If Trump's deal today works out, it will be a huge reversal for Netanyahu. Trump's plan means that the Palestinians will stay in a reconstructed Gaza (no more talk of casinos). This will leave the way open for a Palestinian state, which has already been recognised by most countries in the world. It is now for Hamas to agree. Hopefully, this will work out for the best. With the help of God.
The sceptic in me has me worried now that it is all Kabuki Theatre, with Hamas forced (or persuaded-weren't they set up by Mossad?) to reject the deal, giving cover for Netanyahu to finish the Genocide and getting Trump and The West off the hook-didn't most of them generously recognise Palestine, after all? It seems that this "Peace Treaty" is dead in the water. Apparently it was never alive to begin with.
