Hi everyone, real quick, I might be having some health issues that I’ll try to have looked at later this week, I think they’re probably caused by stress (and maybe this heat wave we’re having where I currently live), which in turn is exacerbated my ongoing issues with anger and irritability that still struggling with. One thing I want to do to help with the above, is reclaim my mental prayer schedule which was sort of disrupted due to work, as well as focus more during meditation and reduce the times my mind wanders to other things. Please pray for me and my efforts to improve things.
