I have to admit that things escalate quite quickly. Wow. I wish I was in my 20’s! I will be 75 next week. It’s so hard to explain our thoughts to a young person. I was telling my son my great grandfather was born in 1881! And I knew him personally. Had many discussions with him. Just think of that span of time. There are many popular books with twists and turns about society. When I was your age it was “1984” and we talk about that all the time. How big brother is watching us now, and ‘doublespeak’ was the language. Far more incredulous is to read the Book of Revelation if you want to see prophesy unfolding right before your eyes. As the greatest American President, Abraham Lincoln quoted from the Bible, “A house divided cannot stand”. Nothing we see now is new, history repeats itself. But humans are too blind to the truth.
