To any members of the United States Armed Forces who read this and I know there are some who are. Anyone in any capacity whatsoever who takes any part at all in the use of nuclear weapons in the current conflict seriously, seriously risks their Eternal Damnation. Don't do it. Don't have anything to do with it. Just say no, Walk away. All this is purest evil. Don't risk going to hell. God is merciful but in this case God will be very,very severe indeed.
I would really encourage any Catholic who is a member of the United States Armed Forces to seek any way they can to leave it as soon as you possibly can. Very evil forces have taken control of your Government. Flee this, go as quickly as you can, by any means you can.

Sadly, I would be a little bit more precise: In May, 1945, proposed terms of surrender were forwarded by the Japanese to the Americans. This surrender offer was turned down by the United States. As you note above, In the first 10 days of August, 2 atomic bombs were dropped on Japan; first on Hiroshima, then on Nagasaki. The second bomb was originally destined for the city of Kocura, but reportedly re-directed to Nagasaki because (1) poor weather conditions over Kocura, and 2) Nagasaki had an important Japanese naval base. Interestingly, the atomic bomb was dropped 2 miles from the naval base, exploding directly over Nagasaki's Catholic Cathedral filled with Catholics at the time. The naval harbor was virtually untouched.
