Everyone has said beautiful things. I have no words Mac, except that I’m praying fervently for your miraculous healing, at mass daily. May all our prayers be heard and graciously answered.
Dearest, Dearest Mac, You are like a little brother to me! Why didn't you pm me? Never mind, I know the answer. So you have been offering from your heart and God has definately heard! Well may He bless you with a healing. Amen I'm calling upon four Saints, that are very powerful with God, because I know they have His ear. Saint Mary MacKillop your personal friend. St Francisco and St Jacinta the Fatima saints and lastly my dearest Holy parish priest Father O'Hallaran [who is not a Church recognised saint) but he had recourse to your inlaw saint and She along with Blessed Francisco and Blessed Jacinta (blessed at the time) in 1999 and they pleaded Heaven for my 11 year son and he was healed of Malignate melinoma. Therefore..... Ever generous God, You inspired Saint Mary MacKillop To live her life faithful to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and constant in bringing hope and encouragement to those who were disheartened, lonely or needy. With confidence in your generous providence and through the intercession of Saint Mary MacKillop We ask that you grant our request for Luke's healing and for strength for his family. We ask that our faith and hope be fired afresh by the Holy Spirit so that we too, like Mary MacKillop, may live with courage, trust and openness. Ever generous God hear our prayer. We ask this through Jesus Christ. Amen. Mary MacKillop of the cross Prayer to Saints Francisco and Jacinta Marto for Luke, Josephine and their family. Dear Saint Francisco and Saint Jacinta, Teach us to love God more perfectly. Saint Jacinta, teach us how to love one another, especially sinners. Help us to pray and to make sacrifces for those who offend Our Lord so deeply. Saint Francisco, teach us your great love for the Sacred Heart of Jesus in the Holy Eucharist, hurt by the ingratitude of so many. Little Shepherds of Fatima, interceed for Luke and his family, as they seek the safety of the Immaculate Heart of our Mother Mary, who always brings all of us and our families closer to Her Son Jesus. Saint Francisco and Saint Jacinta, pray for us, pray for Luke, Josephine and their children and pray for all the children and families of the world! Amen Dear Father O'Hallaran be a spiritual Father to Luke now and intercede for his healing and recovery. Amen. God Bless you Mac, Josephine and all the little Mac's. Be assured of my daily rosary intension for you all.
As am I. Therese, you who departed life "prematurely" and know the suffering and pain that can come at the end of earthly life: lay your hands on Mac and lift him up to Jesus. Bring to the Lord the love of our MOG family for Mac. May we be a conduit of grace and healing for Mac. Leave a rose as a sign of your sweet presence, a sign that heaven and earth are united in prayer before the throne of God. May the grace of the Holy Spirit fill each member of Mac's beloved family, too! Safe Under Mary's Mantle!
We are in unity on the forum with so many precious prayers, sacrifices, and devotions going up to Heaven for Mac and his wife and family. It is like the oil that flowed down Aaron's head and beard. Amen.
Luke, you and your family are part of me always. Know that we are bound by Christ and kept within the same mantle of our mother, Mary. I will continue to pray for the spiritual, physical and emotional health and strength of your family until the day we meet in heaven. Mary, most pure and humble I pray for your tenderness and loving grace to envelope around Luke, his wife and children.
Stunned. Tearing up as I type this. As long as there's life, there's hope. May my offerings be of some worth.
My heart is filled with such for Luke and his family but also for everyone on the forum. What prayer warriors. Like the Marines would say “Luke we’ve got your six!” God bless all forum members. What a spiritual platoon for the Blessed Mother!!!!
I have nothing that can be said brother Mac may you be at peace now and forever and remember all of us when you are welcomed into his kingdom. Love and respect John.
John 11:35 …34“Where have you laid him?” He asked. “Come and see, Lord,” they answered. 35Jesus wept. 36Then the Jews said, “See how He loved him!”…
Mac, I pray for you united to the prayers of all MOG members asking for the intercession of our Blessed Mother and all the Saints that you be healed if it be the Will of God. Think that every pain you suffer is an "I love You" a kiss, an affection and a hug that Jesus sends to you. In this way you will feel strength in your suffering and the joy which the pains suffered for Jesus bring. God bless you.
From a sister in Michigan - With my mom on Hospice for 3 months now, there have been 2 occasions we thought she had days remaining. ....Luke, I feel at a loss for words. Know we all wish we could hug you. We love you and thank you for the chance to know you. I hear you say you are ready. May you receive the grace of all sacraments at this time. May you feel the consolation of the closeness of Our Blessed Mother waiting to escort you and family members who have gone before you. May your family also feel the closeness of our Blessed Mother. Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us now and at the hour of our passing to eternal life!
Dear Mac/Luke, I hesitate to write anything at all because in doing so I feel as though I am saying goodbye to someone who was/is a dear friend although we never met. You were a source of strength for me a few years ago during a difficult time in my life and also the concerns we had about the Church When I think about your wife and children being without you it breaks my heart I know you to be a great soldier for the faith and this is what you leave your family There are no words,... just faith and love You are surrounded by it I pray for a miracle but I admire your courage in wanting to do God's Will first and foremost May your sacrifice bring great rewards for you, your family, and all your intentions I love you Mac, my brother in Christ
