Vatican - Bishops, Get Ready: The Amazon Fake-Synod Bomb is Coming Up! (Confidential Letter) "...with the guidance of the Holy Spirit..." Vatican City, 13 January 2020 Your Eminence, Your Grace, Your Excellency: The Holy Father is preparing a new Apostolic Exhortation to present the New Paths for the Church and for an Integral Ecology as developed with the guidance of the Holy Spirit during the Synod on the Amazon in October last year. The draft is currently being reviewed and corrected and then needs to be translated. Pope Francis hopes to promulgate it by the end of this month or in early February. The Exhortation is keenly awaited and will attract great interest and many different responses. Accordingly, as was previously done with Laudato si’ (2015), Amoris Laetitia (2016), Gaudete et Exsultate (2018) and Christus Vivit (2019), the Holy Father would like the local Ordinaries to receive the text directly, before it is published and before the world press starts to comment on it, and join him in presenting the Exhortation and making it accessible to the faithful, to fellow believers and all people of good will, and to the media, the academic world, and others in positions of authority and influence. With the hope of preparing well, some suggestions are being offered in this first letter. The purpose is not to generate publicity or attract attention. Rather, it is quietly to support you the Ordinary, in communion with Pope Francis, as you prepare to receive the Exhortation and pass it on to the People of God in your jurisdiction. Accordingly, with greatest freedom, please make use of the suggestions insofar as they seem helpful. A useful way of preparing would be read some of the relevant earlier documents referenced below. In another 10 days or so, you will receive a second letter with further suggestions. When the day of promulgation draws near, you will receive the Exhortation by email under embargo. On the day itself, there will be a celebratory and communications event in the same Synod Hall where the deliberations took place in October. You may also want to begin planning a press briefing or a press conference or other event as soon as convenient after the publication of the Exhortation. For example, you may find it opportune to have the Exhortation presented by yourself along with an indigenous spokesperson if relevant in your area, an experienced pastoral leader (ordained or religious, layman or laywoman), an expert on climate or ecology, and a youth involved in peer ministry. Please keep this letter confidential and share it only with those directly involved in the Diocesan preparation for publication of the Exhortation, not with others or with the media. Please do respect these guidelines. At the same time, please be forgiving if you receive more than one copy of this letter - it seems better to risk duplication rather than fail to reach some dioceses because of poor internet connectivity. I am not sure how much of the chatter surrounding Francis' plans Benedict hears - or wants to hear - but I do know that Cardinal Sarah hears all of it. Prefect for the for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments, Sarah is a faithful Cardinal but also a man who has been in the Vatican a very long time. It is unquestionable that he knows what Team Francis plans to include in the upcoming "Exhortation" springing from the Amazon Synod. The same people talking to Kasper are talking to Sarah. The content of what is to be included so alarmed Sarah - and apparently it reached the ears of Benedict - that they decided to release this remarkable intervention in the Church and public defiance of Francis and his well-known plans. If Kasper is saying that the Exhortation will exceed the recommendations of the Amazon Synod, all bets are off. The Synod proposed truly radical change - married men of proven virtue in, but not limited to, the Amazon, exploring ordained female deacons, the creation of an Amazonian rate - so what does "go beyond" mean? Francis is not a particularly scholarly individual but he does possess a certain low-cunning. He is a political animal, like Paul VI, interested in politics and politicians as much or more than he is interested in Church affairs. I would not put it past him that he sets off a bomb - "making a mess" he calls it - when he finally releases his letter. All indications point to that indeed being so. Perhaps even more pernicious than doing away with celibacy altogether (which would go beyond) would be a declaration to the effect that God's revelation is not adequately expressed by Holy Scripture and Apostolic Tradition as has always been taught, but rather through an eco-theology...which would be heretical, as explained by Cardinal Gerhard Mueller below... A snip: "Due to the substantial unity of body and soul, man stands at the intersection of the fabric of spirit and matter,” he explained. “But the contemplation of the cosmos is only the occasion for the glorification of God and His wonderful work in nature and history. Frightening. Truly frightening. For Pope Francis and for the Church and because the Church is who she is--for the world.
This is the tightrope over the abyss. Only Our Mother the ever blessed and glorious Virgin Mary can get us through this. Anyone who has ever doubted whether we are in the chastisement I would say physical chastisements are dreadful but this spiritual chastisement is a river of fire consuming everything in its path--worse than Lenin's brutal suppression of the faith. This is so much worse.
I don't know if Francisco will have time to convene another synod that changes the doctrine of the Church as he has been trying to do since 2014, so I think that the Amazon synod will be the final part of the plan outlined by the group that elected him, it is as if it were the last chance for him and his supporters to formalize the breaking of the Church's age-old doctrines, not only celibacy, but also the condemnation of paganism and false eecumenism that tolerates all religions as true.
There is something so surreal in all this. It is happening in front of our eyes--Our Lady's prophecies coming true in her approved apparitions. And yet knowing this i am still in a somewhat dazed state trying to pinch myself awake. This is a strange analogy but it reminds of attending a bull fight in Majorca when i was quite young. The bull actually gored the matador. It was horrible to see the blood and yet as wounded as he was the matador continued and prevailed. I sat there in the stands saying to myself "this is real. This isn't a movie. This is real!" Its the same sort of horror and simultaneous incredulity right now. This is real.
Yes, they seem to feel the pressure of seeing at least the political world around them beginning to fight back against socialistic governments and fighting for personal rights like freedom of religious expression (esp. by the conservatives) in the market place. So they better complete the coup de gras quickly now....before any other influential books get out there w/ corrections of Francis.
And those who aren't ready with such awareness will easily just follow along....and then will target the remnant for objecting.
IMO the Pachamama rituals were the culmination of the false religion of peace born at Assisi. I don't know what more obvious thing one could do to push the point home that humanity is actually the true center of all things and not Christ. The Economy of Francisco is coming up in March at Assisi. While not a synod it will be used as the guiding force to direct the young going forward in the world while simply ignoring and marginalizing anyone who does not embrace it. The old will continue to be discarded in all matters pertaining to the future as they have been for decades unless they embrace the plan. The groundwork was carefully laid in spite of problems encountered. Those who have worked hard planning and carrying this out believe that their work will be carried on by many more after them. I think many of them simply do not believe in God.
Surreal is the perfect way to put it. I have felt these days coming for many years, but watching it unfold before my eyes is mind-numbing! Oh Lord Jesus please pour your most Holy blood over us and cleanse us of our sins, make us one with you and protect us from this evil.
