Thank you Terry. Thanks to St Joseph it seems to be falling into place perfectly. I see so many signs of St Josephs hand helping me out in so many ways. I understand now much better why Catholics have, right from the beginning , chosen certain Saints to do certain things to help them out. In the case of St Joseph it is because he knew what it was like to move home. He always seemed to be moving about. Even as a child when his brothers rejected him and he was forced to leave home. But we see this best in Advent in the journey to Bethlehem when the Holy Family had nowhere to lay their heads. We see it also so well in the Flight to Egypt to escape Herod. I have begged him to come with me to Spain every step of the way and I feel his wonderful, kind , taking care of this presence constantly.
It is a good time for going when the drums of war beat so very,very hard. There's an awful lot of truly evil people out there who crave a war like crazy.
Padraig You advised prayers to St Joseph for my daughter who is considering buying a house close to me. Well today she sold her house for a fantastic price and is currently the highest bidder on the house nearby. I went into see the house she is proposing to buy and its not in great shape. It requires a lot of work. I need to pray to St Joseph some more. Delighted things are going so quickly for you Padraig. I have the concern about war also.
What can we do but pray? Saint Joseph is a wonder worker, he really, really is? Father Meeks is excellent. I was just listening to him there now. I think I will listen to him again. Amazing homilies.
I was just thinking and praying this morning about everything. Then it came to me that it is the easiest thing in the World to agree with and go along with the Will of God when it suits us but very,very hard indeed to go along with it and swim up river when it does not. I was rereading Blessed Catherine Emmerich's account of the Nativity. Both Mary and Joseph had it very , very hard in so many ways in their journey. I have no idea what it is like to be heavily pregnant and travelling but Mary, several times seems to have been so stricken she could move no further and they had to stop. I can't imagine. The final time Joseph knocked on a door to find shelter on Christmas Night Mary simply sat on the ground with her arms crossed in front of her chest, head bent , praying. I suppose we've all had those tyres hit the road moments when we do this. Another job rejection. A Doctors diagnosis. A Court case. A death in the family. Another bill. But saying the rosary at the moment in a Revelation. How often they were all travelling from A to B!
Well off to Spain in the morning!! Exciting! I saw my lawyer this morning. She does not want me to leave Ireland for good till everything is signed for. She set a date of February 11th. But I think it will be a lot sooner. She said she would be fast as she could. I told her I already thought she looked like a fast woman. Thank God she laughed. I will have to watch with the jokes. I had an interesting conversation with Jesus this morning at Mass. I told Him quite frankly that I was frightened about what was coming down the line because of Joe Biden trying to start a Big War. He reminded me that it was not Him who was sending these things, that we were bringing them on ourselves. All He was doing was letting us do as we want and so facing the consequences of our own evil actions. But I bet you when the s**t hits the fan everyone will blame God, even the people who say He does not exist. I am afraid. I admit it. I think the reason most people are not afraid like I am is they are living in some kind of weird bubble.

Padraig My daughter & her husband agreed sale on her house on Monday and concluded purchase agreed on local house yesterday. The local property needs a ton of work. I'm worried about global conflicts causing problems but thank God we are so far along the road. St Joseph has played a blinder since I first handed this over to him on your recommendation. I think I'll start the Holy Cloak Novena. Best of luck with Spain. Feb 11th feast of Our Lady of Lourdes sounds like a fitting day to take possession of your new house.
