    Padraig
I'm wondering what happened to alert you that we might have a problem with our new Pope so soon after his election.? We were all full of cautious hope.

It is becoming too grievous to keep up with the plunge over the cliff.

May the Two Hearts, the fortitude offered by the Holy Spirit, the Sacraments, Holy Mass, humility and charity, prayer of the heart, and finally the encouragement of fellow Christians like you all, provide the sustenance to propel me over the finish line!

Philippians 3: 10 [Oh] ...that I may know him and the power of his resurrection, and may share his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, 11 that if possible I may attain the resurrection from the dead.

Personally, the migration issue is a symptom IMO and not the root of the problem. America was built on immigration. It all stems from the policies that have been constantly implemented that undermine civilization. It's not a one off accident here or there, it is all the time. Which indicates an agenda, which means those who push the agenda under the guise of compassion are disingenuous.

I don't have this concept fully fleshed out but it is a war between the generative and degenerative mind sets. It's been rolling around in my mind for a bit. The generative mind likes to build civilization. The degenerative mind likes to take from those who build civilization through any means possible, often going way too far killing themselves in the process. I would like to investigate cases in history where this has happened previously.

Basically I am saying there might be a 4th option, the left kills themselves once more by undermining the structural systems that support them.

Going a bit deeper into this concept. There is a scientist by the name of Federico Faggin who invented the touch screen and commercial CPUs. He currently is investigating consciousness itself. He suggests that consciousness is a priori to matter. I would suggest that a generative mind primarily focuses on God which is a priori to matter, whereas a degenerative mind focuses primarily on matter.

Which explains why the best civilizations came from populations where the majority of the population espoused Christianity and those which did not stay in squalor. When I practice according to the cloud of unknowing, brother Lawrence, St. Teresa of Avila I find there is a natural kind of generative grace. It's not something I do, it just happens. Temptations that were previously there will simply disappear, I will have more energy and so on. It doesn't mean there aren't crosses, it just means they aren't so hard to deal with.

I say this because it isn't a question of simply following morals and intellect, clearly materialism has failed civilization. But a generative mind requires putting God prior to material interests. This is something Jesus iterates. Federico Faggin also suggests that consciousness is always in search of meaning which materialism alone cannot provide. Which indicates to me that this will lead to a degenerative downward spiral into a reprobate mind, because the mind becomes solely obsessed with seeking pleasure, profit and power.

The best example I can think of is Alcoholics Anonymous. While I know it doesn't adhere to Catholicism it does work. So long as addicts do not turn themselves over to God they remain on a destructive path from which degeneracy escalates.

Consciousness is a huge problem for the atheists. It is so fundamental and a priori that it can’t be described in terms of anything other than itself. There are no metaphors that will work. The most common coping mechanism of the atheists is to deny that it exists, or to reduce it to an epiphenomenon of the electrical activity of the brain-effectively negating themselves and any meaning in anything they say.

I Have only talked to padraig about what I saw when Leo IVX was elected. I didn't say anything because I did not want to influence anyone about our new Pope, but now I feel we have seen enough to see where this Papacy is headed. This is what I saw.

I was praying for our Pope Leo when he was elected and I saw Leo in his white Papal clothes and then the image changed and I saw the same white Papal clothes with an awful serpent's head and then everything seemed to dive down into darkness and I was screaming nooo! I prayed to God to take that image away and show me a good image of Pope Leo but I have seen nothing else on him.
Believe me I do pray for him every day and now I give all my intentions to Our Blessed Mother and just pray for her intentions. Our Lady is our only hope in these dark days.

How marvelous! Such a prayer by a Holy Father, calling on the Mother of God, and consecrating to her Immaculate Heart all humanity, will necessarily bear good fruit. Thank you Pope Leo XIV!:D:love::X3:

One must praise when one sees good.

I don’t personally know whether the initial statement here is true but I have to suspect it is. As to the rest? Most of it is likely accurate also..

With traditional liturgy comes uncompromising moral theology. The gay mafia can’t have any of that!

Thank you for sharing this Sam. I have not voiced my reservation of this papacy. But, while praying the seven sorrowful rosary during the election. I cried hard not seeing why but feeling remorse as when a loved one is dying until I was empty. I too pray for Pope Leo's conversion and holy intentions. But more so for the hiarchy and laity that will be and are being thrown to the wolves.

I held onto hope...and still do.

May the Lord continue to uphold his remnant and give strength for the storm to come.
Please shine up your armor of faith because we are going to need to help others going forward.

Very true, thankfully atheism is dying as it has nowhere to go anymore. It has no good arguments and the amount scientific evidence that is mounting against it is increasing daily. You could say that just as Islam is having it's own silent revolution, so are the universities and scientific institutions. I also have reason to believe the Catholic church is about to under go another reformation from both inside and out, that is if it already isn't happening.

This year has been one of exposure and it is escalating. When everything finally comes out regarding the actions of the church in relation to USAID, I believe there will be a reckoning we have never seen the likes of. While the warnings given to us in Fatima and Garabandal were for everyone, I believe they were primarily directed towards the authority of the church and world leaders. Essentially those who I suspect engage in serpent worship.

Biblically speaking, God would use certain peoples for chastisement only to have them crushed after the chastisement was over.

How terrible. God help us all.
When in Medjugorje in September I attended a talk given by Fr Leon. He was shown a vision of the church which was very dark. He said only a very small remnant would remain faithful and they would be persecuted by other Catholics who would be apostates . The Church is full of them now. Looking around my extended family and local church community most couples live together. Some go on to have a church wedding eventually. Many don't baptize their children and of the ones who do most don't attend weekly Mass. Confession is very limited. Most never go. Contraception is a given. There isn't even a discussion about it. Abortion is rising every year. Meanwhile any priest who cares to raise these issues gets a call from his Bishop.
We are very close now to outright persecution.

Have you seen this before Sam? It's the Pope's audience hall. Your vision is another confirmation of this.
