In this crazy world and the hum drum off life, the noise and confusion it is easy to get lost, in fact sad so much pain, shoulders get heavy and people seek the company of negativity, is it human nature to involve yourself with looking for fights arguments indeed blame.

The reason I right this is my brother in law has suffered heart issues for a long time he has had 13 or more stints put into his valves to try and help his previous visit to his consultant was'nt great and they decided it was best to do a bypass. Well whilst he has been on the waiting list he suffered a cardiac arrest not a heart attack but a full arrest in other words he died. Now of course the entire family went into complete melt down, doctors nurses in fact anyone who was involved with how his heart failed got both barrels and then some, everything around this episode was negative anger and frustration, yes of course there was people involved who were nasty uncaring and indeed unprofessional they even looked as if they deliberately were trying to cause hurt and pain. where was God in all of this ???

WE need to stop pause and breathe in these life's situations the darkness of negativity blinds us to what is really going on a round us, negativity breads in this environment its smoke blinds and suffocates everything it touches, it is a heavy dark cloud of smoke that pushes are shoulders down until we actually cant get up.

Yet God and his angels are there dispelling that darkness removing obstacles we just need to focus on that glimmer of light, that light in all the smoke of confusion shining through saying Hi im here.

Stepping back and listening to my brother in laws story of events and how everyone told their negative story of how things went I had to look at what really happened.

He did not die, he was in the right place at the right time, things could have been so different that day, he is in the right place now and getting the right treatment, his episode has moved him up the waiting list and will have a bypass very soon, he has been moved to a wonderful hospital and staff..

God and his angels have destroyed the darkness of negativity their light is shinning through the smoke of satan and his minions have been expelled to a distant past..

Let us always look for the light in this negative negative world.

    God Bless..

    Philippians 2:14-15 ©
Do all that has to be done without complaining or arguing and then you will be innocent and genuine, perfect children of God among a deceitful and underhand brood, and you will shine in the world like bright stars.

    peace!

The loss of the eternal perspective is devastating Catholic culture. If hell is basically empty, in a strange way our eyes have turned away from God to the things of the world. The outcomes of earthly life then become the standard for assessing God's love and closeness. God had "failed" John's brother in his trials; who wants to go to heaven and be with Him? This is why people look forward to heaven primarily because there will be no pain, no suffering, just beauty, peace, and eternal joy.

But the Beatific Vision should be our primary desire and goal in our Christian walk.

1John 3:See what love the Father has given us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know him. 2 Beloved, we are God’s children now; it does not yet appear what we shall be, but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. 3 And every one who thus hopes in him purifies himself as he is pure.

    And...

7 Beloved, let us love one another; for love is of God, and he who loves is born of God and knows God. 8 He who does not love does not know God; for God is love. 9 In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. 10 In this is love, not that we loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the expiation for our sins. 11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 12 No man has ever seen God; if we love one another, God abides in us and his love is perfected in us.
