Thank you John! Is this site 24/7? Do you know where this site is from?

I use the one from Navan, Ireland quite often Patty. Here's another one I use from Saint Martin of Tours -Louisville Kentucky:

Thank you Hope. It's always nice to have a couple of other sites to turn to as the Navan site does not work sometimes.

Border collie, I love that site and feel affection for the familiar faces I see - like they are members of my family!

I'll keep my eye out for you. lol I usually am on that site around 2 to 3am on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Not sure what time that is in Ireland.

  12. Sunday afternoons can be good for me sometimes, not sure what time that is for you though.

It looks like a 2am for me is a 7am for you. So it would be 5 hours later at the chapel. Usually Sunday mornings are Mass, breakfast out with family, visit my father in law, and stop at the store. It looks like I would rarely have a chance to view the chapel while you were there on a Sunday afternoon. Sure would be neat though!
My sister and brother in law were in Ireland last week playing golf at sites all over the place. One course was in driving distance to Saint Mary's but unfortunately they are not church goers.

I was talking with my devout, elderly Mother, and we started talking about how good Our Lord is. We were practically sighing with love... I got an insight a little later that this impulse to praise Him and talk about how adorable He is could be turned into one of the most powerful prayers! The sacrifice of praise! Especially if offered in His Divine Will, with the Blessed Virgin! Sentimentality? Perhaps, but if it comes from one's depths of feeling, how can it not be pleasing to Our God, who is Himself, panting for our small tokens of love?

I love what he said about doing the holy hour Daily. Something I would like to try to do. I would have to adjust my schedule, but I would like to try and do this for a month and see how it goes.

Archbishop Fulton Sheen gives the credit of his power to the 54 years of daily adoration.

I have been aware of the Navan site for some time.

I must confess that looking at Our Eucharistic Lord is a very poor alternative to being before Him in person. The number of Catholics in any parish should be sufficient to have at least one Vigil of Eucharistic Adoration every month, but there is little support for such devotion.

The Eucharist is the very heart of God. I hope members try get some Eucharistic Adoration started in our churches.

    God Bless
