I had an ancestor born on the Mayflower. Peregrine White, son of William and Susannah. She died that harsh winter. William was one of the signers of the Mayflower compact. What would they think about having. National day of thanks…they would be pleased that we’ve remembered and the generosity of the natives.
Having hope is a great thing. At least in the USA there are at least some signs of hope. But of course in Christ all is hope. I love this about the Faith that it only brings hope. Even when I go to Church each morning I know its only very good people I am ever going to meet, very often real everyday saints. On the other hand to walk the Way of the Spirit of the World or the Dark Side there can never be anything but despair and sadness.
The biggest danger at the minute I believe in the USA and everywhere else are the so called, 'Intelligence agencies'. A wicked set of people. All of them Satanic. All of them with their own dark agendas
