I looked it up and there is a legend about this. It came through the ice and in the dream I somehow survived it in a boat. It was massive.
the bear is an animal that symbolizes Russia, the waters in the biblical view represent many nations, I think the Bear rising from the waters could symbolize Russia emerging militarily in the world and starting a war against some nation in the West, and the boat in the waters could represent the Church being persecuted by it.
