    Day 22

    What has happened?

The world has changed...but still no one looks for God. The President asked for a national day of prayer but the Catholic Church was silent.

    Day 26

In those hours of need sometimes a small prayers works wonders.

For all those that are not allowed to go to church. God understands...he understands it’s not under our control. It is his will.

I apologize for inserting this into your numbered sequence, but...

A great video. What is important for our weekend worship, especially during Lent? This follows upon the advice of Archbishop Athanasius. This is especially true when we do not have access to Holy Mass, and a difficult time in getting to confession.

    1) A perfect Act of Contrition. This is important before making a Spiritual Communion.
    2) Watch a live-streamed Holy Mass. Be reverent, dress suitably, follow rubrics. (Includes No. 1)
    3) Try to find someone, or do it on your own: The Stations of the Cross.
    4) A daily Rosary
    5) I personally add a Chaplet of Divine Mercy (partially offered for a mitigation of this chastisement!)
    6) And of course if you find access to Confession, do it, for you never know when you'll be able to do so again!
    7) Read the Scriptures, at least the prescribed daily readings from Holy Mass.

The second hour above is important, which starts with the difficulty of finding a priest for Confession.

O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!

    Day 33

"Your prayer is your desire", said Saint Augustine. We continue to pray. Without being discouraged, we pray. Even if we fall, we pray. Let us remember what the monks call continuous prayer: "Stay awake and pray at all times" (Lc 21, 36).
