    He is angry over the water bill statement. He's going to the utility office now.

    He insists he hasn't been watering our plants, trees, etc., so much since our rainy season began, but this bill reflects 3 weeks of PRE-rainy season.

    Please pray he calms down and his questions are satisfied.
