I was looking online recently about this and actually came across another site (cant remember where now) telling us about the olympic mascots for the 2012 olympics, saying they have a representation of the all seeing eye on them, it is creepy and weird! The man who did the shooting in Norway at the Labour party youth conference recently said he was interested in Freemasonry which made me think of new world order as well, I am seeing signs everywhere at the min, even one of our friends at the weekend was wearing a t shirt with the eye and some writing in russian (commumism?) on it but he obviously didnt know the meaning of this, it freaked me out and I said to him i didnt like the t shirt and what it stood for.
I was just thinking today, Angela about the people who killed Jesus and why they did it. Was the death of Jesus organised? Did they do it from pure evil? Did they know what they were doing? Reading prophecy and Revelation, the Antichrist is said to subdue almost the whole world to his control. So this is a new world order in that sense. Only it is not new. It is old, very old. For sin, is literally as old as the Fall. Such an attempt at a sinful world governance will end in failure, after he is thrown down by St. Michael Archangel. For the coming generation, as represented by the secrets of Medjugorje and Garabandal, you might say that a new world order is on the rise with the incoming Arab extremist invasion of Europe. After the Great monarch, there must be this era of peace, which will be called the golden age of the Church, then must come various other kingdoms, then finally the kingdom of the ten kings, then the Antichrist. All this must happen first. Prophecy and Scripture screams this at us. Also, the jews must be converted, and the gospel must be preached to all nations. Clearly none of these have happened yet. These are the new world orders to expect, not the old protestant notion of a world bank controlled by freemasons etc. We can clearly see that God's kingdom is not monetarily based. In the Old Testament, He punishes Israel each time by first sending the prophets, then, when people don't respond, he sends in hostile enemies to take over their lands. This is what is forecasted to happen. There are literally hundreds of prophecies about how the Muslims will overrun Europe, and massacre millions and millions of Christians. This is not to be underestimated. A so-called one-world currency could not withstand such chaos, as the Arab extremists will abhor completely anything to do with the West, and any form of finance or global government that they might impose. We know that a Warning is imminent, followed by a Great Miracle, which will convert millions, including Russia, we are told. So it should be absolutely clear that God does not plan to chastise us in this generation with being subjected to a sort of Antichrist-like global system, as if we were all about to be microchipped. No. We have much to fear from the Arab extremists. We have much to look forward to in the blessings such as the Warining and Miracle.
Well I can't claim to understand it , Shane. The visionaries at Medugorje when quizzed on the Secrets said it is all contained in (I think) chapter 13 of the Book of Revelation and a key verse here to understanding the inimical forces/countries is: Revelation 13:1 And the dragon stood on the shore of the sea. And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. He had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on his horns, and on each head a blasphemous name. This appears to me to indicate that we will get hit from several different directions and countries at the one time, forces like Communism, Islamism, Secularism and so on each a different head (bielief system) and country (crown).
I used to think the new world order was just conspiracy stuff and only in the last 6 months or so have I come to believe it more than likely will become a reality. My guess is it is ushered in by the world just going into chaos and some single governing body will come in to save it. The chaos I believe will be a combination of wars (perhaps the middle east invading Europe, US in civil war, and china/North korea/venezuela causing trouble when the US is fighting internally), natural disasters, food shortages, etc. I do believe the new world order is the only way to get an anti-christ agent in charge. Maybe Aviso can weigh in...as he believes this all might happen in 2012.
