One thing I do know tho is this. 2017 will be 100 years since the start of Fatima.. well 2016 if you count the encounter with the angel Michael. Anyway, I view Fatima as the same as the revelations of St Margraet Mary in reference to The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus devotion. What was it? 100 years to the day that the third estate removed the King of France from power and slaughtered thousands and thousands of priests, religous, and nuns.. not to mention all those killed in the "reign of terror" Because France was not concerated to The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. Just so with Our lady of Fatima, she had many requests other than the conceration of Russia... that have not been fulfilled. First 5 Saturdays, pray the rosary, etc. We didn't comply in 1689, and we havent complied with Our Lady's requests of 1917. And in our time we deserve much worse a fate than the Frenchmen and women recieved im 1789. What was in that Pope Bendict said in 2010 about Fatima? What follows is therefore an attempt of sorts to reconcile Stephen's position with that of Mark Mallett/Joseph Iannuzzi, or at least to find as much common ground as possible. i) Regarding St Faustina, having looked again at the Polish original, it has to be conceded that her diary definitely mentions a 'final coming' and 'final day'. ii) It also needs to be conceded that many visionaries have spoken directly about the 'return' of the Lord. There is in addition a fair amount of talk about time being 'over' (although whether that means time in an absolute sense or the time of this age is a moot point, as with Faustina's 'final day'). However, what they say is not wholly unambiguous and is frequently couched in poetic language (the same of course being true of Scripture) which cannot be read in the same manner as a treatise of systematic theology without making a category mistake. These are passionate exhortations to repentance, not abstract doctrinal pronouncements. Perhaps light can be shed on this by taking the example of Edson Glauber, the seer connected with the apparitions of Itapiranga approved as 'supernatural' in origin by the local ordinary, Bishop Carillo Gritti. Naturally, the normal precautionary remarks apply to what follows below: it was the Itapiranga apparitions that were approved, not necessarily individual locutions, and Bishop Gritti emphasized that human factors are always involved. It is not outside the bounds of possibility that some day new information will emerge to discredit Edson Glauber and his mother/fellow seer Maria do Carmo. However, inasmuch as ongoing private revelation can carry weight, the degree of approval currently accorded to Itapiranga means that taking this material seriously is surely not unjustified. What transpires from the following selected messages is that, according to Edson Glauber, a) there will be a warning which would seem to resemble both the Cross in the sky found in St Faustina's diary (the 'Sign of the Son of Man' in the Gospel?) and the 'Aviso' mentioned in Garabandal and many other sources. b) Jesus is indeed returning (however you understand that), and will renew the earth which is currently being purified and which will be the object of a massive and unique chastisement c) the outcome of all this, which is synonymous with the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart, will be the Kingdom of God on earth. This as far as I can see is compatible both with Stephen's line and that of Mark Mallett/Joseph Iannuzzi. It also represents what I see as a clear 'prophetic consensus' as exemplified by, among other sources, Donal Enright's quote of St Pio and remarks of Maria Esperanza (also connected with an approved apparition site) to Michael Brown in the book Bridge to Heaven. Where the two schools of thought do diverge is in whether this 'return' of Christ comprises the last judgment and the 'end of the world' in an absolute sense, or rather the 'end of the PRESENT world'. On this the messages to Edson Glauber do not give an unequivocal answer, except that the emphasis they place on the world's renewal and absence of any specific reference to the last judgment would seem to indicate that they can be more easily accommodated to the latter position. What is certain is that, contrary to what some Protestant eschatologies may teach, God's plan for this earth is not finished, and it is glorious. I leave the most obvious point until last - given the gravity of this and so much other material concerning events that are ever closer at hand, it is impossible not to feel that arguing about what may or may not happen further down the line should not be our top priority... Whether or not one thinks that the renewal of the earth will occur within history or will end history is surely a subsidiary issue compared to the promise of that renewal and the inevitability of judgment, whenever it may come. Oh my, I love your reply. You have been praying the Chaplet of Divine Mercy for a long time! I found the Faith, reverted since only 1998. I am a broken record, we have to take the good from private revelation and not worry so much who has the approval of the Church because hardly any of the current, someone used a good word, most all the "contemporary" messages aren't under investigation. God would let us know the major events and the sequence. He has and for the not so smart too (that is me), so all could understand. We have to trust in His timing. And.... The Warning is major to Garabandal. God would do this, try to save everyone. I am wondering, is it 2017....???

Did you see the list of five, the sequence of events the Blessed Mother spoke of to Pastor Enoc in that October, 2013 message about the Warning? This is what the messages have been saying for years and even the Protestant private revelation but not as explicit. God would not allow most all the contemporary prophets to be off, deceived by Satan. The thing for some watchers. They will only look at the approved but not the yet to be approved. And, I shared a quote of St. Pio, he believed the anti-Christ first in the Great Trib but an oh hum, so what response. I will look for the quote. I shared it on another forum. Another, some believe the Era of Peace is a short period of time. Does it not, the prophesied Era of Peace encompass one of God's periods of time, the 7th Day? Def worth listening to again. I believe Father Martin is speaking about the same thing( the warning) and possibly a punishment from heaven. This was recorded in 1997... with regard to the 3rd secert. "It is not 200 years away, it is not 50 years away, it is not 20 years away... " something to think about. That would put the event before 2017.

You do not read the time frame but look, back to John Leary. Jesus gives Scripture and a time frame for the Era of Peace. March 31, 2014: Jesus said: “My people, in Isaiah (Is 65:17-25) and the Book of Revelation (Rev 21:1-4), you are seeing a reference to the new heavens and a new earth. In the Era of Peace, that is yet to come, the people in that time will be living a long time. Here are the messages of La Sallette http://www.fordham.edu/halsall/mod/1846sallette.asp and yes our Lady of La Sallette does speak of an era of peace that lasts 25 years and this peace, because of "good harvests" turns their back on God more than ever. It seems probable to me that this is the period that great spiritual gifts are given through our Blessed Mother, but it is also, to those without totally converted hearts, a period of worldly comfort and pleasures where they loose whatever grace they were previously given opening the way for the anti-Christ. One of the mistakes that those of us that read prophecy make is on its timing. We always equate words like "soon" as meaning day's, weeks, months, years or in the apostles case 1000's of years when they thought the return of Christ was in their era. I believe it is quite possible that 'soon' in the case of (round two) of chastisements and the literal anti-Christ could mean 25 years after the Warning and Miracle, thus fullfilling or Lady of La Sallette's prophecy.
Original La Salette prophecies were clear that they were to be completed in 100 years (from 1846), or specifically the year 2000 at the latest. So often I and dare I say we fall into this position where Jesus sort of lashed out a bit against us: [38] Then some of the scribes and Pharisees answered him, saying: Master we would see a sign from thee. We all seek these signs and dates out of our curiosity which I feel is fine but then again do we need such things? No of course not. If we are living in full trust and love and communion with the Lord then we need not even look out the window to be concerned about the weather today for it does not matter in the scheme of things. It is human to seek signs but saintly to not if you catch my drift. Sadly I am not saintly so continue to be interested in signs, dates, prophecies etc though I feel in my heart there will come a time, maybe even soon where I will not want for such things. I already question how much I spend online discussing and reading when I don't even look to seek Him daily in mass. It is a current internal battle in my soul right now and I wonder how much happier I would be to not spend so much time in the world and more time in silent prayer with and especially before the blessed sacrament.
