Long hair like a lion's mane, floating white cape, one can also see eyes and nose...Looks like an angel trying to control the fury of the volcano, or a fallen angel ready to unleash it. Though their powers of action is limited by the Will of God, angels can, as pure spirits, act on matter and set it in motion. St Augustine went even further, asserting that each of the forces of nature may be governed by an angelic power.
