Prayers please, my son is under heavy spiritual attack!

Can you please pray against a spiritual attack against my son Liam, 24 who has anxiety disorders and is under a physical attack that is blocking him and which he feels in his heart and he is spiraling. I can fill in details later but please pray against this attack. This has been a very tough Lent and it is waring on the family and is like nothing we have experienced before. Thank you all.

 

Praying for Liam now, I hope this attack passes soon. It has been a particularly hard Lent.

 

We will pray our rosary for him, sparrow, and keep your family in prayer also.

I will keep your son in my prayers, and I offered you all up at mass this morning too.

You didn't ask for advice, but I'll share some anyway

I recommend praying a novena to the Holy Spirit and asking Him to point you to the cause of your son's anxiety - it could be spiritual, or physical or both. The Holy Souls could help you on that too, I was reading in the locutions to Fr Michelini that Holy Souls are only too willing to help us in all areas, spiritual and material also.

Has your son explored the many medical reasons for anxiety? Doctors won't point these things out, but blood sugar problems are known for it. Look up reactive hypoglycemia or search low blood sugar/adrenaline/anxiety and see what comes up. If your son is open to trying different approaches to see what helps, it would help to try diet changes and see how he feels. He may feel less out of control if he is doing something concrete to get answers. Anxiety from blood sugar problems can be either panic attacks or continuous anxiety since the hormones flood the body, can't be dealt with and cause symptoms and then another meal or snack comes along and on and on it goes...

Low magnesium is another possible culprit, B vitamin deficiency too (niacin I think). Sleep-deprivation can contribute or its part of the problem - does he have problems sleeping? He can take melatonin for that. Our kids are so affected by social media not to mention the news and other stressors, it is not an easy time to live in.

Anxiety often comes with psychiatric symptoms too. Look them up, you'll be surprised to see how many of them have roots in deficiencies and the like. I was watching a video about pellagra recently, which is a Vit B deficiency. Swept through the west in the early 20th century. People ended up in asylums as a result of that.It's part of our forgotten history.

I am only just seeing this. I have been including your intentions in my rosaries but I will step it up. I am so sorry you and your son are going through this.

 

Praying for your son. Our young adults are under constant assaults. We have dealt with it a lot in our family. I have been doing daily deliverance prayers for laity and find things often work themselves out. Intercede to Our Lady. Her Mother’s heart can’t refuse to answer your prayers. Pray from the heart. St Michael please help Liam!!! In my prayers.

 

Thank you all for your prayers. Liam went to Confession this morning with us! God is good! He's still struggling mind you, he's had this for years and was the worst I've ever seen him yesterday but for now, he's doing ok.. Waiting for a CT scan for diagnosis etc. for a health issue is rough for him. Our prayers combined got us through this so again, thank you.

My husband lit a candle for both Liam and @PurpleFlower before Our Lady of Guadalupe. No one loves our children more than Our Lady.
