ya know, her father ..."

Donald Trump has bragged about his promiscuity, even telling radio host Howard Stern that he feels “lucky” not to have contracted an STD while engaging in sexual escapades.

Donald Trump has bragged about sleeping with the wives of other men, writing in The Art of the Deal that, “If I told the real stories of my experiences with women, often seemingly very happily married and important women, this book would be a guaranteed best-seller.”

Trump casinos were some of the first casinos in Atlantic City to come featuring strip clubs.

Donald Trump cheated on his first two wives.

In Donald Trump’s version of Christianity, he doesn’t have to ask God for forgiveness.

Donald Trump has consistently supported abortion, throughout all nine months, until very recently. His “pro-life conversion” story is very dubious.

Donald Trump still supports Planned Parenthood, in spite of a year of horrifying revelations about the organization. One long-time pro-life veteran told me he remembers protesting a Planned Parenthood fundraiser at the Trump Building in New York.

In the face of such evidence, I’m forced to conclude that so-called Christian support for Donald Trump says nothing about Donald Trump and everything about modern Christianity. After all, 44% of mainline Protestants and 50% of Catholics voted for Barack Obama in 2012, too.

Christians are no longer voting based on their values. They are voting based on celebrity, and hype, and emotion, and who knows what else. I went to a Donald Trump rally in Charleston over the weekend, and the religious fervor of the thousands of attendees was unsettling to say the least. It seemed like part rock concert, part worship service, and the music sounded like a heavy-metal altar call at a mega-church. People were screaming, and straining to touch him when he walked by.

Those of us who work within the pro-life and pro-family movement are going to have to recognize that a large part of Christians has been seduced by the glitz and glamor of modern celebrity, and that boring issues like abortion, the sanctity of marriage, and the protection of the family don’t rank very high on their list of priorities. At least, not if you consider the way they’re voting.

This has been my feeling all along- Trump will not beat Hillary. I hope a lot of people are thinking about that as they are voting today. Give Trump nomination and Clinton takes it in November.

Sadly, the reason folks think trump could beat Hillary is because Trump keeps telling them that he can...and they buy it! He's conned them.

    Polls show just the opposite.

    What a load of nonsense!

Trump is neither crude, vulgar or brazenly immoral. The same can't be said for Hillary or Trump's Republican competition. Hillary and Rubio, for instance, have blood on their hands with regard to their support for violent factions in Ukraine and Syria. Cruz is a known cheater and fraudster, as was on display in Iowa. I'd say that their BEHAVIOR is much more reprehensible than Trump's personal life.

The only people that "hate" Trump are the Democrats and the Republican establishment because they know that the status quo is coming to an end if Trump gets in. Sadly, the Republican establishment would rather see Hillary elected over Trump. The Republican establishment doesn't give a damn about truly ending legal abortion; all they care about is keeping their power and they are prepared to see Hillary in power and lose big on Abortion, rather than see Trump in power and lose big on Trade, Immigration, Big Pharma and the other areas that the lobbyists fear Trump will disrupt.

Over the past week I have never witnessed such a coordinated Media attack on one candidate in my whole life. The attacks on Ron Paul were similar but they pale in comparison to the scale and coordination that is mounting against Trump. It is disgusting and does not bode well for this country.

It's funny you mentioned Ron Paul. Now there was an outsider candidate I could support....and I did in 2012.

Trump is not brazenly immoral? Are we talking about the same person? I understand your anger at the GOP establishment, but I think it is affecting your ability to see clearly.

Look at who Cruz is...this guy has what it takes to be a great president!
    Ted Cruz’s lengthy credentials
Republican Nominations Race , Supreme Court , Ted Cruz

I had no idea that Ted Cruz had such an long list of accomplishments to his credit. This is not an endorsement of him, but if this list from Young Conservatives is totally valid, Cruz is a certainly a competent, worthy presidential candidate. The public should be made aware of this information that even I had little idea of. However, not all of our readers would be interested in or happy about every one of these items. Still they do indicate an exceptionally active, competent person consistently dedicated to the rule of law and the defense of American principles.

No wonder there are rumors going around that if Cruz does not get the Republican nomination he would alternatively love to be the next appointed Supreme Court justice. He appears to be quite worthy of such a high legal appointment.

Ha! I was wondering the same thing.

Here's the thing, America CANNOT survive unless we get a huge turnaround from the path Obama has put us on. President Hillary Clinton will finish us off and then we can thank all the people who voted for Trump.

I need to really pray that the anger I felt towards folks (friends and family) who voted for Obama, does not return when Clinton wins in November. This time the anger will be towards Trump-idians.

Ally...you won't regret them voting for trump more than they will. It won't take long if he gets elected, before buyers remorse sets in. Trump will show what a tyrant he is soon after he is elected. Your family and friends will be asking for forgiveness....but it will be too late.
