I just saw on the news that tonight there will be a vote in the Dâil to pass a Bill to remove the three day wait to have an abortion in early pregnancy. Reports suggest that it could pass this first stage and proceed to a further review bringing it into law by the end of the year. It's hard to believe we've come to this. The Snakes may have been banished long ago but we seem to still have a nest of vipers.

One would have little hope of receiving a life-saving operation in such a short timespan. Such a change in forty years. There is, I think, a huge element of an infernal spite in all this, with politicians outdoing themselves to be extreme. I think they want to really rub the noses in it of those who continue to respect life. They’ll have to answer for it. If not this world, then in the next.
We have reached a stage in Western Civilization where human fraternity has overthrown the Fear of the Lord. Man reshapes the world in which we live because man no longer believes Christ is on the Throne. I believe that Pope Francis wrongly embraced this idea of human fraternity in hie encyclicals. Synodality is another expression of the lie that if we just come together, receive input from parishes, dioceses, and Conferences of Bishops, such fraternity will lead to unity of Truth and Charity! Nonsense! Man reshapes the world and Fraternity reshapes the Church. It is the modern day Tower of Babel paving the way for Antichrist.
That’s it, in a nutshell. But…what a creature believes or imagines about itself, has zero relevance to what is actually the Truth. And that is to an infinite degree. Anything we really know is Revelation. All else is speculation.

My heart is broken to witness a betrayal of all the values our country cherished since being reborn as a Christian society. We have been under massive satanic attack in the past 50 years. Everything we took for granted has been demolished. I weep for the society we leave our grandchildren and the corruption of all the pillars our society stood on. I agree with you Mario on the promotion by the Francis papacy of the erroneous concept that man is at the centre of everything when the church always placed Christ at the centre. This heresy has removed all sense of who we are. It's hard not to be discouraged especially when one has children and grandchildren.
I'm so sad for your country too. As I was watching my own country throw away traditional Christian values one by one, I used to be so comforted by how Catholic Ireland still was. My mom used to say Ireland would always be staunchly Catholic... and pro-life, because the Irish loved their babies. If I feel terrible because of what has happened to Ireland, I know it must be so much worse for you. And now I'm nervous about Poland. Only 30% of Poland's Catholics attend Sunday Mass.
The major Catholic Woman's Organisation in Germany has just come out demanding that abortion be allowed in Catholic Hospitals there. Why are Catholic politicians in Ireland not being excommunicated for supporting abortion in Ireland? Why is that Catholic Woman's Organisation not being dealt with? Why at the same time are Traditional priests and organisations being nuked? It they can nuke the Traditionalists why not nuke the baby killers and Sodomites?
One thing I have noticed about many of these baby killers is that not only do they support mass murder they actually delight in it. There is something truly Satanic in this.

There’s nothing new under the sun. The notion ‘that man is at the centre of everything’ is the sin of Eden. This great apostasy disproves itself by its own contradictions, being anti-Logos, as garabandal points out. Only select men actually turn out to be at the centre of everything, babies destined for abortion certainly aren’t, and those who don’t qualify for the ‘centre’ will find themselves continually extended. Language is, and will continue to be, twisted out of shape by those trying to justify their evil. This is readily apparent in these Synods, the latest variation of the Tower of Babel. The Tree of Knowledge will prove to be no less catastrophic for man (they are so blind and unserious that the modernists consider the usage of words like ‘man’ as something to be considered as against ‘equality’, replacing them with words that lack ‘gender specificity’, in the process confusing and diluting meaning and context) in these present times than it did in Eden.
To be honest, I only dabble into national and international news once or twice a week. Pray? Yes, but I refuse to be consumed by the slippery slope. There are enough local avenues to live out the Gospel in helpful and concrete ways. O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!
