I copied this from another blog. This disaster will affect the world. "A reader who is an engineer of considerable experience says watch this one evolve carefully because it is destined to continue to grow and he shares this long (but worthy explanation why: "Heard your mention of the oil disaster in the Gulf of Mexico this morning, and you (and most everyone else except maybe George Noory) are totally missing the boat on how big and bad of a disaster this is. First fact, the original estimate was about 5,000 gallons of oil a day spilling into the ocean. Now they're saying 200,000 gallons a day. That's over a million gallons of crude oil a week! I'm [an] engineer with 25 years of experience. I've worked on some big projects with big machines. Maybe that's why this mess is so clear to me. First, the BP platform was drilling for what they call deep oil. They go out where the ocean is about 5,000 feet deep and drill another 30,000 feet into the crust of the earth. This it right on the edge of what human technology can do. Well, this time they hit a pocket of oil at such high pressure that it burst all of their safety valves all the way up to the drilling rig and then caused the rig to explode and sink. Take a moment to grasp the import of that. The pressure behind this oil is so high that it destroyed the maximum effort of human science to contain it. When the rig sank it flipped over and landed on top of the drill hole some 5,000 feet under the ocean. Now they've got a hole in the ocean floor, 5,000 feet down with a wrecked oil drilling rig sitting on top of is spewing 200,000 barrels of oil a day into the ocean. Take a moment and consider that, will you! First they have to get the oil rig off the hole to get at it in order to try to cap it. Do you know the level of effort it will take to move that wrecked oil rig, sitting under 5,000 feet of water? That operation alone would take years and hundreds of millions to accomplish. Then, how do you cap that hole in the muddy ocean floor? There just is no way. No way. The only piece of human technology that might address this is a nuclear bomb. I'm not kidding. If they put a nuke down there in the right spot it might seal up the hole. Nothing short of that will work. If we can't cap that hole that oil is going to destroy the oceans of the world. It only takes one quart of motor oil to make 250,000 gallons of ocean water toxic to wildlife. Are you starting to get the magnitude of this? We're so used to our politicians creating false crises to forward their criminal agendas that we aren't recognizing that we're staring straight into possibly the greatest disaster mankind will ever see. Imagine what happens if that oil keeps flowing until it destroys all life in the oceans of this planet. Who knows how big of a reservoir of oil is down there. Not to mention that the oceans are critical to maintaining the proper oxygen level in the atmosphere for human life. We're humped. Unless God steps in and fixes this. No human can. You can be sure of that." (Source: The Coming Depression Blog). In a 2004 prophecy, which may be found here, we were told: "There is going to be a major disruption in a region of the world that will affect everyone. The world is now seriously out of conformance with the Will of God and what He created and intended. There are those who would reconfigure the very creatures He has formed, and who meddle with the texture of life. For this reason, the Lord will allow a huge reorientation." A major disruption in a region of the world that will affect everyone. This would certainly qualify as such according to some experts including the engineer quoted above. At any rate, Our Lady also spoke of a chastisement which mankind is preparing with its own hands besides that which comes from God Himself. Signs of the times.
There is a part in the Book of Revelations that talks of all the waters going Bad. So many things are happening at the minute it would make you dizzy trying to keep up with it all. Revelation 8:8 The second angel sounded, and something like a great mountain burning with fire was thrown into the sea; and a third of the sea became blood,
hello padraig, things are certainly developing on a fast scale now, the famine that as been prophecied is already underway, certain foods from warmer climates in the shops have already had their prices dramatically increased, the fish in this area described above would perish , also the fish which would have been caught to be eaten , would either perish , and would theirfore affect the fishing industry , or the fish both small and large could then swim to other areas not familiar with their own eating habits , the slick is according to news reports, making its way to florida, this would affect the beaches and tourism industry in that region, also going back to the fish that would swim to other parts , to get out of the way of the slick , if they had already eaten something already affected in the area they were in , they would then affect the other areas , were they would then die , the rotting bodys of the fish , of the larger fish, would lead to much smaller fish not affected by the slick to then become infected , when these fish , are caught early afterwards by the fishing industry , its likely it could then end up in the food chain , were just to sell the fish on , would lead to some selling on the fish , knowing something was wrong, just to make money and make a profit. how it could affect fish in other areas , the fish could feed off , the dead bodys of the fish that have travelled from the slick area, it could well end up as a catastrophy for the whole world , were through possible large compensation claims , loss of jobs on a wide scale could happen.padraig , your right what you said, all the waters of the ocean turned to blood red, and all living creatures of the sea perished, are these times here now, one thing is for sure the famine is underway, and the very next big volcano eruption , could lead to massive ash clouds occuring , which could well affect crops next.
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/us_and_americas/article7114015.ece Well I was thinking there Norman. If Mary's quote was right then in order to fit it into Revelation then the' 'Mountain of Fire', thrown into the sea would be a nuclear bomb in order to seal the leak. This in turn would cause some kind of chemical reaction that might cause the waters to turn green, nt only in the seas but in river and inland waters too. In other words when the water of the sea is evaporated by the sun even the rains stay red . Funny this is so very scarey a scenario. I posted Mary's quote on another ,secular forum and people got just so very angry at me. They more nor less told me to shut up. They didn't show where what the engineer was saying was wrong they just told me to keep quiet, they don't want to know. I think we will see this more and more as times roll on , people will become like hedgehogs or turtles and will just close down to what is happening. Its ironic because they say its believers who have their heads in the sky. The simple fact is that this is the biggest ecological disaster in the entire history of the world. But we this again and again lately, the worst ash cloud, the biggest earth quakes, the heaviest rains, the most severe storms, the worst outbreaks, the deepest economic depression..how even unbelievers can feel this is an accident...well as I say its like turtles with their heads in the shell. They won't believe because they are frightened and don't want to believe, for believing might involve change and that is the very, very last thing they want to do..
Boy, it is really forboding when you hear you all talk through it. I was wondering this myself, if this could be a big part of the famine coming. I see how it could easily domino like Mr. Holland said. I am surprised at the light attention it is getting, but again, like your picture, we have our heads in the sand, and never think it is as bad as it is. This is not up in some remote place like Alaska where we can watch from a distance and send money to help clean up the oily birds...this is in the Gulf of Mexico! This will affect tourism on a huge scale,it will affect a huge part of the US fishing, as Mr. Holland says, even if somehow they would stop it today, the damage is already done. Things are turning up dead on beaches already. The US is being hit hard with one natural disaster after another these last few weeks especially...someone needs to put them all on one table...so they can see the impact and the destruction that has/is occurring as one big thing. The huge flooding in the south will affect many crops this year. They would have already been planted, so there is another thing. Luckily, where i am in the northern midwest, we are seeing the start of a wonderful growing season...so far. However, the early spring we have had is causing everyone to plant early, and the tornado/flood season is far from over. We could be next, and then there goes another huge bread basket. Scary stuff. I am fortunate to live out of town, I have almost an acre of fertile land and we are up on a hill with a small lake close by. The lake is full of geese (and carp) and the land is full of rabbits, and turkeys, and deer...hopefully we will be spared and could at least feed ourselves here if necessary. I did not plant a garden yet this year though...perhaps I better get some seeds right away!
I myself am going to go buy a few extra cans of tuna to save for the years ahead. Wow! This is all very painful to watch. Mary's quote from the engineer is the first and only real reporting I have seen on this issue. I've been fussing about this to my husband. Even the New York Times has failed to really capture what is happening. They keep referring to how its going to be solved- like there is really a concrete plan to get out of this in the next few weeks and months. I think it said it would take 3 months to fix the problem. No paper story I've seen yet or nightly news has addressed all of the issues that this guy mentioned. I don't know why I bother with the local paper period. Our Associate Press are bought and paid for by the government. MomsCalling- This year we have made our garden bigger, but last year much of our produce (as well as all of our neighbors' produce) was killed off by a fungus. I think its worth planting but maybe we need to pray over our gardens also. pray pray pray, Kath
Message 3294 from Our Lady, Queen of Peace,Anguera BA. Brazil transmitted in 18/03/2010 Dear Sons and Daughters, have confidence, faith, and hope. God is at your side. Confide in Him and you will be victorious. I ask you to keep on praying. Pray for the realization of My plans. I have more noble things to reveal to you. Pay attention and listen to the voice of God. Be docil to His call to conversion. Humanity is sick and need to be healed. I come from heaven to show you the way to good and holiness. Don´t back out. Death will pass on the coast of the Golf(Gulf, misspelled I think), and will leave a great trail of destruction. I am your sorrowful Mother and I suffer because of your sufferings. Courage. Don´t let the flame of faith fail within you. This is the message I transmit to you today in the name of The Most Holy Trinity. Thank you for permitting Me to reunite you here once more. I Bless you in the name of The Father, of The Son, and of The Holy Spirit. Amen. Be at peace
Though many of you may not like to watch MSNBC, Keith Oberman and Rachel Maddow are doing a very good job of reporting the reality of this oil spill. Tonight we caught Rachel doing an interview with a scientist at a university who is helping to determine the makup of the oil that is coming from the spill, to better determine how to go about cleaning it up. He was very concerned. The oil is very thick and also kindof brown, rather than the usual viscous black crude. This may pose another challenge for cleaning operations, because we have never cleaned up this kind of oil before. He did say though, that the winds have caused more dispersing of the oil and that this may not be a bad thng. Also he said that a Hurricane (which will be happening soon, tis the season) may actually help the situation by further dispersing the oil, which he thinks will allow nature to reclaim it faster. BUT - is this really better? It may be better for the coastline, but what about the ocean life? The thoughts are really overwhelming. People are just so conditioned to thinking that science can fix everything, that they will get it under control. The reality is we have never seen a spill such as this, and certainly not in a very populated and prosperous area of coastline. This is Florida, this is Texas, this is Mexico, this is the Keys, this will shut down a multitude of businesses and tourism, not to mention the fishing, if it contaminates the coastline and beaches, which it will without a doubt. The economy there will fall even lower...and add billions of dollars to our national deficit. And what about all the other disasters happening and the lives, the livlihoods, and the dollars they are costing? Even all this does not wake people up. Today, I was looking at the weather radar on my cell phone...and while thinking about the oil and the floods, I saw in the middle of the country, High wind warnings (not watches), and FIRE warnings. So all four "powers" are at work at once...earth (the oil is from the earth), water, wind, and fire. All acting upon the USA on the same day. I had to email my son on this one! He understood my thoughts. Will we hear from Conchita tomorrow?
You know Meg, you've really touched on one of the most amazing of the Signs of the Times there, that people are going about in a dream about all this (including the media) its just as though they are sleep walking. It really is astonishing to watch. At work in the past I have tried to raise these issues and have just met with blank looks and even outright hostility, folks just simply do not want to know. When all the planes stopped there and no one could fly one lady ,a devout Catholic who is open to apparitions came and asked me to pray that she might be able to fly out and see her grandchildren in Bali. The ash stopped for a while and she got flying of, but I tried to warn her about going and she just simply would not even consider it. I just think think this sleep walking is the strangest, strangest thing.
God would have saved Sodom & Gomerra for 10 faithful souls so we must continue to pray for Mercy. In the end he rescued the 8 faithful souls before destroying these 2 cities. Mary
your right padraig, it is just like people in all walks of life are in a trance like dream , it seems also as well that different media types , have different opinions , on how they report on incidents like whats happened , this also helps in the confusion , and as god is whatching over us , he as all the answers, as with different media opinions and how things are reported , this can lead to profiteering from such incidents just in order to make money, although all these things are happening now , and they ll continue to increase , we must focus fully on god, and when things get so difficult, and even ourselves in the uk , are going to get earthquakes , like weve never ever seen before, and much destruction will take place , out of gods love for us , it is he , who looks after us , and it is from he , that we await further instructions what to do, i dont know what will be the most shocking part , when things are at their most difficult for a good number of people , the disasters or when they come face to face , to gods holy angels when they are sent down to help us , for in a good number of cicumstances, if some of us arent at the refuges then ,at that point [ some people wont need to leave their homes as well, as they would be protected were they live] others would be guided out to safe places of refuge, god looks after his own people, isnt this enough reason for the whole world to open their hearts to him now.
Yes Norman, you're right, its partly shock, I think. Also ,when you read a quote like Mary's about the oil, you wonder to yourself, 'Well if this is true what will I do with this knowledge?'. If you have faith the answer is simple you do as Our Lady asked ,you pray and fast. But what if you have little faith or no faith at all? What do you do with this? Well, you hide it, you run from it, you reject it, you pretend it isn't happening...and you wonder and worry, worry, worry....for the One you should turn to is no longer known to you. Its ironic, they say believers flee from reality, I think it is the other way around.
I have digital TV and watched the News at 6pm on Russia Today & the headlines were about the oil disaster in the Gulf. They argued that one solution to the problem was to use a nuclear bomb as the Russians had done this previously in the 1960s. Apparently they were drilling for gas underground and the gas leak went on fire and they couldn't put it out - the fire lasted 3 years and they tried evertyhing but nothing worked. So they decided to explode a nuclear bomb at the leak and this fixed the problem. The Russians used this method several times for other problems but they did not explain what they were. We are indeed in the strangest of times!
What if instead of capping the oil spill, the bomb would ignite it? This oil is said to be thick and brown. We truely would have an ocean on fire in an uncontrollable way then, because the radiation would make it impossible to go near it for a long time, wouldn't it? I don't think it would be possible to do this in the gulf as it would contaminate all the life above and below the surface with radiation, wouldn't it? Underground leaks are different, as the earth contains a lot of the radiation (not that it doesn't have affects down the road too) but an open air and water detonation - I don't think it could happen here. What do others think? Here it is - the concern for all the wildlife in and around Florida and the Keys. I was going to copy it in, but it is a very large article, so instead, here is the link. Florida is trying to prepare, it appears. Everyone is just holding their breath: http://www.latimes.com/news/nationworld/nation/wire/fl-oil-impact-20100504,0,109347.story What they should be doing is praying and fasting! I guess that part is up to us who know to do it. If someone that people would listen to would organize a giant prayer chain all along the gulf coast...imagine!
