No but times have darkened a lot. They say this time would confuse the greatest saints. He is a very,very holy, indeed saintly and wise and learned man. But he is wrong in this. However I have lost all confidence in his judgement. A Catholic who is no longer obedient to a Pope is no longer Catholic. But these are such difficult times.
I read recently that he said the Society's bishops did not intend to separate from the successor of Peter.

I'm perplexed, Padraig. Where has Bishop Schneider specifically supported the schism? Please provide a link, since if accurate it would only lead to further confusion.
