It is a very speculative thing, but Jeremiah speaks of Ismael (Jeremiah, Chapter 41) who assassinates Godolias/Gedaliah, the man who was made governor of Judea after Sedecias/Zedekiah fled Jerusalem. It happened in the 7th month after Godolias was appointed. I think Sedecias is a figure of Bergoglio (for many reasons). So the fact that Sedecias's successor, Godolias (a figure for Prevost?) is involved in an event like that is very interesting. But killings and such in the prophecies don't necessarily mean physical killing. It could mean killing of the soul through committing mortal sin or have some other spiritual meaning. Now again, this is totally speculative, but I wonder if this might have a fulfillment somehow with Prevost's trip next week to Turkey/Lebanon. He will be interacting with many Muslims on his trip. I am not predicting an assassination attempt (please don't beat me over the head if nothing happens). But the fact that the trip happens in the 7th month after Prevost takes over, and it is a visit into Ishmaelite/Muslim territory, has me very interested. Other than that, Ishmael is only mentioned in Genesis in any detail. The only way the Muslims would be saved is if they convert to the Catholic Church before they die. There is no salvation outside of the Church. That is Catholic dogma.

In my opinion, what this coming king will do is superimpose the figure of a Jewish hero from the Old Testament onto the true Messiah, who is Jesus. It is also worth mentioning again that Cyrus used the title “King of Kings,” which is a messianic title. A future global ruler may use it as well, but now in a blasphemous context.

But Christ Himself told the Jews that if another were to come in his own name, they would accept him. He did not say those words to the Catholic people, but to the Jewish people, who expect a different kind of Messiah. Jesus was referring to the Jewish people as a historical unity when He said that they rejected Him, who came in the name of the Father, but would accept another who would come in his own name in the future. Paul made it clear that the Jewish people will be grafted back into the Mystical Body of Christ at the end of times, and that their fall brought salvation to the Gentile nations. The fall of a bad Catholic has never brought salvation to anyone; on the contrary, it is the fulfillment of the opposite of that. The Talmudic Jews and Muslims and everyone else will be given a chance to choose eternal life. But God respects their choice, their free will. God is not going to ignore the dogma that salvation is through belief in Jesus Christ as Savior. Yes, I agree with you. I believe that there will be many converts after the Warning who were not already Catholic. And just as many Jews were found unworthy in the time of Jesus, so many Catholics will be found unworthy in the end times. The Jews were replaced with those "outside," the goyim, the nations. Similarly, the bad Catholics will be replaced by some that are currently "outside."
In Orthodoxy, especially in the Greek Orthodox they speak of the defeat of Turkey by Russia. Apparently Russia will want access to the Mediteranean for its fleet and Turkey will refuse. Russia will then attack Turkey and annihilate it. This will not be the present Government of Turkey but the next one. Then Anatolia and Constantinople will go back to the Greeks.
