It’s estimated that a quarter to a third of Facebook and X accounts are fake, constituting hundreds of millions of false users that are merely programmed or bots. That means many comments you read may actually be artificially generated through algorithms in order to make it appear that a certain post is supported or not. This is an AI-generated image. She does not exist. Now, with the advent of so-called artificial “intelligence” (AI), we have entered a new era of mass deception unlike anything humanity has ever experienced. AI is capable of generating “deep fake” photos, audio, and video that can realistically fabricate or alter a person’s appearance, voice, or speech (I recently heard a video of my voice where I was speaking perfect Spanish.) AI can generate realistic videos out of thin air or alter existing ones to create fantastical scenes. I receive weekly emails from people sharing videos of Pope Leo or other speakers, thinking they’re real when they’re complete fabrications. [I always tell people that they need to verify the original source, such as the Vatican’s website, a diocesan page, or even a story from an official news site.] And today, people’s phone lines, texts, and emails are overrun with elaborate schemes aimed at robbing them of their savings. Scammers prey on the trust and goodwill of folks who hand over their financial information or access keys/codes, thinking they are just protecting themselves. [If you ever get a call from someone posing as a border, bank, tax, etc. agent, and they want to sort out a financial issue, hang up, log in to your account, or go to the institution’s official website and call them back from there. Any serious issue should always be flagged on your account or in the internal messages or notifications.] A Liar and a Thief We have entered Satan’s Golden Hour when his character is being plainly exposed, for those with eyes to see: You belong to your father the devil and you willingly carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning and does not stand in truth, because there is no truth in him. When he tells a lie, he speaks in character, because he is a liar and the father of lies. Indeed, man believes himself to be a god, and there is also an Antichrist who will reign over all those gods. The Antichrist has already begun rolling out the red carpet for his presentation. First, he began by announcing that old age is a disease we are going to eradicate. Man must be eternal, and for that we need two things: an endless energy source that we will draw from the stars, and machines into which we can upload our conscious data. With enough knowledge and energy, humanity will be able to create a new universe filled with avatars that will be virtual, and anything will be possible within it. Humans will live there, and machines will repair their bodies connected to a neural network. The new Big Bang will be possible, and God will have to look at us with envy (forgive us, Lord, for our insolence and misery. Have pity and mercy on us all thru your sorrowful Passion and your Glory).

When he [St. Paul] says so that he sits in the temple of God, showing himself as if he were God, he gives the sign of this wrongdoing. For the Antichrist’s pride is greater than the pride of all who came before him. So as it is written of Gaius Caesar that he wanted to be worshiped while he was still alive, and put statues of himself in every temple, and as Ezekiel says of the king of Tyre, I have said that I am God (Ezek 28:2), so it is quite believable that the Antichrist will act as they did, saying that he is both God and man. And as a sign of this he will sit in the temple. But in what temple? Was it not destroyed by the Romans? This is why some say that the Antichrist is from the tribe of Dan, whose tribe is not named among the other twelve in Revelation (Rev 7:5). Because of this, the Jews will accept him at first, and will rebuild the temple in Jerusalem, and thus Daniel will be fulfilled: an abomination and an idol will be in the temple (Dan 9:27). But when you see the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet standing in the holy place, let him who reads understand(Matt 24:15). But some say that neither Jerusalem nor the temple will ever be rebuilt, but that their desolation will last until the final consummation. And even some Jews believe this. So this text is explained to mean: in the temple of God, i.e., in the Church, since many from the church will accept him. Or according to Augustine, he sits in the temple of God, i.e., he rules and governs as though he himself with his messengers were the temple of God, as Christ is the temple with his adherents. Aquinas is agreeing that St. Paul's prophecy in 2 Thessalonians 2 places the Antichrist in something that appears to be "the Church." However, Antichrist is not in the True Church ("as Christ is the temple with his adherents"), but rather in a Counterfeit of the Roman Catholic Church, which Antichrist "rules and governs as though he himself with his messengers were the temple of God." Both Aquinas and Augustine are in agreement on this point. And we are living through this right now. Antichrist is not AI. He is a real human being. He is an antipope.
I understand that the Antichrist will claim to be Jesus Christ at his second coming and will perform shoddy miracles or simulate miracles. Can the demon really materialize objects? There was a possessed woman who, poor thing, gave birth to a toad. There will be rumors that he has arrived, and some will rush to see him wherever he is. That is why Christ warned us about how the coming will be; it will be like a lightning flash that illuminates the entire earth, and we will see angels ascending and descending around the Risen One, singing songs.
