Excellent video. The inversion exists with the 10 commandments too, in that when the opposite of them is done it is always at the expense of the other. When we follow God's law society thrives and when we do the opposite it dies. Which is amazing in relation to Genesis 9:7 where we are told to go forth and multiply and subdue the earth. God has been giving us the rules not only for salvation but also civilization throughout biblical history. Civilization only thrives when we all help each other to thrive.
Given that God wants us to go forth and multiply, it makes sense He would give us a heads up on how to do it. But the paradoxical stumbling block of sacrifice-for-self vs self-sacrifice gets in the way. Even leaders are supposed to sacrifice themselves for the common good. The amazing/crazy part of this is that when everyone sacrifices themselves for the other, everyone wins. This is why when there is accountability in society and serious offenders are taken off the streets, everyone thrives. Case in point is El Salvador, it is on track to becoming the safest nation in the world from being one of the most dangerous. https://elsalvadorinenglish.com/202...the-safest-country-in-the-western-hemisphere/ All the non-sense we have seen over the years revolves around not holding people accountable for their behavior and enabling degeneracy. When we start seeing all institutions start holding people accountable and promoting generative behavior, then we will see real change. Until then, everything else is just smoke and mirrors.
Pax Prima, Being a retired accountant/auditor, I am interested in numerical analysis at times. So I decided to compare the above to a recent compilation of the murder rate in NYC. The City's population is around 8.5 million and El Salvador's population is about 6.5 million. Just to give a proper perspective. Calculated out, the murder rate in El Salvador is 45% less than New York City. Comparing those two, Central America definitely is safer! This is what happens when my injury produces too much free time.
