Thanks again for everyone’s prayers. Everything went well this morning at the preliminary hearing. It was only five minutes long because the public defender recommended waving - something? I don’t know anything about the law or the state court system so I still don’t understand what transpired this morning, but his next court date isn’t until mid December. His public defender seemed very competent and kind. She was highly recommended by the pro life Catholic attorney who hopefully will be representing him going forward.
Fr. Tony finally has had enough time to decompress from his ordeal and I got to talk to him at length this afternoon about the accusations. I’ve been through numerous accusations against priests in the past, both credible accusations and ones that were clearly just trying to extort money from the Church, even at the cost of a good priest’s reputation and ministry. In the past, I’ve also served as both a documented victim’s advocate as well as an advocate for a priest wrongfully accused, so I’ve seen this from the inside out, and from both sides of the table. I am morally certain this priest is innocent, and that he is the victim of intense deliberate malevolent injustice. We’ve figured out who would have done this, how, their motive, and that they had the technical expertise to carry it out; they’ve been using the dark web for at least 20 years, and this is well documented. Proving this now in a court of law is going to be extremely difficult. PLEASE continue your prayers.
Fr. Tony is truly blessed to have you by his side, you are in his life for a reason. The truth will prevail. Continued prayers.
Also, I found out today that my wife Sue, who I haven’t seen or had any communication with whatsoever for 6 years now, is being treated for a malignant melanoma on the retina inside her right eye. She has to wear a low grade radioactive eye patch over that eye for a year. It’s the only treatment that might treat the cancer without destroying her eye and her eyesight in it. Fifteen years ago they found a pre malignant mole at this location on her retina. Because of her employment in home health care, she would have been required to get the Covid vaccine. We know now that melanoma and lymphoma are the two cancers most likely to be triggered by the Covid vaccine, or driven into overdrive by them. My friend Fr. Tony was suddenly diagnosed with stage IV metastatic malignant melanoma last year. He had to get the Covid vaccine because he lived in the diocesan priestly retirement residence. Sue now has malignant melanoma in her right eye. ***** NO ONE can tell me these cancers aren’t from the Covid vaccine. Pope Francis said this vaccine was a moral obligation. NO ONE can convince me he is anything other than a wicked evil man, who eventually will be declared to have been an antipope. ***** I still love my wife and hope for an eventual healing of what has kept us apart. Please, in your kindness, say a prayer for her too.
I am sorry to hear about Sue, how terrible. Prayers for her healing. Strong evidence that the vaccine has caused great harm.
I would guess being wrongly accused of doing something terrible is about the worst thing that could happen to you. They actually bugged Padre Pio's confession box to try to obtain evidence he was messing about women during the Sacrament. Anyone who does such things is of course automatically excommunicated, it is about the worst sin a Catholic could commit but these priests from the Vatican just went ahead and did it anyway. Praying away for Father Tony. My heart goes out to him. So many priests have committed suicide in recent years when accused of such things. I can't imagine. Praying away for Father Tony. Shame on those Bishops who run away and leave their poor priests abandoned at the first sign of trouble.
I was praying in front of the First Station of the Cross, Jesus in Front of Pilate this morning and thinking and offering up the Stations for Father Tony. Jesus, of course was innocent and Pilate knew this as did his wife Procula. Pilate did what he could for Jesus to get him off the hook but he wouldn't risk his career or his life and so let an innocent man be tortured and killed. He walked on the other side of the road, so to speak. This is why so many Bishops won't take a risk when their Priests, their Spiritual Sons get accused. It's safer to dump them and wash the Episcopal Hands. It must be so hard on these innocent priests. They are the Father of a Family, their Parish. Yet when the finger gets pointed all their children vanish, like snow off the ditch. I hope they all find a few , as Jesus did walking the Road to Calvary alongside them. I hope people have dreams of innocence as Procula did.
It seems to me that Bishops who wash their hands of accused priests the first chance they get are just as bad, in their own way, as the Bishops who covered up abominations.
Bryan I will pray for healing of your relationship with Sue also. A friend of mine, a very holy and pious person suffered the loss of his family for over 30 years. He was completely cut out of his children's lives and he suffered greatly. So many people prayed for him and nothing changed. Sr Briege MC Kenna told him that he would have to carry a big cross but Our Lady would make a crown out of it. He was an exceptional apostle for Jesus and Mary and touched many people's lives. He died a few years back and in the months leading up to his death there was a reconciliation with all the family. You have carried your crosses so bravely. I will pray that all will be healed and also true justice for Fr Tony.
