The Warning seems to be very near but whether a month or two away or a few years still...? Who knows.....
Elisa, I was thinking about this yesterday (i think about it a lot ). Perhaps Pope Francis will travel to Russia to engage in talks of peace with Putin. I can't imagine this will happen until after Easter though. He has a pretty busy schedule. All of the talk on unity and going to Israel for Easter celebration I think is HUGE. So a trip to Russia after (unity and peace talks?). Shortly after he returns something will happen to make people stop believing in Garabandal. I can't imagine what that could be?? I just know that before the warning many will not believe in Garabandal. Maybe nothing will actually happen to bring this about....just a general disbelief. Anyways, it sure seems that the warning could be soon. I am so back and forth on this. It could be soon....or maybe not til after Fatima anniversary which is still soon. Could be a decade away....Things can always get worse so it is hard to determine when "things are at their worst". It sure seems pretty bad! I pray for the conversion of nonbelievers. Anyways, just my thoughts .
Padraig, I truly believe this is the case and there has been a ton of talk about this on the internet the past year. There are countless stories of Russian soldiers training, living and hidden here in the states. Last year there was a ton of talk of Russians in their early 20's going door to door in the states under the disguise of selling children's books but in reality were asking an awful lot of questions about the kids in the neighborhoods etc. More recently there was talk of Russian troops training in the the area's of Tennessee, West Virgina, Virginia (a little too close to home for my liking). I read a story recently about a woman in rural Virginia who was being neighborly to her new neighbors. She invited the family over and the mother and child came. When she asked them what they were doing here, the child said that her father was here to kill Americans. The mother broke down in tears and said it was true. Now you never know with what you read on the internet but this talk has been going on far too long to be a lie in my mind. Time will tell but if I were these Russian troops I would not follow orders. This is not a country where you just want to come out of hiding and go door to door...way too many guns. It is the same reason why the emperor of Japan never tried to invade the US in WW2 because behind every blade of grass there was a gun pointing back at them.
Ang, I would say many many people already don't believe in the Garabandal. Most Catholics I talk to don't believe in it or have never heard of it. As for the Warning, I don't know why I feel this but I feel it will happen during Easter Week this year. Is that even possible Glenn or Garabandal?? Easter week this year seems to be very special. The Passover starts on Tuesday, April 15th and we know there is a blood moon on that day. Also, is there any reason why it couldn't or wouldn't happen on Good Friday? That is April 18th this year and if the Lord is going to appear as the slain Lamb on the cross in the sky then what better day to appear in that manner than on the day he died? Could you even imagine how important Easter Sunday would then be especially since the date of Easter is the same this year for all Christian Faiths. The Warning during Easter week followed by the unity and resurrection of the church on Easter Sunday. Again can this even happen? I am thinking the clues about the warning always pointed to a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday in April??
Ang, thanks for your thoughts, but could you please stop shaking, because I also start shivering... (I am just kidding). I will not be surprised if our Pope Francis is going to do something in this time of crisis and yes, perhaps go to Russia. If the crisis becomes worse, he will surely cancel his entire busy schedule, in order to be able to go to Russia. But only God knows what will happen. I am thinking of Joey Lomangino who is already in the eighties. Would Mary give his eyesight back only when he gets very old? The Warning will come unexpected. But when will we not expect the Warning ? A lot of confusion, a lot of speculations. We will have to wait and pray and be patient (I am the first one to learn to be patient !).

Andy what a great thought. wouldn't it be wonderful to be Good Friday...it is such an emotional mass. I remember reading that during the warning the best place to be, will be in a church (of course). J am not sure of any dates for the warning, but If it happened April 18th this year, the miracle would would happen within a year. Which actually fits perfectly because I am pretty sure it will happen in April between the 8th and the 18th of the month. So warning 4/18/14 miracle 04/16/15 (BC it happens on a Thursday)...It is fun to speculate. Heidi that is so scary!!
So there you go. The stories are true then. Thank you Heidi for confirming. There is no way they were there to sell books. That was pure intel gathering. Very scary indeed.
If my memory serve's me right Marie Loli of Garabandal said that the Warning would come after a Synod of Bishops. The next Synod of Bishops will not happen until October when there will be an Extra Ordinary Synod about the Family. I myself think that this is only the start of the tribulations and we have between now and 2017 to ask god for forgiveness and mitigation of our circumstances. Maybe Glenn could tell us where he thinks we are according to the Garabandal Prophecies, also we should pray for Conchita for God to protect her, keep her faith strong, as she will have to give up her life of normality with her family, to a life of non stop questioning,media exposure, and intrusion in her life.
I plan on taking Good Friday off this year to spend most of the day in church. It would be great to happen that day but at the same time I would want to be close to my wife and kids so we can come out of it together. That would be my wish. Thankfully our church is about 2 tenths of a mile away so if I am at church all day I can be home in like 2 minutes.

Heidi. Your experience is exactly the same as what so many others said. I read of one woman who was Catholic and she had recently blessed the four corners of her property with oil and holy water. They literally could not cross over into her yard and stayed on the sidewalk despite what she felt was an urge to come into her yard.
Oh my goodness now that I think about it, last summer a girl came to my house selling children's books also. She came at 830 in the evening and I wouldn't let her come in and she was very insistent...I told her I was getting the kids reach for bed and it was a bad time. She then asked me if I knew who else had kids on my street.... we had just moved in so I only knew a couple of people but they didn't have children. Pretty sure she wasn't Russian... her car license plate wasfrom out of state and without me even asking she told me ....the reason I have an out of state plate is because I am doing my internship her in Michigan for the summer. It was all so very strange...I hate solicitors....also an internship for soliciting?? That doesn't make sense!
Oh yes I forgot about the synod... well just another thing to keep us guessing. . Andy... I am so creeped out by all of this! Going to double my rosaries and have my home blessed. I have been wanting to do it but have not had our priest over to do it yet. I have blessed it with holy water though. . Camps?!?! It is all so World war two.
I, too, think Mark Mallet is spot on. The seeds of revolution have been planted and are now starting to spring up. We've already seen this in North Africa (Libya, Tunisia, Egypt), the Middle East (Syria) along with Venezuela, Thailand and now Ukraine. Putin/Russia is well aware of USA weaknesses and knows that this is a prime opportunity to regain lost Soviet territory if not through economic bullying then by armed force. The analogy that comes to mind is Czechoslovakia/1938 where Hitler claimed that ethnic Germans living in the country (Czech portion) wanted assimilation with the fatherland. Europe let him take those territories and within months he swallowed up the rest of the country. Something similar could happen with Ukraine. The question is this: once Putin is so emboldened to get away with that, what will be next? With the return of the Crimea, he gets a warm water port once again and that makes the Black Sea a Russian lake. Historically, Russia has looked to the Balkans and has regarded itself as a protector of Serbia and so it could be with Putin too. Or does he start chipping away at the Baltic countries? We'll see. Personally, I don't see the Warning as coming until 2017 or so. Things need to get progressively worse first and they are about to politically.
I know its outside the date range but could there be some significance for the warning in the 27th April 2014 when both Pope John Paul 2 and Pope John XXIII are canonized and its Divine Mercy Sunday. But I believe Spain will have to be overrun by Communism for the Warning to occur.
I too think Good Friday will be the day of the Warning. The warning comes when things are at their worst and Mass is difficult to get or even suppressed. When the Pope goes to Moscow hostilities break out and Russia over runs various nations. Europe is vulnerable economically and these events create the conditions for chaos, social breakdown, civil unrest. This would also leave Europe vulnerable to attack from Muslim extremism so could be a double wammy. The reality is that Europe is like a house built on sand ready to crumble. It doesn't take much to fell a rotten tree. Things can collapse quickly with our modern infrastructure very vulnerable. So within a few years we could easily see the conditions that lead to the Warning. My guess is that we will have the warning Good Friday 2016 or 2017. I believe the Crimean/Ukranian situation is the first domino that will topple all of the others leading to the lesser tribulation spoken about by the seers that preceed the warning of Garabandal. Dominoes topple quickly so I suspect these events will play out much quicker than we could ever have imagined.
